Thank you so much, Pierre, for fixing my brake sensor at no cost and you knew immediately what was wrong and took the time to fix it yourself! And no charge!! My break light and rear lights would not turn off and you knew exactly what to do!! I knew that you would know what to do!! And knew exactly where to rake my car when I saw that these lights were not turning off ! Firestone tire company is the best and Pierre and James are experts! I trust their expertise and their prices for repairs are super great! Thanks so much, Mr. Pierre, for helping me with my car today!! So thankful and relieved! God bless you guys! So thankful ! My neighbor was right when he told me you guys were the best for taking care of my 2010 Honda! Yayyyy!

I took a car in for a pre-purchase inspection and it was great - friendly people, thorough work, and fast helped me save a good chunk on the car by discovering some needed work. Pierre was awesome and I can t recommend highly enough.

I didn t plan on it today but I spent my day with a great team of employees at fire stone in Alvin. They are very busy helping people out and it s completely understandable!! Pierre and all of their technicians are great! I feel good about spending my time here and I also feel even better about spending my money at this location. Thanks guys for all your hard work!!

These fellas saved my butt when my lovely child ran my Nissan Altima into a curb and broke a rim and damaged the front end. Pierre did a test drive and then pin pointed my issues. Fair pricing and no hag. Will definitely be going back .. hopefully not to soon lol..

Pierre & James always take care of me on every vehicle I have. Anything from tires, maintenance, and/or inspections. Very friendly and very honest. Reasonable pricing. I always refer my friends and family to see them. Respect.

Pierre is a great guy and always willing to help you out. They do a great job and are always very straightforward about the situation. I do believe them to be very honest which is very hard to find these days. Never had any issues with the service and always left satisfied. Like I said they are one of a few places that you can trust to not rip you off.

Wow! I am not sure where to start on this one. I went in to just get an alignment after already replacing a control arm. I have had awkward experiences before at other places and worried that I would get taken for a ride and sold things I didn't need. However being there first thing in the morning gave me a chance to listen from the sidelines as Pierre trained a new employee and eavesdrop on some of the advice. It was interesting how he put the happiness of the customers as a priority. After awhile the mechanic came in with bad news. I had a couple more parts that were sorely needing replaced and a couple that it would be good to. The price for everything was way more than I could do, but Pierre didn't have a problem and gave me a second quote that was just the critical items. I still hesitated and he told me something no one has ever given me the option to do. He said they would align it the best they possibly could given the issues and even that would be a significant improvement as alignment was bad. I asked them to please do so and the mechanic started. I watched the mechanic for the next hour as he ran into one problem after another. All four wheel's tie rods were seized. Pierre even tried but broke the tool. In order to do anything the tie rods had to be replaced. Pierre gave me a reasonable quote with the thought to let me leave but by this time I had seen them honestly working as hard as they could to give me a good experience and help me in my situation. I felt comfortable and asked that they go ahead and do it. I had to leave the car of course and another customer gave me a ride home! I asked him of his experience and he shared how he had switched to them several years back and all his company and personal cars were all done there and he had experienced awesome service. I picked my car up at the end of the day and the mechanic spoke in person to me and shared what he did and that my car would drive straight. As the lady at the desk handed me my receipt she said she would like the see me next time but really hoped that there wouldn't be a next time. Maybe not for this car but I think I found some one that I am comfortable enough to return to.

Pierre is a great guy, he went above and beyond for my vehicle. He took his time and even got lunch for me as i waited. I had to come back bc something was going on with my lights, he told me to bring it back. As soon as i got there he looked at it (No Wait). He's awesome and i highly recommend this place. He put my mind at ease and got me back on the road with my baby. Thank You Pierre Taylor

I've been taking my car here for about a year and a half now and so far it's been great. They're honest, helpful, and will do what they can to fix issues or service vehicles, and do it correctly. If they do make an error, which is rare (has never happened to us), they admit it and do what they can to fix it instead of arguing or trying to pretend like they didn't do anything wrong like most places. I recommend this place to everyone.

