The service I received from Jesse was outstanding! He definitely went above and beyond to help me out. I needed to make a purchase, but I had sleeping babies in the truck. He brought the item out, made sure it fit, and took care of the transaction with speed. I was super impressed.

Andrew Jillard the night manager went out of his way to help me. I was traveling south from Colorado to Belton Tx when my alternator went out. I made it to the Autozone and the truck died. It was close to closing time and they did everything possible to help before closing. Had to overnight the part but it was there by 8.30 am . I was able to camp out in my truck until morning and I was able to install the alternator and get back on the road in short order. They even shared pizza with me and my dogs since I couldn t go anywhere . Great people and great service. Stop in and say hi for me.Thanks again Andrew.

Went in for a specific item, and it wasn't there. Asked employee if they had some in the back. They pulled up on the computer that they had one in stock. They asked if I looked where it normally is. Yep. Not there.Then they gave me a list of other stores that should have it despite having one in stock. I understand it's Christmas time and everyone wants to be lazy. But when you don't show any effort to even try to look. Yeah..... Kinda bad.

Went into AutoZone on Coulter on Saturday September 30th. A very nice young man (Justin) helped me.I purchased replacement bulbs for my blinker on my vehicle . I mentioned, to Justin, that I was going to YouTube how to change out my blinker light on my Toyota Sequoia, he offered to take a look at it.He not only showed me what needed to be fixed. But he did it for me.This young man went above and beyond. AutoZone has a customer for life because of Justin.I tried to give him a tip. However he wouldn t accept my money.It is evident that Justin cares about his work and his customers.Thanks again Justin.Sincerely - Lucy Richards

They are the main reason my 82 Chevy truck is still on the road. They don t always have the part I am looking for, but they can usually find it! I am in an Autozone at least once a week doing something to my old truck, but it is cheaper than a car payment and I still love being able to fix it.

Justin Armstrong and Jesse H were amazing. Very personable, helpful and kind. They deserve a raise and promotion each! Will always choose Auto Zone because of people like them!

Got battery tested...excellent customer service..wanted to tip the young gentleman but he refused said he would get in trouble...comon let the kids get a tip if offered!

Kim was truly amazing. The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I can t thank her enough for her kindness. I wish there was more people in the world like her. Sorry you had to work on the 4th of July but thank you so much. May God bless you as he has me today.

Autozone on coulter doesn t deserve James. He is the best employee they have. This gentleman just changed my radiator overflow tank in the parking lot just cause he wanted to help. THANK YOU JAMES!!!!!!!

This is a great Auto Zone. We got the part we needed when other Auto Zone employees tried the same part and said it wouldn't work. Sometimes you have to cross-reference but most employees won't spend the time. But at this store Jesse found the part from another year truck and the part worked perfectly.

Great store and very helpful staff! Alec D. helped me with vehicle electrical problem. We re from out of town and he knew we were in a jam. Tested battery, then removed to charge it in store then tested and confirmed bad alternator. He recommended several local nearby shops. Getting fixed now. Thanks Alec and Autozone! Great employees like him give me reason to shop here again.

Autozone employees have been extremely helpful. I purchased a remanufactured Surefire engine through AutoZone for my vehicle. I was pleased that they had it, shipped and delivered directly to the shop the very next day! As you can imagine, I've had to visit the store several times for odds & ends such as parts, fluid, cleaner, etc... I also like how AutoZone currently handles their rewards. Thanks again.

So I went into the store around 10:40ish am today August 13th, I'm honestly shocked. Why are your employees flipping off your managers and arguing with them? He's a short, shoulder length blonde hair, teenager I'm guessing. He was being so disrespectful. That's honestly disgusting.

We went here a few days ago and it was absolutely the best service I ve ever had. Kim, the manager, helped us out when we walked in and she was happy and upbeat the whole time. She was the sweetest person and she runs an amazing team of coworkers. She explained in detail everything I needed and she even came out and looked at the car to help! I will definitely be back. I won t go anywhere else!

Very helpful my head lights went out and couldn't figure out why been traveling from Las Vegas bought a new relay didn't work then they let us get the bolbs with out buying them first and put them in to see if they worked also let us use there tools to fix it and thank goodness it worked just wanted to say thank you to the staff today you guys are wonder people don't know your names but your great

Today i went to AutoZone because my signal light went out, the gentleman who helped was amazing! He was polite, and very helpful. After he found out what bulb I needed I asked if he would replace it and he replaced both of them. I am so used to going to a lot of different places and not getting any kind of customer service but Alec went above and beyond with great customer service. I will definitely be back!

Great service! They tested the old battery and installed a new one. When I went to leave, my door was stuck open so they grabbed WD-40 and got it unstuck. Highly recommend this location.

Bought an air pump from Coulter, the pump goes out after just 2 months. Not using it all the time, you would think it would work for a little longer. Talked to the Manager on duty, she told me it s not an AutoZone product, Slime makes it. I m thinking, everything in the store is Made by someone else other than AutoZone.

Excellent and professional! I went to have my battery replaced because that day it was giving me trouble. When I got there, a very nice woman named Denise came to help me. She tested the battery and showed me the results. She then proceeded to show me several batteries that they sold and the warranty on each. I chose one and she proceeded to remove the old one from my car and replace it with the one I bought. She was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed talking to her and she made me feel like we were old friends. After replacing it, she had me start up the car to make sure everything was good. The car started up like a champ and I haven't had any problems since. I was very pleased with the service I received there. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and so willing to help!!! This was the Auto Zone on Coulter in Amarillo.

Jessie saved the day! My car battery died and left me stranded 70 miles from home. He was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and in no time had me going. I thank God for sending Jessie. Thanks!

Took a battery In under warranty and was told to wait over by the batteries. Watched the manager and 2 other people wait on 4 other people that came in after me. Then the manager said you haven't been helped yet. I said no. Then she started complaining about the other staff disappearing and going to the bathroom forever. Made a comment about how she can't believe she Pays them to do that. The only one that disappeared was the manager. Very poor service.

Excellent service and very kind staff. Helped us change a brake light on a cross-country road trip. I regret that I didn't get his name, but the man who is from California who helped us on the morning of 1/17/19 was super helpful and nice. 5 stars.

I came to this store to purchase a product. I asked for the product and I informed the employee where to look.Another employee came up to me and promptly told me. The product AutoZone sells is a piece of junk. I asked the employee. So you are telling me to go to another store other than AutoZone. He said yes. I asked for another employee to help find my product. The employee said. They were out of stock. And informed me. One of our other stores shows we have one.
