He was great! My side small window shattered and I was able to call him and get everything done in less than an hr. He found my glass in 5 min. Got it done in less than 20 min. The best!!

Found the ad on Facebook so set up an appointment for service to replace my windshield and a couple hours I was called and told that my appointment was set up at 5 pm. The hour came and they never came or even called to say they was coming. Very unprofessional and could have at least said the truth and I wouldn t have wasted my day waiting and gone elsewhere. Don t recommend this company to anyone.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Set up a time to get my windshield replaced. Half an hour past the "appointment" their phone not receiving calls. An hour and a half later I finally get a response and says he totally forgot. Do not recommend unless you have time to waste and hope they don't forget about you.

If you want fast service you have to pay more money. If you are looking for something cheap you have to wait. I recommend this Auto Glass Shop their prices are super flexible. They deserve it 5 stars.

I called this business to get my rear window replaced and unfortunately the person who was in charge to do the job was so unprofessional and thoughtless. As soon as I open the back door of my truck I get pocked and my daughter hurt her finger with left over glass. We would had being understanding if it was just a few glass pieces here and there but there was a ton of broken glass all over the backseat, doors, floor... it was a total mess back there. We had to vacuum it but there is still glass in the in the fabric something that it could have been evade by placing a plastic bag over it. Truly unprofessional.Service: Auto rear window replacement

I called lots of places to get quotes b4 i ended up with their turn...one lady sd to text her my make n model n she'd get back to me...never did...2 didnt answer and The other 2 sd their dealers dont sell my windshieldI called Universal and he tells me I dont have it but i can get it used...i sd great then he tells me that in 4hrs he would call me back to get my address....and he did..30 min later his wrkr got to my home an hr after that my dodge 1500 was ready. 100 aint bad for a rear windshield replacement.

Came here on a Saturday to get a new windshield for my truck and I didn't have to make an appointment or schedule a time like that national brand safelite. One hour tops and done... Cheap!
