I live in another state and was purchasing a truck located in Texas. I found Gulf Coast Diesel online and, based on their reviews, asked them to do a pre-purchase inspection for me. Aaron, the owner, assured me they would thoroughly inspect the truck and look out for my interests. After the inspection, they gave me a complete rundown of their findings and encouraged me to buy the truck. I m completely happy with their services and pleased to recommend them. Five stars all the way. Thank you Aaron !

Good qualty parts and work. They replaced my injectors and put a nice tune on it. Definitely will be going back for more work to be done

Gulf Coast Diesel Performance in Alvin�ROCKS!I can't say enough good things about these guys!They are Genuinely Good Guys that Know What They Are Doing !What makes me an authority on this statement? I travel the USA hauling my 5th with my RAM 2500, pretty much full-time.I have been to my fair share of Mechanics all across the nation.From now on, If I am within 500 miles of these guys and need work, I will make that drive! I can only say that for one other mechanic,�I have dealt with, and that one is way up on the Washington/Canadian border.Aaron and Shane are passionate about what they do. They know what they are doing. They are also passionate about making sure the customer feels well taken care of. They are incredibly fair and go above and beyond!They give you thorough communication throughout the process, giving�and explaining options. They keep you updated. They get the job done how and when they say they will, the first time!Don't go anywhere else!

Two of the best mechanics I ve ever met. Reliable, trustworthy, and stand behind their work. Shane put a new motor in my Chevy and it has been perfect. I also hired him to run new transmission cooler lines and he was able to get it taken care of quickly. They are passionate about what they do, you can see it in their own trucks and they won t gouge you. You don t want the cheapest working on your truck, you want the best.

The people there know what they are doing! I had to do a lot of research on my transmission to find the one that was right for me and I landed on ATS. The guys that run the shop have years of experience working on these transmissions and it shows! They did a great job installing my 68rfe. I would highly recommend this shop for all your diesel wants and needs!

This place is amazing!!! My husband s truck went down and we had to get it fixed quick to get him back to work.I can t say how much we love this shop it was an amazing turn around time and the quality of work and service was top notch!!!! If you need any work done this is the only place to go!Thank you guys for getting our truck back on the road!!!

Highly recommend, they did not deny my head gasket replacement on my LLY. They took on the challenge and got it done. Friendly people and always kept my updated on my truck.

Had an oil leak on our truck and we called a bout 2:30 on a Friday and they said bring it by and they ll take a look. Gentleman who suspected what the issue was on our Ford and told us they could keep it and work on it between other vehicles was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous . Called us Monday and confirmed, we gave the go ahead and it was ready for pickup on Tuesday. This company has fair pricing and exceeded our expectations of it needing to take longer to repair. We will return should we have any issues in the future, highly recommend!

I just bought my first diesel truck (used) and my check engine light came on two days later. I did research and found these guys, I talked with them about my concerns and my lack of knowledge when it came to diesel trucks. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my truck (very minor issue) I also asked them to look over the whole truck to see if there were any other issues. I put my complete trust in them not knowing if they would try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I was told that everything looked fine and to keep an eye on my idler arm. The fact that they didn t try to up sale me or get me to fix anything that didn t need to be fixed gained my trust and my business for life. If you re looking for a trustworthy place to take your truck look no further. I ve already referred several friends.

I just want to say these guys are true professionals and there knowledge about diesels is why I trusted them to work on my truck. Never met them before, but when I did they treated me like family. They even went the extra mile and didn't charge me for parts that were change I that I needed but wasn't part of the quote. They earned a customer for life! Thanks Shane and Aron!

We recently took our 2010 F350 to Gulf Coast Diesel and I'm SO glad we did! We had a complete engine rebuild and the turn around time was extremely fast and well priced. We had a fuel issue two days later and they towed the truck back to their shop at no cost to us and only charged us for the part needed (this was a separate issue from the engine). We will absolutely only be taking our truck to them from now on.

We are Snowbirds from Michigan and had a new fuel pump installed in our truck just prior to leaving on our trip. We got to TX and a little while later our truck began leaking Diesel Fuel. We called our guys in Michigan and they sent us here. We called, got in the next morning and they fixed the leak right away!! Amazing Service and Extremely Knowledgeable!! We can now make the 20+ hour drive home, pulling our RV, having Peace that our truck isn't spraying Diesel Fuel everywhere!!

Best shop around! Guys are very trustworthy and do honest work.Took my truck in thinking it was one problem but turned out to be something different and far less expensive. Instead of just replacing what I thought the problem was as well as the problem they found, they called me and let me know that it was something different. Ended up saving me quite a bit of money in the end.Highly recommend giving them a call!

Had a transmission issue and took It to a highly rated well know Alvin transmission shop. This shop couldn t figure out the issue so they referred me to Gulf Coast DM. They said it s the only shop they d send someone to in Alvin. When I got to GCDP, my first impression was it appeared to be a clean, professional shop, the owner listened to my issue and didn t jump to a conclusion . They were also diagnostic minded in their resolution. They spent time with computer diagnostics and trouble shooting before offering a solution or throwing money at the problem. We narrowed the issue down to a couple of possible causes and they recommended addressing the least expensive things first. Their lobby area is clean and organized as well as a well kept Rest Room. To me they are trustworthy enough that I will bring my truck to them whether there is an issue or for routine maintenence.

I brought my 2016 Duramax to these guys and they are probably the only shop I m gonna be bring my truck to. I took it to them for what was supposed to be an injector problem but ended up being a lot more than that. After a few days of finding nothing but problems they told me that engine was a rebuilt one and had to go. Which sucks but I now know that it is done correctly and professionally. They also have really good communication informing me of anything and everything they found wrong and what the next step should be. The guys here know how to get it done no B.S and straight to it no matter how big or small the problem is. Which is why they are my new go to shop

Absolutely Yes I recommend them, they saved my butt today big time, My Wife has had the trip we are leaving on tomorrow Planned for a year and I needed a new turbo, well between 0930 this morning and 330 PM today they had me out the doorSo Yes and they will see the underside of the Hood and Truck again. Count on it

Had a good experience with these guys. Very attentive and communicate with you through the process. Have dealt with shops that you have to hunt down to get updates. Not with these guys. Will be coming again for upgrades or repairs.

I went to Gulf Coast Diesel Performance whom I met in this great group,Aaron Snider did take care of my truck professionally and I would keep him and his shop as my go to garage for tune-ups and lifting and mechanic work,My truck Is a 2011 F250 6.7,They inspected the truck bumper to bumper and did fix the front end with a great price,Thank you Aaron and will be back soon for the lift and new look we talked about
