The guys that work there are very helpful, I definitely appreciate the way they ask questions to assure they have an understanding of what is needed. More than happy to assist in installing, removing etc .

This store is wonderful, everyone is always helpful and in a great mood! Tristan is the best! He always goes above and beyond to help with a smile on his face.

Service is usually great, but Kyle at this location seems to hate his job every time I come in and doesn t put forward any effort, making simple tasks seem overbearing. Suggest a replacement or a pep talk.

The guy with the green monster tattoos on his right arm I feel bad for not asking his name but anyways ! He was so helpful I was having issues with my battery and he gave me options to buying a new and / or helping me clean the plugs ! I am thankful for his customer service and having a chill vibe ! And helping me with my hot of a mess car battery !! when I am ready to purchase a new battery I will definitely be going back to O'Reilly just because of him ! Thanks green monster tattoo dude !

Went to this Oreily because I was meeting up someone who was selling a car to me. Idk anything about cars, and I was all alone. An employee named Steven asked me if i needed help, while I was standing outside the store. I told him I was nervous about buying my first car and getting duped into a car with alot of issues. He told me to call him outside when the guy who was selling me the car was there. Waited about 20more minutes then the guy arrived. The employee came out and brought this cord thingy that shows what's wrong with the car & literally helped me in buying the car saying he was my brother & getting a cheaper price for the car!!! He showed me what minor issue the car had , which was spark plugs and I ordered them with him. Such a nice guy ! Thanks bro!

Went there with a bad battery and I needed a few things. Jared and Nick watch me through the whole process or incredibly friendly and took really good care of me. Will be coming back to the specific story even if it takes me an extra 15 minutes.

Friendly, helpful and independent. Knowledgeable staff. They don't ask if it had a/c for windshield wipers.

The young man was so helpful and did everything he could to help find a part that was needed for someone and didn't know what the part was called but we showed him a picture and he got to work looking for the part and he found the part that goes in side the handle because the vehicle was stuck in park and would not change gears but just with a pic we got it fixed with his help and we couldn't be more grateful for his help.

Ridiculously high prices on parts, do yourself a favor and order parts somewhere else.

Gave me a number for a light bulb, low and behold it lit. However, did not come with a handy, or handy dandy installation. Just bought said bulb for about 11.50$. Would have preferred it come with a handy. Bearded or not. Will shop there again.

I went to there to get some gloves to warm my hands because I had none. I work in an auto shop. The man told me the credit card system was down. I offered cash but he gave me some gloves and said "go to work." Without charging me. Thank you for taking care of the working man guys and gals! Thank you! God Bless you all. Tommy

Driving home tonight from work, dark and rainy, and the check engine light came on. 63 year old woman with knee replacements (not gonna walk very far), the first place that I find to check this out was O'Reilly's in Alvarado. I walked in and waited behind several other customers that were being helped, when it was my turn I explained the situation and asked for help. Jennifer was amazing! She grabbed the tester, got the reading from it, looked it up and explained to me what it was. She answered my questions and gave me a print out with the part details. This girl was awesome, she was kind, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Keep up the good work, Jennifer, you rock! AAA service!

Good place, always helped me to find the parts I needed at a good cost. Not everyone is knowledgeable about everything, each person seems to have their own expertise which is good and to be expected. Most people dont realize that the workers aren't encyclopedias. Ron and both travis's have been great helps.

Ordered an alternator, they never called to tell me if/when it came in. Ended up buying one at Autozone for a lot cheaper and had it installed within 2 days. You lost business O'Reilly

I stopped in to get some stuff to charge my AC but I was pretty surprised at how ridiculously high the prices are for their refrigerant compared to other places like Walmart and atwoods. Overall it did what I needed it to do but it just cost me $10 more than if I got it elsewhere.

I have been here on several occasions and have gone there with some unusual problems. When the salesperson didn't know the answer they would reach out to the manager. He was innovative and very helpful and together we came up with the exact fix I was looking for. NICE JOB!

Travis was extremely knowledgeable of the issue I was experiencing, he knew the parts and its details. Furthermore Travis knew how to navigate through the computer system to find my parts and get me the warranty. Great job! Keep hiring guys like Travis.

Randy was great. He's tall but that didn't stop him from changing the air conditioner filter in my Chevy HHR that's very low to the ground. He even told me what I needed to completely fix my a/c problem. Such great service.

What a tough morning...my battery died so I had it jump started and went straight to O'Reilly on 67 in Alvarado for a new one. I waited 30.mins until they opened and then proceeded to purchase a new battery. Unfortunately the gentleman who helped me told me he couldn't install it - something about not being liable for damage to the connections etc. Sounded like purebs to me! I should've never purchased it and I won't ever go there again.

I ve been going to o Reilly s since I was 5 years old with my dad. Always picked o reillys before anyone else. Autozone, auto parts, pep boys, wal mart you name it. I called for prices on a battery for my pick up. A man answered the phone I gave him my make and model. The guy didn t take but one second to know the prices. (I guess he thought he knew them on his head) He quoted me for two batteries one super star extreme and one superstar platinum price. $139 for extreme $150 platinum. I called my shop that my truck was located and told them what they quoted me on the price. Once my shop called the oreillys the comercial people (department) gave a different price. Usually comercial companies get a cheaper price then the public . But this time I was given the wrong price of the battery. I understand the Sale-man made a mistake. He messed up on the price. I talked to the manager and asked if he can honer the price given. He later said he had to call corporate to revise the recorded phone call. Turns out there was no recording. The manager wouldn t honer it and said if he can have my number and he said he would call the shop to see what he can do. He never called again. I was disappointed on the pour costumer service these men gave me. I understand a mistake was made by one of your employees, I would think you would honer the price and move on. Not sure on how that policy works, but I was upset that he didn t do much to fix the problem. He was trying to avoid it by mumbling and not taking care of the customer. Hopefully oreillys corporate reads this so they can get a better manager. What is your policy on false advertisement or false quotes ?

With the beaten down vehicles I drive we are on a first name bases. I had service there pretty good they do take care of you you do get what you want and most the time they beat everybody else's price tags but they did run out of all your flu is to keep your stuff from freezing up in your cars this winter but who the hell can expect a winter time here in Texas. Give him a try good access right there off the front of 67.
