Had an alarm installed in my car and that did an incredible job especially considering how old my car is. They were extremely well priced and had it done in less than 2 hours. Several paydays later I went back to have a stereo installed and not only did they do it for half the price I was quoted at other places but they did it in under an hour and met every need I had. They did a quick, clean, and professional job. Also, I feel like I should add that unlike other places I went this place didn't try up selling me on everything. They strictly answered the questions I asked and took care of exactly what I came for without trying to empty my pockets.

Do NOT GO HERE!!! There should be a way to give no stars. We took our truck there for a simple plug. It was installed in the wrong place! Best part, our nice leather truck seat was cut in the process. No offer to fix their work and certainly no offer to fix the leather seat.Tried to support a small business owner only to be hoodwink and have to pay more elsewhere!

I paid M & M audio to put in a new radio in my vehicle. They worked pretty fast. I was there for 40 min. The work they did looks neat and clean. The inside of the establishment is small and cluttered. The waiting area couch is not very comfortable. I advise you to drop off your vehicle and comeback when they are finish. The employees are nice.

My window tint was too dark so they removed it and replaced it and looks by perfect now. Great job. Great price

DO NOT LET THESE CRIMINALS TOUCH YOUR VEHICLEThis company is garbage. Avoid using this company at any cost. I paid them $200 and something dollars to install an 2,000 w amp back in March and have had trouble with it ever since. First time was within a month of install and charged me $40 to look at it didn't tell me problem but was fixed. Had to then again go back to them two months later because system was having problems again that time they charged me another $50 to replace a wire going from battery to inline fuse. Had to go back to them again because system wasn't working properly again. Now it's another few months later and system isn't working properly again. They use cheaper wires on the initial install, not using copper wires, and now I have to go back and have my system reinstalled with proper wires. Once again this company is garbage and avoid them

They charged $250 to wire they loc wavelink and got home and truck started acting all crazy, had to call my buddy and told him what's going on and they had wired it wrong. Rip off.

Do not go here!!!! I went originally to get a key fob for my car since I didn t have one, they ended up setting up some faulty alarm that I had to go back there the next day to get fixed once they did and my car was ready for pickup, I noticed my drivers side window would no longer go back up and didn t work what so ever. They kept trying to LIE, by saying it was already like that, they still didn t fix it and just sealed it with some black stuff that they smeared all over my window.So basically they did not FIX it and they MESSED up my window in the process of doing it. These guys DONT know what they are doing. I Now will have to take elsewhere to get fixed because they will probably mess something else up .Rate ZERO stars if I could.waste of time!!!!!!

Went in for an interlock was handled professionally other than not really taught properly how to use it. Also needed a driver side window waited all day 45 min from home to have them bring a passenger window. Then was told they could do it Saturday had work then they asked about Sunday and I said maybe. Called Sunday after my morning shift and was told they couldn't do it but if I make it by 5 Monday or Tuesday they'd take care of me.. even though it had been paid for on Friday and THEY made the mistake of bringing the wrong window after waiting all day. Monday rolled around, after my morning shift I called and they claimed they couldn't do it on Monday I would have to come in on Tuesday, which now we are day 5 after it was paid for. Tuesday came around window was installed but they forgot to put a clip in the inside door handle so I couldn't get out of my truck on the driver side. Drove all the way back 45 min there and 45 back to have the clip installed. Now mind you when I got the interlock installed on Friday and paid/waited for the window, that was the wrong side, I asked them to get me a price on a side marker light(installed) and tires/alignment. That never happened even though I asked again when I called on Sunday. On top of that my steering wheel was making noises and still is due to when they installed the interlock they didn't clip the bottom cover back in correctly at all. Just an overall piss poor customer service and will not be back nor would I suggest anyone go to this place.

I went in looking for a company to due custom work on my company fleet of trucks.The work "Test" had them perform was to install a stereo in my jeep. a simple and easy task. was not completed properly, stereo didn't work, then once I got it working found out the speakers weren't hooked up right, fade was left front and right rear, and balance was right front to Left rear. took me 5 mins to fix..My test told me this isn't a company I want to work on my companies fleet of 25 trucks.if you have them do any work. look it over twice before you pay and then twice more before you leave. Better yet, just go elsewhere it will save you a lot of stress.

I would like to point out three things that went wrong when I took my vehicle in to get my windows tinted. No no bias just truth1-dirty hands and feet left smudges and streaks of black grease on my back seats, doors and even my front seats. (Fix)- I had to scrub all the grease of with cleaner.2- leaving the doors opened to long while not working on the vehicle killed my' battery. Note- When draining a battery so low, you can damage the cells inside a battery, and it will end up being a weak or bad battery that won't hold its charge. (Fix) A week later I purchased a new battery do to my car leaving me stranded twice because of the battery being bad.3- The shop was closing soon so the guy behind the counter told me to pay up. He was closing up and needed to leave. My car was still being worked on, but I understand that he needed to leave, so I paid him the money. He put the money in his pocket and attempted to walk out the door to leave. I stopped him and asked if he was going to give me a receipt. He went back to the counter and made me one, but that isn't the way you business.Conclusion- The tint itself came out great, but dealing with the other issues, I wouldn't go back.

