Robert & his staff are the best around. Took my truck in the DAY OF my accident & the Alamo guys had my estimate to me within an hour & he worked with my insurance claims rep as well the entire process.Would highly recommend.

Got in a Rear ended Accident and decided to take my f350 to this Shop heard they did great work and Decided to go with them. At first communication was great no issues exactly new I wanted my truck fixed like the day I bought it. Truck Got fixed 4 weeks later and I go to check up on it. One side is completely Shining and I go on the other side it hasn t been cut or buffed And I asked him to cut and buff the other side to make it shine He started laughing saying I wanted everything for free and that theirs no reason They did work on my door that I told them I will pay out of pocket for. You can clearly see The Sanding from the Work and over all terrible job Robert was pissed off Saying I wanted everything for free because one side of the truck is shining and the other side is not. On top of that Robert calls me to tell me the truck is finished and I see my bumper is 2 inches pushed out on one side and the emblem on my door was not even On. Had to wait 45 minutes to get everything proper for me. Robert is money hungry Maybe he was a good shop back in the day but he s not Good at all now Definitely will not be coming back to this shop if you want a butcher job come on over and do work with them WORK IS TRASHHHH!!!!

Robert and his team did an amazing job on my car. The clear coat on my BMWs carbon fiber roof was deteriorating rapidly and while nobody could promise me a perfect outcome, a perfect result is what i got. A few collision shops didn't want the job due to the carbon, a few others said they'd try. Robert was the only person i talked to where i felt comfortable going for it, and i live in the Woodlands, nowhere near Alvin.Excellent communication, too.I got the car back clean, with a like-new roof. Thank you!

Did a great job on fixing rust spots on my roof of a 2000 Ford f-250. They were very up front on what I could expect & dealing with rust. They had to pull the front windshield; & stated up front I would have to buy a new windshield. They could not save the old one; that told me they new thier limitation. Gave an acccurate time esttimation on how long it would take. Price was fiar for work involved.

Alamo has fixed all of my vehicles over the last 15 years. I would not use anyone other than Robert and the guys at Alamo in Alvin!

I simply don t have words for how pleased I was with the entire process of repair work on my vehicle. Robert is an amazing person and I am beyond blessed to have been led to this shop to repair my car. He is kind, informative, sensitive, competent, and a blessing. Very happy with the work Robert & his crew did on my car. I was rear-ended & pushed into the car in front of me so my damage was to the front & rear of my car. Robert went to bat for me with the kid's insurance co. My car looks perfect !! Had my bumpers replaced front and rear, fixed my driver's side door repainted and my left rear 1/4 panel, repaired dent and repainted, Great Job very happy with work done, Robert was very professional, easy to work with, my Truck looks great!

I had a good experience with Alamo. I took my 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander here to have it repaired. They had to re-paint a section, replace one of my front headlights, re-align, etc. It looks good as new! You literally can t tell it was damaged at all! Robert is SUPER honest, reliable, friendly, took me seriously and always followed up with me to keep me updated on my suv. I will be returning here for any future repairs. I took my car to Alamo for a free estimate today. It was an excellent experience. Robert the owner gave me my estimate and also was kind enough to pull a panel forward allowing my driver door to open. That was truly a kindness because I was having to crawl in and out of my car over the seat in through the backdoor. Thank you so much Robert!

My windshield had a huge crack and I called them about a quote. They quoted me 100 to 150 less than anyone else did even using online coupons. Had a available appointment within 2 days and was good to go. Best price, easy scheduling and great price

Came here to get my car repaired after an incident. The hood was replaced and I took it for a car wash some time after. For the longest time I keept wondering why my hood got these ugly scratch marks from the carwash while the rest of the car was pristine. Come to find out from a co-worker, the clear coats put on by the bodyshop wasn't done right or they got cheap and didn't add the right amount of layers.

Took my vehicle specifically to Alamo because they re known for their excellent work . Throughout the weeks I waited for my vehicle to be completed. I envisioned what an exceptional job Alamo was to display. That vision was shattered by reality. As I lay eyes across their work my soul was filled with disappointment. I was in disbelief to see poor craftsmanship, miss match paint and worse of all it seem like Robert also knew what he had done. I feel use after my experience at Alamo.

Took a friends car in for a scheduled appointment. They got me right in and went to work on the vehicle. Didn't end up being there the whole time scheduled as they got it done quickly. However my friend did have to take it back as something wasn't quite right but they fixed it immediately and he is happy.

A very honest and faith based company. You have been the only one during my physical ordeal that has ever asked me if they could pray with me and held my hand and praise God to heal me like you did you are an angel to me sir. One of your body men walked over to me and asked me if I was okay and offered me a bottle of water didn't know me I only send me one time before and treated me like he cared and was concerned as if I was a family member I'll never forget this experience. Anytime you need my help I will be there God bless you everyday that you walk on this earth. Next time I get a call for repair or something to fix at Alamo collision in my mind it would be the angels of collision.

I was given a fair, honest estimate of cost and time it would take to repair my car. I was not charged more than the estimate and they had my car ready early. Great customer service and a job well done.

Words can not describe how well these guys did. My car was CRUSHED and the insurance didnt want to total it out. When I say immaculate my car is now, it is like nothing EVER happened. Car had frame damage and you would NEVER know. Amazing! I really hope i dont have another wreck but if i do... I know where my car is going!

I started using these guys about 2 months ago. I have brogught about 10 vehicles over there to have work done and am thouroughly pleased with the results. Very fair prices for quality work.
