Very professional! From the time I walked in the door, they offered me coffee or water and came back to check on me, making sure there was nothing else I needed while I waited. The tinting was done very quickly and definitely made a difference in the albino rhino! I will be back for all my tinting needs!

I was referred to Auto Trim by my dealership. My last vehicle purchased from them was brought here prior to me taking it off the lot. The work done was very good. I had zero issues the whole time I had the car. So, I just purchased another car from the same dealer. I wanted to get the windows done along with other things. Auto Trim was recommended by my longtime friend and salesman. He has only had positive experiences with them.Mistake BIG Mistake! First of all, if you are so busy with contracted businesses that you don t want my business then just say it. Don t stand there acting uninterested and patronizing to me. I ask questions because I want to know and be more knowledgeable about what I want to have done to my car. Your body language told me everything I needed to know about you and your business that you represent. You didn t even take the time to find out what kind of vehicle I had. Young man, you have so much to learn about how to treat people. You don t know me and yet I could see that you couldn t care less whether I brought my business here or not. You showed absolutely zero interest in anything I had to say or question I had to ask. No problem! I took my business elsewhere. You re welcome!

I had purchased a Katzkin leather interior for my 2016 GMC Sierra, Auto Trim Design of Amarillo is the Katzkin Authorized Installer and they did a fantastic job on my truck. They were exceptionally professional, did the work in the time stated, the leather interior appears factory, my truck was returned to me clean and orderly as when dropped off with the seats fully functional after installation of the leather. I would gladly use ATD of Amarillo again.Service: Upholstery installation

Ben Yorkell and all the folks @ Auto Trim are great to work with. I had decals put on my car - some theirs, some I got from Amazon.Their decals continue to hold up and look great! Unfortunately the Amazon quality was pretty poor. Auto Trim got them off my car in good shape & now they're helping me design a new one right now.Service was quick, professional & a good value. I took my wife's car there too & will be returning for more decals on mine.

My husband got my truck tinted as a gift. We used this place before, no complaints. This time was horrible the tint looks bad, bubbles, and dirt underneath. Took it back and Ben agreed to redo one window. Truck still doesn't look good. Front kid acted like I was an idiot. On top of that they left razor blades in my truck. The truck I use as a daily driver with a toddler. Will never use or recommend again.Service: Vehicle window tinting

This is a great place for vehicle tinting and decals etc. They provide a very honest service and gives very accurate estimates on the price and timing.Ben was always in touch with me during the process of applying a special trim sticker. the vehicle was ready to pick up right on time. I ve decided in order to get a quality product it may mean traveling 100 miles. I love the willingness to help & professionals that are apart of Auto Trim Design. My 2019 Z06 clear bra was something I needed & Auto Trim Design made it happen. Lastly I definitely appreciate how they took care of a Air Force Veteran also!!

Dropped my car off a little before 9, and Maurice was very friendly and helpful with assisting me. It didn t take as long as he said it would, and the front office was very detailed in advising me how to care for my tint. I definitely recommend!!

I could not be MORE HAPPY. Absolute professionals in every aspect. I presented them with a decal from China... It could have been easy to meet up a application. Been knew exactly what to do to correct potential problem. So very very reasonably priced. Friendly and efficient receptionist. Have already referred friends, as they loved it as much as I. Will be bringing in my antique BMW and letting Auto Trim Design design it's graphics. Thank you so very much

Came in to get front windows tinted. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Lifetime guarantee on tint. I waited on my car to be done and took less than 45 minutes from the time they pulled it in until it was completed. Would definitely recommend and use again!!

Had our windows tinted on a 2020 chevy on 02/25/2020 and the passenger side tint has gotten a hole in it and i took it in to have them fix it. And they told me that it had been poked with a sharp object which i know is a lie. Cause nobody sits over there that would have a sharp object. As far as these people being fair and honest i would not recommend this shop to anyone cause the main reason why is they don't stand behind there life time warranty that they say. I am going to have my windows peeled and redone at tunes and tint with the legal tin . Auto trim and design will only put a 30 percent tint on there and tunes and tint will be do a darker tint and still be legal. And it will have a heat barrier for a small percentage of the heat passes through and the legal limit is 25 % and auto trim and design will only do 30%

Quoted me & the car dealership I got my car from $139 for window tint on my Beetle. After services were done, they charged me $129 and handed me an invoice. Once I was home, they called me back and said that they gave me the wrong invoice and that my invoice was meant to be for $189! They also expected me to go back up there to pay the rest! So me and my mother went up to them to pay the rest of the bill, and told them how it wasn t good business for them to call customers back at home to come back and pay an invoice after the business messed up and charged the customer the wrong price. After one of the other employees heard us complaining about how they do business, he refused to take our money. After making us go through the trouble of going back up there, we insisted on them keeping the money and walked out. The employee chased us and followed us out the door to our car and demanded that we take our money. My mother tried to get in the car and while closing the door he shoved his arm into the car to prevent my mother from closing her door and threw the money into her face!Terrible business. Terrible attitude from the employees. They like to rip people off too apparently! Stay away from here!

I went in to get window tint installed and did not have a ride to pick me up as it was being installed. I asked the lady that set up my appointment about what time it would be finished as I was going to walk home (about 2-3 miles away) while it was being installed. She not only offered to drive me home after dropping my car off, BUT called when it was finished and picked me up as well! (which only took an hour and a half at most after dropping off, quick turnaround!). The tint came out perfect and I couldn't be anymore pleased with the work and service! Thank you!!

I had a pair of BMW saddle bag covers coated with truck bed liner. I knew that it would look better but I was shocked at what a fantastic job was done. I think the bags look better than new. Thanks for the great job. Very impressive.

The tint job has held up well. No Bubbles or pealing. I give that 5/5 stars. The communication and professionalism was subpar. They told me it would be done around noon, as I dropped it off in the morning time. I had to call in after not hearing a word around 230 for them to tell me oh won t be done till 4ish. I was without a car and had errands and places to be with kids. Lastly, when I got in my car the stereo was turned up so loud is scared me when car started. I m not sure if the installer was jamming to music, that s fine but respect my car and property guys. For this 3/5 review overall. Installed about week ago. Tome will tell of it last. Price seemed reasonable as well.

Friendly and easy to work with. Wait time to get tint was less than a week. Price was the same as other major stores in town. Convient key drop box for early drop offs. Tint job was done perfect. Would definitely use them again.

Auto Trim Design sprayed in a bed-liner and tinted the front windows of my Wife's 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. The work was exceptional and they took care of everything remotely due to the COVID-19 issues. Dropped truck off in the morning and they had it ready before closing time the same day.

I have used Auto Trim since I could drive. Over the past 15 years they have done several things for multiple vehicles we have owned. Anything from bedliners in trucks to electric starts, window tint ect. They know and understand what customer service is and they are a staple in the community in my view. I send all my of family and friends here.

Got my windows tinted on my vehicle at a fair price and was able to get it done as a walk in with no appointment. Awesome. And they gave me a ride to come and pick up my vehicle even though I live less than a mile away and was going to walk over.
