Very experienced mechanics, well run operation and priced fairly. I would highly recommend this automotive repair shop to anyone...never had the experience of having someone work on my vehicle and tell me the problem and giving me a price and at the end that's the price 10 stars for that a 5 stars for doing a great job and efficiently

I trust these guys. They always treat me with courtesy and they are very professional. Unless it is a specialty service like muffler, transmission etc, they are the only place I will take my cars

BC is a good reliable repair shop. They only use NAPA parts. They will not install a part you bring in. I get my inspections done there also. Straight forward sign in list with a dedicated inspector.

Front office was super helpful and explained the work in detail. I asked them to check a few things and they did and found no problems other than what I was there for brakes on my daughter s car. Fast turn around, great communication, professional environment. They were very busy and it s easy to see why. They do it right. Will be going back for future repair needs on my other vehicles.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake replacement

Long time customer of about 8 years here. I took my Honda in for a full-body maintenance and also for an oil change. I was charged $80 for an oil change that i could've done myself or gotten it done anywhere else for $30. i was also charged about $200 for the maintenance which is ludicrous. that's not bad enough for me to write a review. i started having A/C problems and wanted to bring it in to get it fixed, just for David to tell me that the previous maintenance didn't cover that and they'd charged me for a full "electrical maintenance". They wanted me to spend close to $1600 to fix my windows, not counting additional maintenance. These guys are performing LEGALIZED ROBBERY. customers BEWARE.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Transmission repair, Oil change

BC is always there for our automotive repair needs, their work is top notch and prices are insanely reasonable, especially compared to other shops!! Will always come to BC first for any service we need done. The team is always friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to.

I had to get my car inspected and as always Tim took care of it. I didn't have to wait and he was very friendly and was done with my car shortly. I am going to BC Auto Repair since at least 15 years and I must must say, I like the people in the front office and especially Tim, the Inspector.

I thought a lot about this situation before giving my review because I am a long time customer but it s really bugging me My car s engine light came on so I stopped at OReily s so they could check it for free the man said it was my Master Air Flow sensor and that the part would cost 150.00 so I called BC and David said to bring it in and they would check it out well 3 days later he calls and said yes it was the sensor and it would be 375.00 dollars But when I picked it up 4days later I was charged 415.00$ for a job that should only take 1 hour to do if that long I was charged 232.00 for the part 110. 00 to put it on their computer and 164.00 for labor when I looked at my bill I was in shock they charged me 415.00 to put on 150.00 part well I have decided I will never take any of my car there again they lost a good customer Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The folks at BC Auto are awesome. They are extremely professional, trustworthy, honest and helpful. They have all the special equipment needed flashing computers, etc., use OEM parts, always give me a much better price than the dealership. These folks know what they're doing, they have always quoted me exactly what I paid going out the door, and I have never had a single issue with any work they've done. You can be comfortable taking your vehicle to BC Auto. It's the only place I'll bring my truck besides the dealership, and they're much more affordable.

Literally paid $110 for them to repeat exactly what I told them back to me. I told them there was a lean code and that there was an engine knock I wanted to know what was causing it. They called back in 2 days and said yeah there s an engine knock we can put a new motor in it for $10,000 when I asked about the code he said yeah there s a lean code in there . Biggest waste of money ever.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I took my car to BC to get my brake booster replaced. Their price was very competitive and they had my car out the same day. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for an auto repair shop. Great work guys

This is the only mechanic shop my husband and I trust! We ve taken our truck here about three times already to get different items on our truck fixed and each time they ve done an amazing job. Harold gave me and my daughter a ride home and even brought my groceries into my house because I broke down from grocery shopping. They always fix my truck within one day and give itemized billing of everything done and warranty everything also. Thank y all so much for always being there to pick me up by tow anywhere I m stranded and getting my truck back to me in a timely manor.

My car was at another local auto repair shop for ac repair. After 4 months I was told to come get my car ; they could not fix the ac. I called bc auto repair and their mechanic was able to get the ac working in 3 days. They answered my questions and kept me informed. I am pleased with the service. Thank you.L. I have used this shop for years and always had great service. The employees are very friendly and ASE Certified. I highly recommend this shop for all of your mechanical needs on your vehicle. The prices you get at dealerships are usually higher than BC Auto.

Took the car in for a busted radiator, much to my surprise they didn't want to do the job as there were other serious issues that needed attention. Coolant had made its way in to the transmission. Stand-up guys, as they could have just taken my money and sent me on my way. They may not be the fastest but their honesty more than makes up for it.

If you are s searching for a great place to get your car worked on, then try BC auto repair in Alvin. I had both of my AC s stop working on my Chevy Truck and my Suburban; they new exactlywhat was wrong, quoted me a price, and that was exactly what I paid. They did not try to up sale me or rip me off. They even showed me the damaged part off of my truck. My Ac has worked every since without fail. I would definitely recommend. 5 out of 5 mustaches

Fixing my vehicle for the issues I told them about I give them a 1 starFixing what they noticed I needed but it didn't help my vehicle run any better than when I dropped it off I give them 5 starsWith that said maybe what I needed done just was out of there league I will never know

Love these guys! I've been using them over 10yrs & never had an issue with any work that's been done. Prices are always affordable also.
