I recently took my car in for a service appointment because a sensor light keeps coming on regarding my car's turbocharger.first want to say that the service advisor I was given to help me navigate getting my car repaired was incredibly sweet and professional. She absolutely did her job to the very best of her abilities.However, my experience with the service department has been frustrating. Despite explaining that this was not the first, our even second time the light has popped up on my dash, and providing paperwork from another auto repair shop stating that the sensor was, in fact, faulty, they basically ran another basic diagnostic check and found nothing wrong and returned my car to me even though I expressed my concerns that the light would come back on if we don t know what is causing it to trigger. Mind you, I have a bumper to bumper extended warranty, so taking the time to properly check my engine manually shouldn t be a problem, but that did not happen. I absolutely knew when they returned the car to me that the issue was not resolved and that the sensor light would come back on Literally 2 days later the same system alert is back on and my car is not running well.

I usually dread taking vehicles to the dealership for service, or just an oil change. I bought my new Chevy last September, and I needed an oil change. Everyone was fantastic from the front desk, to the service technician. Not to mention how quickly my vehicle was serviced and ready to go. Thanks for turning my dreaded visit into a happy one.

On 02/06/2024 I took my truck back for an oil leak. Everything was alright it was only residual oil. Thanks to Ann for the help. Still give them 100% satisfaction for taking care of it and treating me rightVal

My experience was very unsatisfying with the regards that my vehicle at this point is stil not complete. It only took 2 hours to find the problem but 17 days later my car hasn't been repaired. I was told they were waiting on a part and it was tracked down to arrive the following morning. I waited 2 days and then contacted Chevrolet I could not reach anyone. I went to the Chevrolet service department and was advised the part didn't come in it was on backorder. Which could take 2 days or 2 months. My vehicle was released to me with the regards of returning when the part arrives . Everything was paid in full but my vehicle is in the same condition . The agents were very unsatisfying and dishonesty on behalf on my behalf at the Chevrolet house because I was told they had the part. Thank You Sincerely. Ps I'm still waiting on the completion of my vehicle

I needed a repair on my vehicle and despite their service being full for the day, Nathan at Auto Nation worked me in and got my vehicle repaired the same day. Nathan and Auto Nation provided excellent customer service.

Because it was raining the Service Dept. had to let the belly dry off on my vehicle to evaluate my fluid leak. In so doing they forgot about me after they sent a video of the mechanic looking underneath and explaining they were not sure as yet. Around quitting time my Service Rep called to tell me the price on a water pump and that my car would need to be done on Saturday. I expressed disbelief as the car had been in shop for 10 hours. The Rep did agree I was being bumped that I should get a 10% discount and told me the name of the weekend manager. On Saturday at mid-morning the Rep I contacted on the phone said I would need to wait until after the weekend. I asked for the weekend manager. After being on hold for a while that seemed to make a difference and I was told I would get the car that day. They called me right after lunch and I paid the invoice. No indication of any 10% discount on the invoice. I got above average service I would expect from a GM dealership but I wasn't recognized as a returning customer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bought an awesome car from them, really like the salesmen! But when it came down to getting my plates, I had my paper tags until they expired so I went up there to see if maybe they just forgot to call me. But nope nobody knew where my tags where at, so I sat around for 30 minutes waiting for someone just to tell me they're putting another paper tag on there. Then 2 days later my tags are there but my name is mis spelled on the registration. And they're solution for this was wait until next year and fix it then. It's not a huge deal but it is for me, I mean it's my name. Just carelessness and very poor customer service. Really wish I didn't get the warranty now...

Asked for synthetic and got synthetic blend. Part prices are MSRP and don't factor in current sale prices with AutoNation and/or GM. Two week wait time.
