I went in to have my tractor 53 ft trailer air tank welded back in place and air leak fixed. I fully expected this to take a day or 2. Was going to drop the trailer and go eat a steak. I didn't get the chance. They pulled me right in and immediately started working on it. I was out of there after 3 hours. I'm very impressed with the highest level of service. I wish I got the mechanics name who fix this. Great job guys!!!!!!

I want to extend a huge shoutout to American Equipment and Trailer for helping me when I had mechanical failure that prohibited myself from being able to make my return to Colorado with my trailer. Due to the issue I had to return to Amarillo, but their help made my trips safe and enjoyable.Thank you to Jennifer, for her help in securing my trailer and to the parts department for having the part I needed to replace.If I am ever in need of service or repair again, and in the vicinity of one of their stores I will surely look to American Equipment and Trailer for my needs!!!!!!!!

I can't say enough about the quality customer service at American Equipment and Trailer. Would give John the foreman more than 5 stars if I could. If you want friendly affordable service from someone who knows what they are doing and won't be happy until it's done right, then this better be your first and only call. Thanks John for all the work you put in on your day off..

Even though they were pretty busy they got me in and out quickly. The price was very reasonable in part because their labor rate is fairly low and also because they didn't opt for the more expensive method of repair. Everyone working there seemed knowledgeable and friendly.

Absolutely impeccable customer service. This company and their staff went above and beyond to help us get back on the road after getting stranded with a broken trailer. We are very thankful for their help, timeliness and hospitality.

We were pulling a Car hauler through Amarillo and needed a break away switch. Stopped at American Equipment & Trailer, they had the part we needed and we asked about tack welding a locking hasp in the trailer. John got us right in and had the part welded ifree of charge in just minutes. These guys awesome! Thank you!

Went to the Amarillo shop... got alot bone to my 48 flatbed trailer for a good price. My ABS system was shot,then put a new and up to date moble in... The forman and the guy that did the work are cool guys..Thanks again guys

Absolutely awesome. Went in for an abs problem on my trailer. Had to order parts from out of town. Got me repaired and on the road the next day. Great job, courteous, professional.Awesome!!!!!
