We took our Chevy equinox in with a water leak, they replaced the heater core. We discover that they did not fix the water leak. Took it back in. They promised the water leak was fixed. $1200 in repairs to this shop and it's back in another shop to fix the leaking water pump. Don't take your vehicle to this shop.

An honest mechanic that will tell you straight forward what is needed to keep you on the road. Upsell is not in their vocabulary and they will never push you into repairs you aren't willing to make. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Their labor costs are fair and they won't cost you and arm and a leg to do something simple.

Spent almost 2500 dollars to replace timing and chain parts with all new. Didn't even last a year. Not happy.

When looking for the right mechanic, it can be hard to find the right one who is honest, fair, and treats you with respect. Adrian and his team are just that. I've had everything from bad to good mechanics. However these guys simply are beyond GREAT! The prices are reasonable, the service and attention to your needs are outstanding. Whether you have a simple car repair, like an oil change, or a major repair, these guys ensure you and your vehicle are well taken care of. I highly recommend these guys for any car repair. They are the only mechanics I use.

If I could only give these guys higher than a 5 star, I would. I had a leak which I asked Adrian to look into and found out it was much more severe than I thought. When he found out that I was leaving in 2 days to relocate, Adrian set aside his other tasks and concentrated on my car and got it done. It is very difficult to find great quality and a trustworthy mechanic who's not driven by some corporate quota. There's no price for having a peace of mind when driving a safe car. Thank you very much!

Best mechanic shop in town! Very great on prices & have always been serving honest work! These guys work hard everyday & do what s right for the customer no matter what the circumstances are! I Have always recommended everyone to this shop & will continue to do so! Great shop! Great service! Great prices! I would give 10 stars if possible!!

Took my vehicle to them or the first time today, because of their 5 star reviews...and they will be my only shop from now on!! Adrian is fair, friendly, honest, helpful...and I paid half of what I thought my repair would cost! I m recommending APR1 to my family, friends and co-workers. Thank you, Adrian and Staff!!

My engine blew up on cross country rv trip. The owner Adrian was very attentive to my needs and timeline and had me back on the road quicky and affordably with another engine installed. Drove 900 miles the day I got the vehicle back from the shop with absolutely no problems and ran perfectly. The best mechanic shop experience I have ever had. Would definitely recommend!

Although I m a fairly new customer, I have been nothing but impressed with Adrian and his staff, as he is so honest, efficient and affordable. I will never take my car anywhere else. I recommend this shop to everyone I know.Thank you, Adrian and staff, for being the best.

Called and talked to Adrian several times. Each time he seems like they are too busy to even answer a few questions. He made me feel uncomfortable and like I was wasting his time. When I asked if this was Adrian, he said in a frustrated way "yes". I will never spend another dime at that place and I guess unless you own a Subaru they don't want to fool around with you. If they are THAT busy they need to hire someone to answer the phones. Customer service is 1 out of 5 stars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was passing through the area and realized I needed an oil change. This place was hard to find on Google maps ( found out about them on Craigslist) but was the best price and they were super friendly. I sadly don't live here so won't be a return customer (unless unforeseen circumstances have me needing maintenance or repair in the area) but I can highly recommend this place to anybody local.

Look no further if you're needing any maintenance or repairs on your BMW. These guys are right behind the BMW dealership so they get parts really fast. Adrian is an honest guy who treats his customers with utmost respect. They will even drive you back home or work if needed.Their pricing is fair and they get the job done right the first time. I had them use Castrol Full Synthetic 5w40 on my Z3 and will continue to use that brand and grade. They also do a free check up; inflated my tires to spec and found a nail in my tire. Thank you Adrian for working on my car. If you get a WEX Fleet account, I will take my company truck there for services, as well as recommend to my boss that we take the other pool vehicles. I've got other personal vehicles (Acura and Benz) and I'll be taking it to APR1.2/3/18- I've taken my Acura there to get the power steering pump replaced, oil change, new rear break pads, and fixed an issue from another repair shop. Adrian runs a honest shop and gets the job done. APR is my go-to shop!7/16/18- My catalytic converter needed replacement and they fixed it with a better than OEM part and comes with a lifetime warranty. The new location is looking nice so swing by for all your auto needs. They also accept WEX for your business fleet vehicles. Adrian makes things right and takes excellent care of his customers.

Had a 2002 Ford Taurus , I purchased knowing it needed repairs . I asked Adrian up at APR1 to help me out and sure enough he had answers,suggestions ,pricing to what needed done first to my car... The guys at APR1 know exactly what there doing.Fast service and awsome with communication there the way to go .Hit Adrian up and set a appointment up !