They helped me fix my subs when another company didnt install them very well. Very straightforward and told me my options. I was also in and out in about 30-45min, like they estimated.

My friend recommended me to this shop, I was skeptical of the reviews. I had a good experience with these guys. They installed amp steps on my 2022 Ram 3500. Clean install and they beat the price of every other amp step dealer in the area. Thanks!

WORST experience. Charged me $1200 for a job worth half the price. Don t recommend any service from them. At that had to go to real houston set up, to fix there screw ups

Super fast and courteous. Called on Thursday and set up and appointment for Saturday. Dropped off my car for a speaker install at 930 AM and picked up at 1230pm. They were quick to respond to messages and my speakers sound amazing. Amazing job here.

I took my car n had a system installed . I told d installer I was keeping my old new radio to please leave it in car my radio was taken out n dey kept it When I went back and asked him about my radio they played dumb and said they didn't know where it was they kept my radio it's been about 6 months or longer never received my radio that gave me the run run around and then they did a sorry as job and installed in my system all the wires coming loose I paid $1400 to get my system installed and they use drywall screws to hold my speakers in place and drive wall screws to whole night

The guy that runs this place is a crook tried to charge me 400 for a kicker 4 channel anp that is 199 online and 165 dollars in labor to connect it when all the wires are already ran and it was a 10minute install I did my self. He charged me 65$ to look at it and tell me i need an amp then quoted me 565 additional for the amp and install. I understand needing to make profit but this is excessive. People like this are why you can't trust anyone anymore. I'm greatful that in a mechanic and I know that this install wasn't too difficult. Steer clear of this place if you can

I bought an insert for my car stereo in my truck. They make so many different inserts for this particular model though, so when it wasn't the right one and I went back up there. Just to make it right, they went through their whole inventory to find the exact one and installed it. And even after messing with it for 45 minutes, they Didn't even ask me for more money. It was a great first impression and I will be back!

I went in to get my windows tinted and I was originally quoted $285. After talking, the man said he could do the job for $180. He said it would be a higher charge to do 5% tint all around. I told him I just wanted 5% on the back and 25% on the front for $180. He said on and even wrote what we agreed on in his notepad before I left.A few hours later the women who works there called me back and said it would be $245???? I told her that s not what I was quoted, she then talked to her dad who said I was not quoted $180, which is a lie! He told her the price went up since I wanted 25% tint on the driver and passenger windows, which made no sense because he said it d only be a higher charge if I got 5% all around. I ended up leaving paying $196.00 after going back and forth with them.I ve taken my cars to be tinted here a few times over the years, they always do this. They ll give you a price you agree on, and then raise the price when you get there to pick up your vehicle. I used to think they may have done this by mistake, and calculated the price wrong but no, this is no mistake they are trying to take advantage of people. If you get a quote pay before you leave, or have them write down a quoted price!They ll topically say it s $185, then it ll be 285 when you pick up your car what a joke!

Took my daughter's jeep for new rims, tires, nerf bars, and sound system to include back up camera. They did an awesome job and worked late each day to complete the work.

Bought actuators for my car they made me put a down payment told me it would be there in 3 days they never called me back. I went today and the dude tells me he doesn't know where they are I ask for my downpayment back then he said hold up. So now this dude finds it and it takes them 4 hours to do the work, I go to pay and he practically charges me double from the original price he gave me then he has the nerve tocharge extra for using my car. This place is a joke never going back.

Super friendly staff. I had them take the tint out the front two windows of my Mini Cooper and am very satisfied with the results. Definitely recommend them!

They don't have good costumer service, the young guy that works there seems to be in a bad mood the way he responds back to you is like he is going to do the service for free. I won't go there any more.

They were quick and know what they are doing. If you need a shop that can deal with foreign cars I would suggest them. I spent weeks trying to find someone that could do the radio and sub set up in my audi and they got it done with in 2 hours of me walking in the door

Over priced compared to other sound shops. They will always rip you off. I prefer pro sounds in Texas city. They don t rip you off like these people.

Would not suggest going here, dropped my truck off to have subs put in that I already had they called me and told me one of my subs had a short and was blowing fuses and that s the 3rd one I ve had replaced and when I plugged it in at home it worked just fine then charged me an $100 more than what it should have been

I would not recommend this low end shop to anyone!! Terrible work and staff !! They attempted to install headlights taighlights and cubes on my truck and all of which are now scratched cracked and or not set up correctly ! They had my truck for 3 DAYS for wiring And the cubes And low beams rattle and shake when driving it s a nightmare , learn from my mistake and go ANYWHERE else!! Screw m&m audio

This company put window tint on my vehicle already bubbling and peeling after 3 months, did not explain what I was getting and that they were selling me a inferior job, they said I should of known what I was getting. Their representative told me no bubbles, no problem. Don't let them take your money.

Had a great experience with M&M, they worked fast and had neat and clean install on my sub system. Coming In at half of what I was quoted at other places. Would definitely recommend

Showed up as their first customer of the day. Pulled my car in straight away for tint and a radio install. But once the tint was finished my car just sat there with no one touching it, I was there from 730am before they even opened till almost 1pm I ended up leaving because they were installing radios in cars that just showed up at noon instead of working on my car that had been sitting there all day.
