I have no idea how all the reviews here are positive. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.From the very first meeting, where we agreed to meet at 12.00pm, and they turned up at 1.00pm having taken their lunch. I only persisted because of the reviews I read here. But my experience is the polar opposite.My camper had damage to the underside, including to the plumbing, stab jacks, rear bumper bar and pvc protective covering. When we discussed my rv repair, I was clear that I could either repair it fully to as new condition, and bill the insurance company, or accept that 2 elements would not be repaired (bent stabilizer jacks and a slightly dented rear bumper bar could be left as is) and I would take the hit on residual value and keep the provisional insurance payout.After getting a quote for the latter, I decided to go that route, opting to live with the dented bumper bar and replacing the jacks myself (he woul wanted to charge around $1k for that).When I went to pick it up a few weeks later, only the plumbing had been done, and it looked terrible. Like a child had attempted it. It also leaked. The under side still looked like it had when I took it in.I left it with them to remedy, which turned out to be a huge mistake.It was with them another 7 months, I which time calls were not returned and texts went unanswered. When I did finally get through, by using an alternate number, they answered and told me it would be ready 'next week', but it never was. I eventually picked it up today.Again, they were late, so I had time to look at their 'work'. The plumbing looked a lot better, but only part of the pvc sheeting had been replaced and they had left the battery cover off its protective container, and consequently, it was flooded with rainwater.When 'Ace' finally turned up, I was upset to say the least, and asked him what the hell this was.He was immediately went on the offensive and a slanging match ensued, with him even calling the police. He claimed I was defrauding my insurance company which, firstly, is not his business, but secondly, was not interested when I explained that the insurance co.pany was fully aware of what I was doing and were happy (and actually suggested it as an option). But no, Ace had to accuse me of committing insurance fraud.I left with an RV that had been sat outside for 8 months, including all winter, and a ruined battery that was 'okay because it was marine grade' in their view.Do yourself a favor, and avoid these crooks at all costs.

Ace and Amanda did an incredible job as we were helping a family member and out of state. My husband liked them from the beginning and he followed through with all as promised. He had his transport cancel on him and still managed to get there in Houston traffic to deliver. We greatly appreciate the help they provided at a good price. He made it easier than we expected. Finally he is a great contact for us if any repairs or service is needed and I would highly recommend for anyone selling and purchasing an RV.

BEST SHOP EVER, called around they were very reasonable,fair and professional. Smaller company that pays so much attention to customer service, and they will only be working on my RV, I'll support them.... Thanks guys for helping us restore our family RV.... Ace and Manda did a wonderfuljob taking care of our company dog grooming truck. They handled switching a rooftop ac unit out for us and they were fast and efficient, which was a welcome relief considering how specialized the field is and the price was more than fair. Their professional attentiveness to our situation s needs and practical knowledge of these vehicles has guaranteed that we will be back for their services for as long as they ll have us. After a heavy rainstorm, our large slide out began leaking and water was coming in through one of our lights. After a recommendation I reached out and Amanda got us scheduled. Ace was knowledgeable and made us feel at ease that we would get our slide out fixed correctly and quickly. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the correct fix for our trailer and we are grateful that everything is fixed.I have full confidence if you go to Ace and Amanda you will be happy with the results!

Amanda was very sweet and got me through to Ace who came out immediately after I called and checked my AC right before it stormed so me and my fur babies didn t have to worry. We purchased a used motorhome from them. They were very transparent, honest and helpful. The transaction went smoothly.The condition of the unit was magnificent for its age and the price point was amazing. We had been looking for months and this unit is going to be perfect! Well I've found me an awesome mobile RV service. Brought trailer home from storage and slide would not extend. Could not find how to extend manually. Called One Stop Rv and Ace came out and found my problem. Was battery issue. They are local to Alvin and have my business from now on. Don't hesitate to give them a call.
