The whole experience was great. Carlos was very helpful and proficient. He made the whole process so easy. The customer service was flawless. That is why this is my third vehicle I have purchased from Auto Nation. I would recommend them to everyone.

Auto Nation is the utmost in quality, communication and knowledge and professionalism. Micah kept us informed and worked to get us back on the road with our RV. Quintin is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He figured out the problem with our more mature RV that we just couldn t find the answer to. We would highly recommend this business to all. And they deserve a big raise

I can t say enough good things about Mark and his team. I was an out of state buyer and he made the process so easy that it felt like all I had to do was pick the car and he took care of the rest. They even set up delivery to Colorado!!! If you want a safe, easy and trustworthy experience I HIGHLY recommend Mark and the rest of the AutoNationChevrolet Amarillo family!!!!

Went in to get my oil change and rotation. The staff was really helpful and nice. They explained everything with great detail. While they worked on my vehicle they made sure to take me and pick me up from work.

They took care of our service that was needed on our vehicle. The part was on back order, but as soon as the part came in, they got our vehicle done done fast. It runs great. I will recommend anyone to buy a vehicle with AutoNation.

Our experience was good Austin did great helping us founding our car we will definitely go there again.The only thing hopefully next time the manager could just deposit the check and don't be asking the balance in our checking.

Our truck broke down with our enclosed trailer and a street rod inside. The service department had just closed. But Connor was still there and opened the door. Scanned our truck and contacted his service advisor Micah. They let us put our truck and trailer in the service drive until they could fix it the follow day. This store went above and beyond to get us taken care of. I am forever grateful.If your in the neighbor hood and need your ride serviced stop and see Micah and Connor. They will get you taken care of!

I found a car online that I absolutely loved and wanted and Mark at Autonation Amarillo came through. He seriously is the BEST car salesman I ve ever done business with. Before I left in my car, he took his time to teach me and make sure I was comfortable with all the features and technology of the car.Im also very pleased with the finance manager Daniel G.My all around experience was very pleasant.

03/01/24Took my Equinox in for an oil change and Christian was my tech. He was very helpful and didn't mind my odd sense of humor. I like that! Got my service done quickly and just what I needed. I appreciate good service and so I changed to 5 stars! Thanks!The time before:Micah was very helpful, efficient, kind, professional and took great care of my needs. Thank you!The time before that:While everyone is kind and helpful, one thing I wish they would do is give upfront price details so at the end of service you're not floored by the bill (especially when it is basic scheduled maintenance). Also, a mark up of 3 - 4 times RETAIL on parts is just a shame - I'm not opposed to profit, but sometimes it's unreasonable and would take advantage of less knowledgeable clients.

I stopped in for some warranty work and they had to order the part. When it came in they called me and I was not able to make it right away. When I went in to make an appointment to get my pickup fixed, they could not find the part and said it had been shipped back. That said that they would reorder it. My phone calls were never returned and three months later. No parts. You had better plan on doing business on their time if you need parts or service here.K. Dahl

I had my 2020 2500 HD pickup in for service at Auto nation east AmAriola location. I specifically told them that the 4x4 low would not engage water pump was out parking break needed serviced and a new belt. So if your reading this and have common since you know that when a belt breaks it won't run the alternator that keeps the battery charged I was told that I needed a new battery that cost me $338.00 due to the current one being dead. i asked them if they would charge it and they told me no. i explained that the belt was broke and the pickup would still run it just wouldn't charge the battery. I also told them about the other problems I was having. I got a call from Chance in the service department saying my truck was done. I went a week later and piced my truck up. I ask if everything was fixed and they assured me it was. I asked what they found wrong with the parking break and 4x4 low. This is comical they said it was due to a low voltage lmfao I get in my truck and have all the same problems with a. new $338 dollar battery. I DONT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. if you have problems with your vehicle go some where else cause they won't fix the problem just clear codes and go on. Check engine light is on also right out of the shop These photos were taken as soon as I started my vehicle I figured I would drive home since they already had my vehicle for 2 weeks and didn t do anything I asked besides put a water pump and belt on So I get a call back and I was to blame cause my check engine light was 4x4 and parking brake was on when I picked my vehicle up. This was told to me from corporate. The GM said I didn t want them fixing these problems lmao I still haven t talked to the GM AVILA Bernabe won t answer any of my calls or return any. I wouldn t do any business with this dealership ever again

I took my truck in for an oil change and I left it there. It took them about 2 hours and I went to pick it up I was going to use my points to pay for most of the bill and the app wouldn t let me find my account number. The cashier and I could not believe that the account number was not on the invoice since I scheduled the appointment online and I made sure I said I wanted to use points. The checkout took about 30 minutes Otherwise it was a great experience.

We had a great experience with the recent purchase of our truck at the east AutoNation location in Amarillo. Adnan was a great sales representative to work with, and we appreciate him and his management working with us and coming to a deal that we were happy with. I dislike high pressure sales attempts when shopping for vehicles, and did not experience any of that at all at AutoNation. I highly recommend AutoNation Chevrolet Amarillo for your next vehicle purchase.

I like that videos and pictures are sent to customers showing the progress of the vehicle.Rocio did a great job of communicating with me.Ella tambien habla en espa�ol, ay axcuse me! jajaI am happy with the work done. There is warranty for 24 months which I like.They are expensive and worth itI recommend them.

I don t think I m alone in the feeling of when I think about going to get a new car at a dealership the first thing I think about is here we go they are going to give me low ball on my trade and high ball on their sell . That wasn t the case for me at Autonation Chevrolet. When all was said and done I felt like I had been treated fairly and with respect. With the experience I had in my purchase process I would definitely recommend this group to any friend of mine looking for a car.

I called on 28 dec 23 to get a quote on getting a bcm replaced. I was told they would get in with me a bit later and still no call a day later. I was trying to get my daughter s truck working right so she could be a bit safer driving it without hitting a window roll down switch locks the door or turns the radio station. But I suppose if you need service don t go here or even waste your time calling.

My whole experience from the time I got to AutoNation to the time I drove off the lot with a new Chevy Silverado Custom truck was top notch. They truly know what customer service is! Chris was able to help me drive off the lot with the truck I wanted, was very patient and kind. He s very good at what he does and truly knows how to communicate with the customers! Will do business with AutoNation from here on out! Highly recommend!
