I cannot thank Esteban and team enough. They heard the desperation in my voice and jumped into action. I was at Loyd Park in GP and he was on time and exceptionally helpful. We had a multitude of plumbing issues and he effectively and accurately diagnosed everything. Got everything fixed and saved our spring break vacation. Thank you thank you! I can t say it enough. I m so thankful for Google pointing them out to us. and

Very bad experience, baited and switched. I called and asked how much it would cost to reinstall my disassembled RV dinette table back. A man who answered the phone had given a reasonable quote, which was for half an hour job, going by average local hourly rate. I even double checked with him on the quote. I drove all the way there, while suffering from h ealth issues, it was not easy, and spent all the time and gas driving for many miles, while my RV is very difficult to park back to where it's stored. When I arrived, they denied making a phone quote. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt at first (but later, when I went through all my records, I confirmed it was their shop I had spoken to) and I asked them how much they'd charge. Their tech had looked at the table, which is standard dinette folding table, and clearly was not familiar with dinette tables at all. He quoted me 2 hours of work (!), at their very high rate, for a half an hour job. ( I got the invoice from another shop who ended up doing this job for 1/2 hour) A basic DIYer like myself with zero RV repair experience, it took me minutes to figure out how to do the installation after I drove off their lot, but their tech couldn't. I left and went to another shop. Later, I called this shop to tell the office manger that I did confirm it was their phone number where I was given the false quote over the phone. In fact, it appears it was the very same male had answered the phone again. When I asked him for the office manger I was put on forever hold and not connected to anyone. I had to call multiple times. She still denied it was their shop who gave the phone quote, of course. Had wasted much time and gas.

Louis is a busy man, a testament to his growing business. He isn t cheap, but I believe you get what you pay for. I had him perform some preventative maintenance and replace all six tires on my new to me 08 Diesel Pusher Bounder. Work was performed in a reasonable amount of time and when I had a minor issue afterwards, they took immediate care to resolve the issue at no charge. I will use his hop again.Services: Tires, Oil change

I called for a possible appointment, and got the impression I was out of their service area. The reason I called them was referral from another company and they were listed in our area. I went with RV Medics and they were awesome!

Service was outstanding. Sergio came up with a good solution when he encountered an unexpected issue.He was on time and worked through the hottest time and day until I had my camper AC replaced and running. I am very satisfied and will recommend the service.

Not friendly, lazy, not honest . Cause more damage to my RV after I left it in there care . Then got rude with me for talking to them about damage ,. I Don't recommend this company for any work. Rude and didn't take care f my RV while it was at there shop

I used them for an electrical issue I had and he fixed it quickly. Also my furnace was making a strange noise that he diagnosed and fixed quickly. The cost was a BIT more than I thought it would be but he did great fast work so I m very happy. I completely recommend them.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I had a great experience with them. My slide out needed repair. They came and picked up my trailer, repaired it and brought it back in just a few days. Then when my water heater when went out they were able to send someone out to do a mobile repair the next day. Only took a few hours! I will definitely use them again.

My furnace was not working. A 2007 atwood 9540. They sent two guys out. They tried replacing the flame sensor. Still didn't work. Then they replaced the motherboard still not working. Then they wanted to take it back to the shop to work on it. After an hour of banging and inability to remove furnace I told them to put it back together and put my old parts in. I watched some you tube videos on furnace repair. Decided it was the propane pressure regulator. Replaced it myself and the furnace is working perfectly. I went to try and get my $70 service call fee back. They refused. The quote repair guys do not have a clue what they are doing. I wouldn't use them to change oil in a vehicle let alone anything else. It started out good. Sergio came out and accessed our RV issues and said he would be back in touch. They said it may take a few weeks because they were busy and we agreed as we were in no hurry. They charged us $75 for the service fee and that was the last we heard from them for 2 weeks. We called Luis and he said he'd call back, which he never did. I left several messages and when I finally connected with him, he said our claim had been denied by fax and he had to call Good Sam to find out why. He wld be back in touch. He never called back despite my requests. I finally called Good Sam myself to find out why we had been denied and GS said they had no record of the claim. Not sure what happened at DFW because they get good reviews and seemed to be very knowledgeable but we are looking elsewhere.

Luis and his service team did an excellent job ensuring the lines of communication were open between me and my warranty company, and they actually took ownership working with my warranty company so there were no surprises. Dan, in particular, does an excellent job making sure the customer is aware of all actions taking place with each step, from diagnosis, the timing of parts being ordered and delivered, out of pocket costs, to managing realistic expectations related to the timing when the work will be completed. Honesty, integrity, and value are much needed attributes in the RV industry and DFW Mobile RV Repair deliver on all 3!

