BCM Marine has been a pleasure to work with on our Sea Ray Sundancer. Michelle scheduled a time that worked for me to meet with Shaun at the marina. Shaun and I met and he did great work on my engines and Kohler generator. You can tell he takes pride in his work. That s a rare trait these days. I highly recommend BCM Marine! You will not be disappointed!

Shaun and Michelle were both quick to respond to our repair inquiry. Shaun was right on time for the repair appointment. He diagnosed the issues with the port engine and generator and had them both running in no time. BCM will definitely be my go to repair shop from now on.Thanks again Phil and Carrie.

Everyone is always skeptical about using a new business.I tried out BCM Marine because the first shop I used wasn't very good. BCM went over my whole boat and told me what it needed and sent me an estimate before even doing any repairs.It was costly to do all at once but they had no problem just doing what i needed and breaking it up for me.Just recently i had the boat back in their shop for a starter replacement. In my boat the engine is really packed in there and things are not easy to get too. At first you think $1000 to replace a starter is a lot but when you look at the numbers of the parts needed and the labor you understand.I took my boat out the very next day after picking it up and had problems. I thought it was due to the repairs that were done.I texted Shaun to tell him what had happened while being towed in by the coast guard and he drove all the way down to the docks where i was brought in and fixed my boat right there in the water.It was a different problem and not what they had fixed.Thats what i call customer service. He stands behind his work and even answers any questions you have or tips that may help you. He will definitely be seeing my boat again.PS, always remember what BOAT means "Bust out another thousand"

I had BCM do some routine maintenance and not so routine maintenance on my 2021 SeaDoo s.I could not imagine a more pleasant experience as they worked with me through the entire process. Amazing craftsmanship, customer service, and all around professionalism. They ve earned a lifelong customer!I highly recommend BCM for any powersport/marine mechanic work. Service: Tune-ups

I recently had my 2011 Key West 186 serviced at this shop. Trailer needed a total axle and spring replacement. The Yamaha 115 engine needed a 100 hour service. All work was performed by BCM and crew. The work on the trailer was outstanding.The service on the engine was superb. Ran quiet and dependable. My thanks to BCM and crew for a job well done. The communication between Michele and I were great, for keeping me updated on progress. The shop was clean and organized; a good impression of the owner. Owner /crew are dependable and knowledgeable in the Marine industry. I will be back for future service on my boat . I highly recommend this business; they are neat and know what they're doing. Long time earned review!!! 4th season with BCM and going strong!PMCS everything from end to end!!!!Veterans and first responders read that again PMCS 100 & yes they take care of you.Prevention: BCM refers to manufacturers standards for regular and recommended maintenance to prevent breakdowns and replaces items with OEM parts.Maintenance: 4th season on my 2019 seadoo fishpro. 287 hours strong and going for another 100 this 2023 season.Checks: Standard Operating Process for reviewing vehilce from end to end, items that wear and tear are recommended to replace and with regular use you can expect honesty when the time comes for replacement.Services: routine care and good history of vehicle will allow the technicians to retrace and remember care and thought of maintenance into vehicle.5- Services: Boat cleaning, Tune-ups, Valve adjustment, General repairs & maintenance, General installation, Accessory & electronic installations, Water pump service, Engine repair, Battery inspection/service, Boat trailer service, Oil change

Took my 2006 Etec 225HO in for a service. Shaun found more issues and kept my updated with pics and everything going on. Top notch service and answered any questions I had. BCM is extremely professional. Their shop is clean and secure. The checkin and checkout system was seamless and clear. As for the repair, they are reasonable and confident in the repairs. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast turnaround. They replaced a starter on our ski, gave it a tune up, found and fixed a leak. I really appreciate the detailed explanation on my receipt and will return to this shop for future needs.

These guys stayed late on a Friday to allow me to drop off my boat. They got the boat done way faster than I expected and the price was fair. (Way better than most) The work performed was TOP NOTCH and the customer service was great. They received a customer for life with me and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !

Serviced my Yamaha AR230 with two engines. Very quick turnaround. Boat was kept secured and clean inside of their facility. Very nice staff. It was a pleasure to meet Shaun. He completed some significant work which involved pulling both MR-1 engines and making some judgement calls on how to best repair the rust related issues at hand. Shaun was willing to work with me and provide options, and the boat and engine bay was returned to me cleaner than he received it. I try to do most work myself, but engine internals and pulling engines from the boat are something I did not wish to tackle myself given the complexity and investment involved. (both time and money) Shaun was the right call, he had me back on the boat FAST, and you can tell he takes pride in his work and is attentive to detail. His pricing was fair and his invoice well detailed. I did not meet the female voice on the phone in person, but she was very pleasant work work with, and efficient to boot. Shaun works on boats big and small, but If you need service for your boat or JetSki, you are in the right place. Only a few shops in Houston work on JetSki/Wave runner engines and drive lines, but BCM will for sure.Services: General installation, Engine repair

I found this place close to my home! I called them and explained exactly what my jet ski was doing and they said to bring it in and they would check it! I took it to them and they said they checked it out and it needed oil or possibly an oil pressure switch! They put my oil in it and said run it and if that didn t work bring it back and they would replace the oil pressure switch. It did the same thing when I took it out. They charged me over 2 hundred dollars for checking it out and using my oil which didn t fix it. I already put oil in it and it didn t help. It was something else causing it to lose power. That s why I took it to them to repair and told them that. I didn t take it to them to tell me it needed oil that I already bought and put in it. Some other people have had good dealings with them from the reviews I ve seen! But I didn t and just wanted to put it out there for you to decide!They responded to my review and what they said isn t true! I wasn t rude and didn t say anything about not paying them! I owned my own business for over 20 years that I retired from in 2016. I know how to treat customers and employees! And don t expect anything free! I just thought they charged me too much for something they didn t repair and I already told them the symptoms! They wouldn t answer my phone calls and when they finally did said they didn t want to work on it because they didn t think they were going to get paid. I said I found another place to look at it and never said I wasn t going to pay them but thought their assessment was a little high to diagnose something that I already knew about. And I don t know where they get that my jet ski was in bad shape. It s always run before and garage kept! They re defending my review! I m an honest person and had a very successful business myself!Service: Engine repair

I have used Shaun before he actually started their business.I have a 2002, 32' Bayliner Sport Cabiin Cruiser. He has performed just about any repairs you can think of on my boat. Engines, Outdrives, Generator, Electrical, Maintenance, you name it.Finding a great, dependable, thorough, service knowledgeable, friendly boat mechanic and smart business man is impossible. You will find none better. After 5+years, i still use his services.Just 2 week ago he completed some generator repairs and replaced my horn.

I had been taking my inboard up to Dallas to try to figure out an intermittent electric issue I was having. I eventually got tired of taking the boat to Dallas and wanted to try someone local. We were recommended BCM from some friends and within 6 hours of dropping off the boat I got a call that it was ready to pick up and was good to go. We enjoyed our experience so much that we figured that we should bring a dirt bike to BCM as nobody else could get the jetting right on the carb. Bike is now running better than it did when it was new. We have loved our experience at BCM and when the toys break, BCM will be the first place we go.

Highly recommend BCM services. My jet ski sat at Mancusso Powersports for a total of 6 months during two different stays. Enough was enough and I picked it up and brought it to BCM, had it back in 10 days and its operating perfect.Fast, Honest and very reasonable services. Excellent communication and service. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. We had routine maintenance done after recent boat purchase, they found and ordered several missing parts/items for us. We also had a wakeboard tower that had been severely tweaked in a trailering accident and they did a great job getting it back to functioning as best as they could. Very happy with their marine repair service as well as their customer service. Great family owned business and very knowledgeable in everything marine related. I was having an issue with my SeaDoo Speedster 215 and suspected sparkplugs and wear ring was the culprit of my symptoms. I took the boat in on a Tuesday and picked it up the following Friday. Communication was great, and service was quick. Took the boat out on the next day and whoa... I dont remember this thing flying like this, I did however have an issue on the water which had nothing to do with the service performed. Casually returned to the dock with the occasional exhaust temp alarm and placed a call to BCM. I kid you not, the very next day Shaun came out to take a look at it and found a loose clamp on the exhaust coolant hose which was the culprit for the exhaust temps. I have to honestly say I have been beyond impressed with the vendor wanting ultimate satisfaction in the serviced provided to his customer. I now have found the only shop that will touch this boat now. I strongly urge that if you are in need of service and repairs take your watercraft to BCM. Fantastic experience! We brought our jet ski to Sean after a few poor experiences with other mechanics. They wouldn t book us until they were actually ready to work on it. It took approximately a week for parts and repairs to be completed. Much different experience compared to the 2 months our other jet skis are having and they aren t even fixed yet.
