Called them and told them I needed my exhaust welded by the engine. Asked if they were able to take me in today he was hesitant said he would be able to do it tomorrow. I was like great I will be there in the morning. He then told me you know what come on and bring it in. I told him I didn t want to inconvenience him and I would just come early in the morning. He said either way would be fine. Called back told him I would take him up on coming in today and he was like ok see ya soon. Went in he took my truck in the bay and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very amazing and reasonable price. I will definitely be back and recommend him to anyone I know. Brad's Muffler Shop was recommended to me by a friend. Robert is great. He made time to look at my car on a busy day and quickly identified the problem. The part had to be ordered,, but he made sure I could drive and be safe until repaired. I called when parts were to arrive and he scheduled me in. He showed me the condition of my parts, made repairs, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Honest, excellence in service, =easonable pricing, and I must say, I left a very happy customer.

Got a quote earlier to replace a catalytic converter and the price was not that bad. However thought might be able to do it myself but the catalytic converter I bought online was not a good fit and I had two bolts broken that I couldn't fix. Ended up coming back and having them repair the job I tried to do. It's still ended up a reasonable price. They were able to get me in the next day and finish it by the following day. Looks like a pretty good job. Wished I had done it that way first

This was actually my second trip to Brad's but the experience was the same nonetheless. The first trip, I need a small collar welded onto my generators muffler. The got it knocked out within minutes and refused to charge me for the work despite my trying. So, when some slimeball recently chopped my exhaust attempting to steal my catalytic converter, I knew exactly where to go. I had a miscommunication with them over the phone and thought I had made an appointment. However, once there the guys explained they don't make appointments and it's first come first serve, so just know that going in. They took pity on me though and welded up the cut in less than 3 minutes, no joke. I stayed and chatted with Mr. Brad and one of the guys about cars and life for another 10 minutes before I had to get on my way, otherwise I could talk cars with them all day. I've experienced Brad's Muffler Shop's 5 star reviews first hand, and you should too.

Didn't want to give 1 star because they were friendly but I was told to come on a certain day to get some work done on my exhaust. I went out there to get the work done and was told we can't take anyone for 2 weeks. They could've told me that before I drove out there. And it wasn't like they looked at the car and thought it was a larger repair. They didn't even check out the car just told me that I need to drop it off in a couple of weeks and they will look at it. I am stuck in Houston, I'm from California and need my car fixed before I can leave and go home.

Had the Subaru dealer look at my son s exhaust system because I noticed he had a cracked weld on his exhaust pipe right before the muffler. They wanted to charge him for that and a new catalytic converter which they said was bad. We took it to Brad s Muffler Shop for a second opinion. They checked out the exhaust system and confirmed it was good except for the cracked weld which they repaired. Saved us from having to pay for that overpriced, unnecessary catalytic converter repair at the dealer. Please support competent, honest businesses like Brad s Muffler Shop.Service: Exhaust

I had an incompetent mechanic mis-diagnose my 2011 NISSAN 4 X 4.My employer suggested BRAD'S MUFFLER SHOP in Alvin, TX.I brought my truck to BRAD'S in Alvin, Texas. They did a great job. Daniel, the mechanic at BRAD'S worked late that day - diagnosed the problem correctly, and my truck was running great the next afternoon, for a reasonable service fee.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Daniel olaveirta is a true life saver the dealership was going to take 4 weeks to get to our vehicle that was under extended warranty which is (why I didn t just do it myself why pay out of pocket when you have an extended service plan) my wife s 2017 suburbans ac compressor went out and also the rear dvd screen went out and we were going to take it back to the dealership for extended warranty since it was covered only to find out they were 4 weeks out so I called around to finally be referred to Daniel who told me he was extremely busy but he would do his best to work me in. He stayed after hours to make sure the vehicle was fixed in time for our family trip this Memorial Day weekend... 3 day turnaround and was repaired perfectly. No mess what so ever inside or out and even offered to deliver the vehicle back to my house free of charge since I was at work and my wife was at home without a way to pick the vehicle up. I definitely recommend you give the Brad s Automotive team a try. Make sure to ask for Daniel he is honest fair and very easy to get along with a true man of his word! Thank you so much to Robert and team for helping me out with my car. I was told by the thieves at NTB that the frame was bent when I got my car aligned. I went to Robert to see if he could fix this issue, and he informed me they should never have charged me if they thought the frame was bent, let alone do the alignment. When Robert looked at my car he said one of my tires was so worn the metal was showing, and the fact that NTB didn't point this out and let me drive on that tire was extremely dangerous. He also found that the frame was completely fine. Will definitely be coming back here if I need any work done on my car in the future!! Honest mechanics with great customer service!

I hope you're not in a hurry. I observed those arriving last being waited on first, while the rest of us stood around waiting. I finally got in my car and drove off. I cant deal with rude business practices. I went to Alvin Muffler where I was treated more respectfully, and they were cheaper and faster. I wont be back to Brad's.

Possibly the best customer service experience I've ever had at a repair shop. Robert was very helpful and friendly and did our muffler repair in only a few minutes. Cannot recommend enough, they will take care of you

I needed a full exhaust on a project truck they had it done in no time. Great welds and bends all the way to the back of the truck. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Had an issue with the jeep wrangler and after doing many things to try to solve it, I went by and Chris Rab helped out. He got right on it and showed me how bad my Cat was. A little time later it was ready and drove it home like no problem. Thank you Chris!

I called yesterday and made an appointment for 10am on the phone. I get there at 10 and the man at the counter says that they dont take appointments. Well maybe someone should tell the people who answer the phone that.I have made appointments and had work done there before, but now this.It was also clear by the tone of the man at the counter that his only priority was getting rid of me.

overall service great i took my burban to get it un'dumped the service was quick i barley had time to look at a magazine and they were done,very clean and the classic cars that show up there are a plus.

They fixed my catalytic converter for less than half what another shop was going to charge, and had it done in ten minutes! Couldn't be happier!

I TOOK MY CAR HERE . THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE AND THEY HAVE REASONABLE PRICES AM VERY HAPPY I FOUND THEM.
