Didn t buy anything but had some exhaust noise that was worrying me. The store manager Raul took the time to check it out, explain what it most likely was and wrote down some local mechanics he recommended. 5 star costumer service thank you Raul.

I want to give a big THANK YOU! To the Assistant Manager Nathan. Nathan went over and beyond in displaying excellent customer service. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and overall visit to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Alpine. I talked to a few of the other employees and they were all friendly and attentively ready to assist. Great crew yall!!! Again, Nathan I greatly appreciate you for everything. I highly recommend that anyone who wants their auto shopping experience to be pleasant, go see the guys at O'Reilly Auto Parts store.

Check engine light came on in big bend and they ran diagnostic and determined it was an O2 sensor. Gave me peace of mind to finish the trip and had no trouble using the vehicle a lot those few days. Appreciate the service.

Encouraged me to take roters off and have them turned, (as they provide this service).Awesome!!! Much cheaper than new roters and "Only takes an hour". So....Went and had roters taken off and took back to O'Reilly's so they could do this.They searched everywhere for the caliper they needed, and couldn't find it, as I waited.It was "misplaced" and I could bring them back in the morning and "Nate" would be able to do it then".Right now the only one at the store able to use this machine is... "Raul"... and conveniently is gone 10 minutes later... Hmmmmm...wonder if this is "why" they couldn't find the part...?They don't close for 4 more hours!!! But, said they would surely have found the part by AM.So, therfore, went through all this trouble, having them taken off, and they can't do their part because it is not convenient for THEM!!! Then maybe they shouldn't offer this service!Now, I have to choose... go get my roters put back on...or go without a vehicle for the rest of the day and no telling how long tomorrow!All this time and money spent with nothing resolved... and DON'T even want to take anything back to THEM. Yet, nowhere else to go, unless I go out of town and have it all done!!!THANKS SOO MUCH!!!Ya'll are GREAT!!!

Good oreillys location. I think the chain as a whole provides better services than their competitors at competitive prices. These guys will take the time to get answers for you. I will return here for my vehicle needs.

I would like to say Thank you to Nathan and Cody of O Reillys. They helped me with my vehicle with no hesitation. I have never been to a auto part store that have ever gone above and beyond to fix my lights. Now I am able to leave on schedule. And Nathan referred David to help me finish wiring my trailer and in less than a hour I was on the road. Thank you so much, you all were a blessing. And the restroom was so clean. We were staying in the Davis mountain area a couple days ago and we're headed to Big Bend when we had a flat tire. Unfortunately, we did not have a spare tire with us,. so the only thing we had 2 hours away from us was your store that was actually closing in 30 mins when we called. We knew we were not going to make it to your store in time before y'all closed. However, because of your William Torres willingness to go Above and Beyond in helping us to purchase the tire patch kit and slime over the phone and placing these items outside in a place that we would later locate that night, we were able to Safely make it to Big Bend! He even called later that same night to make sure we had received the items and made it safely! You simply don't see this sort of service or kindness in many people anymore. Mr. Torres is the sort of person O'Reilly's should be extremely proud to have as an employee and a leader for others. Thank you for leadership with your employees! And thank you Mr. Torres!

Nice staff. Prices are approximately 10-20% higher than Autozone on generic items, like transmission fluid.Buy online, if possible.

My van broke down on the way through Alpine and Nathan was incredibly helpful in getting us back on the road. He called all of west Texas looking for our alternator. Service was above and beyond.

Out at Fort Davis, needed that rare R1234yf refrigerant after spending an hour trying to get one in Del Rio before giving up and driving without it.Ordered online from OReilly, picked it up with a dispenser the next day. Even got a phone call telling me it was ready.

Ignore the photo of the NAPA dealer's store in the description, this O'Reilly's looks like all the other O'Reilly's stores. Like all the other O'Reilley's stores this one has the products you expect. Friendly, helpful staff too.

The staff helped me build a fuel pump for a 1992 chevy truck. It required a special configuration. They ordered the components separately and it worked.
