Excellent Service! I was in Amarillo from Colorado to visit family after Christmas and needed to return to work after New Years. Our plans got thrown for a loop when a quick trip to the car wash resulted in body damage to my new car. Braden and the crew at Accent turned that bad experience around for me! They gave me a quick estimate, had the part ordered and on hand in time for a morning appointment, and then got the car out the same day I dropped it off so I could get back on the road! They did quality work, direct billed the car wash insurance, kept me informed, and got the car out when promised. What more could you expect than fast, quality work, courteous service, and a team that stands behind their word and their work? Highly recommend Braden and the team at Accent!

Christy, Wayne, and Braden Woods and their crew are the absolute best!! They work with you, walk you through their process, text you updates, call if there is a problem. Their communication and customer service skills are outstanding!! They truly care about their customers and they go above and beyond!!

Great people do a great job like dealing with family. So glad I choose them to do my car anytime I have an issue. If you are thinking of trying them I highly recommend and wouldnt even recommend if they were not worth it

Have used Accent for years. Work is top notch and the owners are the nicest and most honest people you will ever meet. It is quite a comfort to have people you trust when you are in a situation like needing a body shop. If I had a complaint it would be that they get you in and out too quickly and I don t get to enjoy the rental car insurance provides long enough.

This is a great place to take your vehicle. I looked at several different shops before choosing accent and no other place made me feel as comfortable and as appreciated as they did at accent. They helped me get everything I needed from the insurance and would call me every few days to inform me on the progress of my truck. I will definitely continue to come here.

I experienced the professional team at Accent Body Shop twice in one week!I needed a hinge replacement and they ordered the part and when part arrived overnight they called me to come by and had it replaced while I waited!Next, I needed my running light bulbs replaced and because of little bad design of GMC,I couldn't get to the bulbs so I took my truck to them ,again while I waited, in no time the bulbs were replaced while I waited even though a few parts had to be removed but in little time I was on my way !Accent Body Shop you guys "totally rock " !I felt very comfortable being there, no pressure just professionalism and down to Earth individuals !

Wayne, Christie and Braden always go above and beyond for us! They always go over the proper steps to take to make sure my vehicles are fixed to their prior condition! Hands down best in customer service, as well!
