I have NEVER had such a good experience purchasing a vehicle. I have lived and bought cars all over the south but these guys are by far the best. I would recommend every one buy a car from Joe Rogan and Kristian Tucker! They can't be beat!

Just like another review I just read pertaining to this Chevy service center I took my 2009 Chevy Silverado with just over 75K miles in on 2/27/24 for a full synthetic oil change. I specifically requested Full Synthetic Mobile1 oil which I have always used and without notification prior to the final payment the service center decided to put Pennzoil Gold Synthetic Blend oil without my consent. I should ve been notified that they did not have my preferred oil option prior to them completing the oil change and would ve taken my truck elsewhere. Two days later 2/29/24 my dashboard has all sorts of warning displays. I ve NEVER had warnings on my dashboard EVER other than a tire pressure warning or change oil soon warning. I take phenomenal care of my truck. My check engine light, service traction control, engine power is reduced, and service stabilitrak light was displayed. The dealer towed my truck to the service center and stated after running test on my truck I needed a new stabilitrak for the engine which would fix everything. The truck was fixed I paid $679.19 drove about 5 miles to the nearest Quick Quack to get my truck washed and all the same warning signs reappeared. In addition to the warning signs my truck is now idling like crazy when in drive and park. I do not have time to continue going back and forth to the dealership and at this point I m not sure if the service techs can be trusted to complete the job right. I will take my complaint up the chain to corporate since this situation is bizarre. I should ve followed my gut feeling and just taken my truck to Green Light Oil Change. Situations like this is why I avoided going to dealerships for service needs.

The Whole experience started out great and stayed that way till completion. Ann Smith was great to deal with. She was kind and stayed in contact with me through the whole process. They did the work timely and even washed our vehicle before we picked it up. Although I dont want to have to bring our vehicle in if I have to I know now that it will be a great experience.

The staff was amazing from start to finish! Cibrian was very knowledgeable helping with my trade in questions. Ryan did amazing sending me options of what I wanted exactly. Kenyon did amazing walking me through the application process and explaining features and paperwork. Ed made sure everything was well explained and understood before any signing was done. Fantastic job!

I had my doubts that my brake lights could be fixed, service tech leader Nathan assured me. I was still in doubt. He called and told me there almost done, I still had doubts. But I drove home that day, drove it at night and I had brake lights that didn't stay on. Greatest feeling ever. Thank you Auto Nation for all you did. On top of that, they cleaned and washed the car. Thank you Shannon Harris.

I had a great experience with everyone at Autonation West. Damon was an excellent salesman and made everything very easy. I would definitely recommend this team if you need to upgrade vehicles.

Kenyon was my salesperson. He was great. Very patient while we were trying to find affordable car insurance and did a great job. However, after purchasing the car and driving it for less than 300 miles, I had to add air to the tires. At that time, I was informed that I needed new tires at a cost of up to $400 that I can't afford. I also discovered that they missed some accessory lights during their 172 point inspection. I went back to the dealership and informed them of the problem with the tires. Their response was, "It passed state inspection". I don't have a copy of the inspection. I didn't expect to have to wait to save up to get new tires less than a month after I bought the car. This has totally changed my opinion of this dealership. Their great customer service only applies to certain people, I guess. If I could change my rating of this dealership, I would remove 2 of the stars. The customer service ended when I signed on the dotted line.

The person who sold me the vehicle was great couldn't have done a better more pleasant job. Thank you. I've had the vehicle a couple months with a 5 year warranty and it's needing service for some reason it just quit accelerating out of nowhere. They aren't gonna even look at it till next week. I'm stranded they have loaner cars but won't let me have one even though the truck is paid for in full nothing owed on it. I waited a few days before posting this review.Still stranded.

Purchase a 2024 Chevy Trax 2Rs from Greg, they worked with us to get us to a payment that worked. Greg made sure everything was working correctly and went above and beyond to help accommodate my work schedule!

was recently in there for my maintenance oil change, and I appreciate Coby's recommendation to service my engine a bit more. I rarely say "yes" to other services, but I'm glad that I did this time! With my newer Tahoe, I've had GM rewards. Unbeknownst to me I'd been collecting lots of points each time I was getting my routine oil change. Karen asked me at checkout if I wanted to apply my rewards, and lo-and-behold, I was able to cash in $145 off of the service!Wowzers! GM and Chevrolet have some good things going. It was a great blessing to me this time, plus their service is always really great, because they:-wash your car-have you pull in out of the weather-provide quick service-and have coupons availableI appreciate everything they're doing for their customers!

I bought my 2022 Tahoe from Auto Nation I-40 E. in Amarillo, in 45 yrs it was with out a doubt the worst buying experience I have ever had or heard of, from the salesman all the way (as far as I could get too, limited at best), to Management that I had access too (mid level fire wall). it was a complete nightmare, service too for that matter. If it weren't for the fact I wanted that particular Vehicle, I would have walked out and I started to but with determination and pure will I stayed and finished the deal. In my opinion, there is zero customer service, it was as if I were a person who was treated as if I was a bother not a buyer, complete arrogance and lack of empathy for the buyer. As for the Service Department, it had too many people that looked busy but when I asked a question or tried to get someone in charge to get a straight answer it was the look of confusion from a number of different people, it took a miracle for that to take place and even then at that point it was lack of correct information, confusion and patients. I could not wait to leave that lot.Consequently, I never received or maybe I missed the survey from Auto Nation I-40 E. on my experience there. Maybe it's a good thing I didn't receive one looking back at it.Now that I have gone over to Auto Nation W. in Amarillo I can say so far my experience with the service department has been excellent. I have had nothing but good things to say about the Service Advisers I have worked with there, in fact the entire Service Department experience has been a pleasant surprise oppose to there counterpart. I have owned a number of Chevy's in my driving career (45 yrs), they are and remain my favorite Vehicle. I look forward to dealing with Auto Nations I-40 W. in Amarillo, TX. dealership in the future as I trust that it will continue to be a pleasant one.

