In my experience, I don't know for certain if IS just the sale person deceitful or managers, maybe both but then also is a reflexion of a larger picture! which they all represent RON CARTER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM. We came to an accord over the price over the phone, even though I told them oer the phone that it better be true before I do the long drive at that way and sale person said yes every is good only to find out that the play the game dumb and dumber between sales person and management.In few words they play a very deceitful game that affects US consumers of their product.

My husband and I bought a certified used jeep (2016 jeep wrangler back country edition) paid $29000 for it and one week later the check engine light came on. A week after that it was leaking brake and clutch fluid. We spent over $300 in rental car fees waiting on them to diagnose the issue. Turns out the guy who was supposed to do the state and certification inspections did not do his job I now have a fake inspection and now have to pay $500 to get it fixed. These people are con artists and lower forms of life. I urge anyone please DO NOT BUY from these people. They lie cheat and rip their customers off and do not care at all. We are reporting them to the State their factory reps the Attorney General in hopes these people are stopped.

Bought a Jeep about a year ago. The salesman was ok. I wanted a Chevy Blazer for my wife. They had a very good price online used vehicle low mileage. I get there the salesman s said oh we don t have that vehicle available it s been sold. I said ok. We walked around the same vehicle i saw online we saw it in the parking lot. He said oh that s not the one but i want you to see the Jeep Compass. We saw something that was good after he played games for a good Hr! I was pre financed through my bank for up to 35K. When we went to finalize the finance manager said oh we don t do outside deals. I m like really. He said no since the pandemic! I said ok we were about to leave but my wife insisted we get it anyways. We financed through them. Some people are just snake s always trying to convince or make you buy what they want you to buy. They want the best deal for them and not the customers! I will never buy another vehicle from them first and last time!!

Initial contact was with Brian and we were quickly able to come to terms in a straight forward manner. Brian then got Robert involved and the process was again smooth and efficient. Robert was patient as my work was demanding the day we were trying to iron out the paperwork in advance of my arrival the following day. I am located 220 miles away so it was important to me to have everything ready to go so I could arrive, sign the paperwork, load up our vehicle and head back home. Robert even had the windshield replaced after noticing a crack the day prior when checking to see that everything was set for the next morning. A great experience from start to finish! I would definitely do business with the folks at Ron Carter again.

Horrible experience. I went to four other dealershipes to trade in my jeep. They all offered me from 48-50k. This place has the audacity to offer me 41k for a jeep rubicok 2023 with 8000miles. Never come here to trade in a car.

I bought a 2020 Jeep Willys from Logan Dawson. The entire process took less than two hours. I spent a couple of days with Logan looking for the EXACT version of the Jeep I wanted, and he found it... for the right price, and with a couple of other features! Thanks Logan!Also want to acknowledge Ramon Gutierrez, the finance team member who finalized the process. Ramon was extremely professional, and very transparent. He made the financing process my best experience to date. Thanks Ramon!Logan & Ramon were genuine, and honest, and didn t try to oversell me!Excellent young men!

Got a 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummings Diesel Engine 4x4. Been to the shop at least 8 times and this time they have had it for 6 weeks and they told me another 6 to 8 more weeks. This is a new vehicle with 16k miles on it and I am the first owner. It has left me stranded many of time where both batteries are completely dead. They have put 2 new batteries and a new radio and now in the process of ordering a few more things and thats why they have to hold it for another 6 to 8 weeks. I asked for a loaner and they said possible but not sure if I can get one. I financed 87,500.00 and I can't get a 30k loaner to use in the meantime instead of having to Uber everywhere. All I need right now is a working vehicle to get around without having to ask for rides.

I attempted to by a c8 corvette that the manager, anthony, said was "his personal vehicle". But after being notified of check engine lights and sensors needing replaced he said he would attempt to get the issue fixed free of charge to me, if he wasnt able to do that he would send the sensors with me when i left. I informed him i wouldnt be buying an 80,000 dollar car with check engine lights. Then upon receiving the buyers order they had slipped in a 1699 dollar platinum protection plan without my consent and said it wasnt negotiable. Obviously in an attempt to cover labor costs for fixing the issue. I offered to pay 5k down for a picture of the odometer to ensure Anthony wouldnt be driving "his personal car" that is listed for sale between the down payment date and the date of pick up. He refused. A complete joke and a waste of my time. Not to mention less than ethical tactics. Amy in sales however was great to work with. I would check and double check any agreements made with this dealership.

Excellent service! I had a great experience with Mrs. Valeriia where she gave my family and I the absolute best customer service we wanted. While there, we got to meet most of the staff and it felt at home. They are also military friendly!EDIT! Guys this dealership is an absolute dumpster fire. They recently had a change of management but haven t done anything for any change. The managers there are basically pumping out their employees where they feel threatened. I bought a truck here but it had issues, I called, called, and called with no responses. Employees ended up quitting due to their managers incompetence. Please, if you are thinking of going here, here s a sign to not sign any deal with them! It s a trap and nonetheless a red FLAG!!!