Every time I go to this shop l, the staff is beyond helpful and the prices are great. Dropped my car off for an inspection but I had a emergency come up that would prevent me from picking it up later that day so they rushed it through inspection in 10 minutes so I could have my car for work the next day. Service is unbelievable and prices are great. Highly recommended if you live in Alvin.

Firestone is the best place to bring your car to in Alvin. Every car I own/owned and had to maintenance or repair I ve brought to them. They have fixed my cars and trucks in a timely manner and are respectful, polite and friendly. Pierre and staff are the best!

This is the ONLY place in Alvin that will change the oil in my VW Pasat. The guys that work here always take care of your car issues in a warm friendly way. I don t feel like they are ever taking advantage of my less-than-awesome mechanical knowledge.

This is not a Firestone, therefore it should not be listed as a Firestone in the Google search. They are not part of the Firestone computer system. Do not bother if you have tires under Firestone warranty. They con not help you. They should change the name to eliminate the confusion. Joe's Fire tire shop.

I had an oil change on 3/19/2021 Then on 7/16/2021 my engine light came on. I went to BC Auto and found out I had been loosing oil. I was 3 quarts low from an oil drain plug seal. BC replaced the seal and refilled my oil. I asked them could this had happened from when I had my oil changed with Firestone. They said most likely. I went to Firestone and told them, they were very nice but nothing was done to compensate the money I had to spend. It cost me $183.46 to fix this situation at BC Auto.

Good little place. Hard to park your car but other then that solid little place. They worked on my dads car. They do have a little nice sitting area with a big TV that has a Netflix acct on it so a pretty good selection of you have to wait.

Everywhere in Pearland told me it would be a 3 to maybe 6 hour wait MINIMUM, just for an oil change. I drove here and they immediately got to work. Very quick and easy. Also FLEET card friendly.

Went to this location when I read about mr. Pierre. My Alignment was done promptly at the estimated price and he is all that his reviews say. Courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. See for yourself.

I'm a single mom of 3 small kids..and I recently last month got my oil change and after driving my car I noticed an odd smell coming from my car .I had waited there for 3 hours with all 3 of my kids while I waited patiently while one there employees had there 2 kids at the location I was patiently waiting and while they took there lunch I was still waiting...well I finally was noticing this odor was getting s stronger just to find out they did not close my cap so my oil was spilling out every time I drove. Firestone you put me and my kids in danger and this could have been a serious sulituation. I do not suggest bringing your car to this location but if you do make sure someone checks it after there work.

We showed up over an hour and a half ago for a simple inspection, there were people waiting on their service which is fine. But a bunch of other clients kept showing up and getting their services before us. I felt like we got left till they litterally had nothing else to do. Once they finally got to us, the service went fast. Wth man.

Would have given 2 stars, but the manager was extremely helpful. We dropped my husbands car off to get an alignment. A few hours later, we happen to be passing by as we were on our way to dinner and noticed the car was pulling out (we assumed for them to test drive it and assess the issue.) While we were at the stoplight, the car pulled out and the employee was driving it like a racecar, even though it was raining outside and IT WASN'T HIS CAR. We followed him as he dogged our car out, going excessive speeds, passing other cars by driving on the shoulder, and going way further than was needed to assess it. We tried catching him, but it was raining and we had kids in the car and we couldn't keep up with him. When we got back to the store, we immediately talked to the manager and the employee denied it, even though we recorded him during the little pursuit. Instead of owning up to it, he lied and quickly ran across the street to Walgreens. The manager was apologetic and professional, and said he would take care of it. Ultimately, they did do good work for us but it wasn't exactly a professional approach to a test drive.

Wasn't too happy how my service on my vehicle was handled need to have another check on it still has same issue wasn't addressed like to get partial refund or work done right.Am not real impressed with the job.
