We have paid our membership dues for years. The first time that we needed roadside assistance was today with my wife being about 7-8 hours from home. Her cousin had to jump her car last night. When she got up this morning it wouldn t start. She had to use a virtual assistant to get service. They asked for the make and model of her car to get her a battery at almost $200. When the guy came he said that she had a bad cell in her battery and the alternator was okay. So he jumped her car off leaving her a long drive without being able to stop or restart the car. She explained that she had a long trip, but he told her that all he had to do was jump the battery. And he couldn t get away fast enough. Really? After all these years of paying dues, this is the service we get? I called them and it wanted me to use a chat but held on for about 30 minutes to talk to someone in roadside assistance. They were no help. She said something about oh they have it through some battery program that is apparently sourced out. Blah, blah, blah! My wife called a Toyota place and they put in a new battery and got her going. So thank you Toyota and goodbye AAA and many years of dues.Oh yeah, their hotel rates are worse than a senior rate. And we have had trouble with the travel planning service.

We got a flat tire on a road trip and called and signed up. They said there was a same day sign up tow fee of $65 which we ended up not actually needing a tow (we cancelled the tow while on the phone with triple AAA)but they REFUSED to refund us even though they never actually provided a service. I had always heard triple AAA was amazing but they are unfriendly and they do not care to actually help anyone.

Okay, 8 Aug review.I see AAA thinks it can screw over service members as it pleases. Disabled, retired Army that takes great offence over the treatment I have received from AAA. Yea, AAA thanks for your country's dedicated service. At least your employees have the process down pretty pat. Citi Bank still has the over 3,500 in dispute. I never used the AAA and maybe the military service members active and retired should repay AAA's service.This is an update to my previous negative review. As of yet, (24 Jul), my City Bank credit card is still charged over $3500. I spoke to the customer rep (Jessica) that called me two times last Wednesday (19 July). I reiterated both times that I no longer wished to do business with AAA insurance. I cannot understand this type of blantant dissregard for a customers request.Extremely dissatisfied in their total customer business. Was charged $3564 about 3 weeks before service was supposed to begin. Now I've been waiting days for my credit card to be credited with the amount. Done with AAA here in Texas.UpdateMy Visa credited my money back. No thanks to AAA. THEY TOTALLY IGNORED ANY OF MY CANCELATION REQUEST!

Been with AAA for many years now. Glad that there is a local branch where I can go in and get help. Last time I was in there they were very nice and assisted me with my insurance needs.

I can't stand AAA Roadside service. I needed them for both summer of 2020 and 2021. Bad service very very long wait. Summer 2021 stranded on the highway.. they nvr showed up after an hour or so wait. A family member finally found us thank God. Summer 2021 stranded on highway they finally came after 2 plus hour wait. I'm with On Star now hopefully they have much better service than AAA roadside. And I have a newer vehicle. But AAA discounts for dining or car rentals etc are pretty good

I purchased a three year membership and they started billing me before two years had gone by. I wrote them and told them I had another year on my membership but heard nothing from them. I have now been cancelled for non payment and my card still shows that i have another year of coverage. I will not do business with them again. I have requested a refund for the year of service that I paid for and didn't get.

Closes on the dot at 5pm. Had to go back another day to pick up Amazon package. Think Amazon should use a place that stays open later for people who work.

We had a girls trip planned to Punta Cana with 5 traveling, from 3 different locations. The lack of timely communication was an issue. The travel agent, Sherry did not send travel documents to the out of towners. Those in town had to request it, and told oh it's here.The resort we stayed at was just average, and we did not get a very good deal, as we discovered when we arrived. There were many things we were not offered, or arranged for. Very basic communication and service.I will not use this travel agency again.

Very bad service, they charged me money gor for a hotel reservation even though they said my reservation was modified. Unethical and waste of time and money, I would book hotels from somewhere else next time for sure.

If you're in Amarillo, TX make sure to stop by this office for some friendly help on booking your next vacation or even getting an insurance quote. AAA Texas has some of the best insurance rates you can find in the state of Texas! Just make sure you look around back of the shopping center it can be hard to find.

Kept on phone way to long two in a half hours trying to renew membership . Terrible and bounce around from agent to agent. Terrible customer service.

Too bad there is nothing lower than 0. Worst ever. Will never say anything good about aaa again. Will spread the word how awful it is

I am thoroughly disgusted with insurance companies placing me on hold for long periods of time when I am buying. God, I would hat to see what happens if I have a claim.