Just bought our 22 gladiator from this dealership. Have to say it was overall a good experience. Williams was my sales guy and he was great overall throughout the process. Very knowledgeable, was able to answer all of my questions and made my wife comfortable aswell. I believe I ended up getting a great deal for the Jeep and my trade in.I m giving it a four star review for the following reason:- Although super friendly, the floor manager (Big guy with arms the size of my head) came in after the sales guy and I agreed on a price and said that the only reason why he let it go for the price he did was because he thought I was going to finance with them. I stated that the financing terms weren t talked about during negotiations and in short wasn't my problem (as I had already gotten pre approved loans through USAA). He said he was going to get back to me on IF I can do that and after an hour of waiting for him to come back, my wife convinced me to go with their financing company even after I signed all the paperwork an hour later, big arm guy never came back and was sitting on his phone at the computer. What happened big arm guy?Finance guy: super friendly awesome older gentleman, came from South Carolina like myself and his customer service was great!The problem: Along with big arm guy, together they tried to convince me that going with their financing company then refinancing the loan with my bank next month would be the best thing for me to do (despite additional the hard credit pull I guess?). After I said no, I still got comments about how there s no difference in apr.Finally, although I declined the additional warranty s except for the nitrogen tires, I began to explain to my wife why I don t think we need the additional gap coverage, tire and wheel, interior damage protection.. etc. After I explained all this to my wife (with the finance guy listening) he proceeded to write up and try to get me to sign a full coverage warranty which would have cost an additional 5k.After I again explained that I only wanted the nitrogen, he apologized and said that he misunderstood me however I think he was just doing his job.Overall, a great experience with some friendly guys but please do yourself a favor and read every single document someone gives you. A 5,000 dollar misunderstanding is a very big misunderstanding.

I recently went to Ron Carter with my wife we were quickly greeted by Ms.Brissa who from introducing her self to giving us a walk through the lot we knew we be going home with our new vehicle. Price was exactly what was online and sticker price of the vehicle no pressure on adding any unnecessary expenses. From arriving to getting the keys took no time fastest purchasing process I have gone through ever. If your looking to shop here I definitely recommend asking for Brissa!!

I had a bit of a stressful experience, but, all ended well. Kaylyn was my calm in the storm. She is very professional and kept me informed and up to date. Having your vehicle serviced is already a stressful situation, but, when something unexpected happens... you couldn't ask for a better point person.

I brought my 2022 Ram int the shop for problems with engine starting. The young lady at the service desk was extremely helpful and considerate. My truck was repaired within the time I had been told. I appreciate the consideration shown for my problem. I will return to this shop should I have any problems.

The people at Ron Carter in Alvin are hard-working and caring people from upper management all the way down to the service technicians and advisors. They listen to you, and they are genuinely invested in you as a person more than just as a customer. That level of kindness and attention is difficult to find these days - Ron Carter in Alvin has it! Trust them with your auto needs; they will not let you down.

The car buying process was good for the most part, the customer service since purchasing has been horrible. Lack of communication, no call back from promises to call, still having excuse after excuse as to why they can t tell me where our tags are. Funny how the title department person is never available during business hours! Customer service is the key to success!!

My husband and I just purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 from this dealership and I have to say that we had the most pleasurable vehicle buying experience ever. We were greeted immediately with a smile from Angel with an eagerness to assist us in finding the right vehicle. Angel was being trained by Diego so we had double to service. :) Diego was incredibly knowledgeable about the differences between the trucks and their respective trim packages and help us finding the perfect fit for us at the right price. We never once felt pressured into anything, they were very respectful, professional and helpful. We came back the next morning to finalize the deal and they worked with us to reach the numbers we had in mind with the help of their incredible manager, Ron. We were also in a bit of a time crunch and the entire team including finance worked hard to meet it while never compromising their service or details. They kept their word on everything that was offered and we were incredibly satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend Ron Carter as well as Diego and Angel for your salesmen. Had a very bad experience at this Dodge dealership. We worked a deal and agreed-upon numbers and I was told by three different people. They used my credit union. They ran both my credit and my husband s credit and then came out an hour later saying oh sorry we don t use your credit union, but you can use this bank. And they told me that if I didn t use that bank, I could not go to outside finance at all and that s just the way.Remember people this is not the only dealership in the Houston area.

Service was good, very fast once we got the part, however not a fan at all of the 40 dollar miscellaneous fee! But I will say when questioned about it the fee was removed. I suggest everyone question it.