I had a diesel heater and a 2000 watt Inverter installed in my Sprinter Van. The quality of the work was outstanding. Luis did a great job. The labor cost is a bit high, but if you want the job done right the first time, call these guys.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

The 2 guys that came out were excellent and very honest. If ever needed again we will call them first. As I called 3 other numbers for others closet and they never responded back and these guts called right back and came out same night also the next day. Eas only charged 1 service call. This company to me is a quality and highly efficient and honest company. They even quoted me a price range before doing the work

They were 20 min late before they called to tell me it was going to be another hour. All I expect is communication. After talking to the owner and explaining all I wanted was a call before the appointment time, nothing but excuses. then when I said that you should communicate better with customers.Then he explained I wasn't the customer, United RV is the customer. (my RV) He then told me he called his crew off the job. And that because I was so upset, (all I wanted was for him to get his people to communicate better) he then informed me that I would never be the customer. Awesome way to do business! Yes, Louis it is your business and yes you have the right to run it the way you want. Just because your sooo busy, 1 less customer may not mean anything to you, but 1 customer is where you started! REMEMBER THAT!

Luis and his brother were extremely knowledgeable! I have only great things to saw about this company. They repaired my water heater in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely be using DFW Mobile Repair in the future for any of my RV needs.

Luis was very professional and helpful. Got my trailer worked in fast, I expected to have to leave it. As I finished the paperwork inside he comes into the office to tell me it s fixed and ready to go!! Love love love these guys and this business! Hands down the best place in the metroplex and they will have all of my future business !Services: Electrical, Brakes, Air conditioning

Very disappointed. No calls back from their office or the owner. Extremely dissatisfied.My Rv is still leaking after multiple visits. 6 weeks ago we decided with them to just replace the whole tank and I have heard nothing since. . I have sent text messages. I have left voice mails. I have called and left messages with the young ladies who answer the phones. ZERO communication. Multiple visits with technicians and the owner seems to be no different than the "technicians" they sent. Now, I have to start over again with a new company and pay a new service call and start the process all over again. Thanks for making this a meaningful experience. Never again.

They were fantastic! Our furnace was acting up, we knew it was the sail switch, but with limited access to the furnace we weren t comfortable doing it ourselves like we did on our previous trailer, so he came out to fix it. He knew that there was a design flaw with the switch and he adjusted the air flow on that little switch, and voila!Will definitely recommend them to anyone here at the park!

Had them come out to repack the bearings on my travel trailer. They did a great job and having them come to my location was very convenient. I was wanting to learn how to do this myself and they walked me through each step. Their response time was also much better then other companies in the area.

Twice now Luis has gone above and beyond. 1st: Repaired my on-board generator so I could continue to my trip. 2nd: repaired and worked with my warranty company on my slide out pump, which I have to say, was a pain for him in more ways than one. He truly is a professional and a good person. Luis also set me up with mobile rv techs that work on diesel pusher engines and leveling systems. They showed up as scheduled, a father and three son team, went completely over the coach and found what was wrong and what was not wrong. Super good repairmen!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I called them to check my roof on my RV. They came and looked at it and said I need a new roof, charged me $78 for the call and left to, supposedly, work up a bid. I called them four times but they never showed back up or returned my calls. I had to start all over. It appears from other reviews, they ghost people all the time. Beware!

Used them for slide outs that the hydraulic hoses and etc were ripped out from underneath the trailer. He was able to come to me to make the repairs and help bypass so the unit would work.

They came to fix my sink and water heater. Fixed neither. Charged me $280. Said they were going to order a part for my sink and would never return my calls and actually would decline them instead. Don t waste your time or money.

Had battery acid leak all over the RV battery compartment. Luis and his team got us in despite their busy schedule & cleaned it up like new before switching out to AGM batteries. We won't be going anywhere else for maintenance. They know what they're doing!

So thankful to these guys who drove 4 hrs from Texas to Oklahoma to our rescue. After nobody would help us, they heard us out and had no hesitation in driving so far to help. Our rv s wheel came off on our move across country and thanks to these guys we are now able to drive to our destination. Definitely recommend these guys for any of your rv needs!

they could have replace my sewer tank but instead of charging me to take to replace a tank when it didn't need done they just told me it was my overflow. They also gave me a discount on my service call.

He Installed a new inverter /converter 2006 Jayco Jayfeather due to a crossed wire...... the fridge ,radio & tank gages were not working ..he came back today found the problem and did not charge us . Very Pleased!. Happy Customer! RECOMMENDED!!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