Great service. Coby does a phenomenal job of communicating with us when we take our vehicles there. The prices on their tires were competitive; even better than everyone else. They clean our cars up when they finish and they are waiting for us right next to the cashier when we come pick them up. The only issue I have is that I get insanely annoying emails, consistently, from bot accounts asking to buy my vehicle every time I go there for service. If I didn't provide an email, my experience would be worse. When I do provide an email, they SPAM it, which makes my experience worse.Other than that, Auto Nation Chevy is good to go.

Everyone was pretty friendly, and they didn't try and sell me on a bunch of extra stuff like other dealerships. Plus they got my pickup worked on quicker than I had figured they would so that was nice too.

I am so delighted to say that Autonation takes care of my every need. I had a problem that was very perplexing but the tech finally found the problem and everything is fixed to perfection. I have confidence in all service reps and sales people. I feel like a part of the team every visit.

Nathan in the service department was really nice, kept me informed and took really good care of us. I was so surprised when I picked up my blazer and they took the time to wash and vacuum it! Awesome work!

My entire experience was not pleasant from the beginning and I feel completely taken advantage of!!! My Tahoe took a couple days to get to me due to a few things needing replaced. I was assured that they had fully inspected the vehicle and were replacing what needed to be replaced. Not even 3 months into having the vehicle the shocks/struts need to be replaced and are apparently not covered by warranty and the dealership did not disclose that they needed replacing when purchasing the vehicle. Had I known I would have went a different route. I now owe almost 24,000 for a vehicle that I m having to spend a couple thousand dollars to repair. When calling the manager to try to get help and see what options were available, he was extremely disrespectful and would not even let me get out what I was trying to say before he rudely interrupted and blamed me for talking over him. I was not rude at all, even when he told me that it s apparently a possibility to buy a brand new car with issues so a used one obviously isn t better

So it was nice. Finally 2 years after buying truck I now have heated seats and steering wheel. That is not Autonation s fault. They got me in and out of there quick. Very detailed and organized. Thank you again.

Made an appointment for 8:15 a.m. Monday morning. Check Engine light had come on. I ran the diagnostics from the onboard computer and sent the error code to the service department with the scheduled appointment. Got there and service rep told me there was a week's worth of cars ahead of me. Not happy. Not happy at all.

Mr Rogans (the salesman) and Mr Tucker (Financial Rep) were wonderful. They made us feel right at home. Like we were family. I will recommend Autonation Cheverolet West Amarillo to all my friends and family. The price was right the service was great and the time was expedient. Thank You for your help. We are very happy with our purchase.

I had an 11:45am appointment for an oil change that I arrived to at 9:40am. The service advisor went through a check list of services(do you want your tires rotated, do you need a wheel alignment, etc) and I continuously denied them. 4 hours later the advisor comes to me in the waiting room and says that the crew decided to do a tire rotation anyway and broke 2 lugnuts off of 1 of my tires. An hour later he told me my car was ready. As i received my bill I looked at it and it showed a charge for the tire rotation and lug nuts at which time I declined payment since that wasn't requested. The advisor agreed and removed the charges. After paying I got in my car and realized that the meter for my oil gage hadn't been reset and that I was no longer able to see my brake life. I brought the car back into the bay and told the service advisor about the issue and instead of having someone reset it for me, he talked me through doing so. He then called a technician over to see why my brake information was no longer available at which time the technician explained that they "didn't connect the brake sensors when they did the tire rotation"(which again I never requested). 2 hours later I left the waiting room to check on the status of my vehicle to no avail of the service advisor. I waited for 20minutes until he finally came back into the building at which time I asked if I was free to go and he replied "yes". I grabbed my keys off of his desk and left. No additional paperwork or feedback was given. A vague video was sent during what was supposed to be the initial oil change, but even during that, it was stated that there was nothing wrong with my car. Ever since then my car has been idling roughly, loudly, and jerking while driving.

I was looking to purchase a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado HD. I could not find what I wanted in my area, but did find it at AutoNation West in Amarillo, Texas. After speaking with them on the phone, we decided to drive up. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left, that was the best experience & the easiest purchase I have ever made. The dealership as a whole is a top notch dealership. Kevin Kessenger was the General Manager & the 2 salesmen were Kenyon Sikalasinh & Ryan Johnson. All 3 men treated us like family. Kevin, Kenyon & Ryan could not have done more for us than what they did. A huge thank you to them for making this little trip to Amarillo a pleasure.

We had a great purchasing experience. I can t remember our salesman s name, but he was great! Cheyenne was very helpful. We usually cringe when we get to the financial part of the visit, but she was very pleasant and funny. She helped calm our nerves a bit, and made the transaction very pleasant. Will do business again! Thanks so much!

Staff was nice but had to sit and wait 2 and a half hours just for oil change service that I bought when I purchased the vehicle. Thought I was getting a deal but now think I shouldn t of bought the package and just got oil change elsewhere.
