Very poor customer service. Every time I have taken my car in for repair they have dismissed me saying the vehicle is working the way it is suppose to or indicated it was my fault I was having the issue. I purchased a new platinum murano 2 years ago. The car has run fine but I have had an issue with the front radar. They told me to give it a good bath it would be fine. Problems with the back hatch, they tried to tell me it was my fault and had to take it in three times before they actually fixed it. Sun roof quit working. They semi fixed it. I told them it still wasn't right they said it was and sent me on my way. Several weeks later I took it back and refused to leave till they fixed it right. Now the air conditioner is not blowing out of the front vents.. Took it in the man came out and pushed buttons till he got it to working right and sent me on my way. Tried to take it back when it still was doing the same thing. Argued with me that I had already been there and it was good when I left. Told me I should take it to another dealership. I bought it there these are thir problems.Service: General repairs & maintenance
