I'm not sure I can describe how excellent my experience was with James and his team. He made the whole process easier than I could have ever imagined and my car looks better than I had hoped for! I will recommend him to everybody I know, and if you're reading this you should use him as well!

The service here was outstanding ! James is very professional and took care of our car and dealt with the insurance. All we had to do was make an appointment, drop off the car, get a loaner and then got a message from James after a few weeks that the car was ready. Highly recommend this shop for your hail damage needs.

James is the kindest individual you'll ever find in Allen. He has helped us out a few times. I stopped by for a minor issue with my car paint. He identified the problem instantly and fixed it within minutes. Incredible professional for all your car needs. Highly recommended!

Truly 5 * hail repair shop. My car has extensive damage and came out showroom perfect after the repair. Extraordinary service James went truly above and beyond. Words simply can't describe how good the work is. He was very prompt and delivered the car as promised. Don't do anymore research and just go here already

North Dallas Dent is the best. James is awesome. I ve had my cars taken care of here after the hail storm. He s also been super helpful by fixing a sensor and bumper. I highly recommend this shop for all your needs.

I had an awesome experience with North Dallas Dent Repair! What I love the most about their service is I never had to leave my home. The picked up my car and delivered me a rental. Returned car and picked up the rental. I live 35 minutes away!! My car came back looking brand new and very cleaned inside. Chris was very nice and so was his assistant. I recommend this place for your hail damage repair hands down!!!!

What an amazing place. James, the owner, is wonderful. I highly recommend everybody come here for their auto needs. This is a very honest repair shop that cares about their customers. I have had two cars fixed here due to hail damage and both times they did an awesome job.

I recently received hail damage on my vehicle. I did some research in the Allen area and decided to take my car to North Dallas Dent. When I went in I felt welcomed and James explained the whole process to me of how to have hail damage fixed. Before I knew it insurance was dealt with and James had my car fixed and what a great job he did. My car looks new again all red and shiny with no more hail damage ! I highly recommend this place for all your dent and hail damage needs.

We were so happy with the work James at North Dallas Dent did on our 2016 Honda Odyssey. There was extensive hail damage and we were aware that the insurance quote was much lower than the actual damage to the van. There was some real body work that was needed to repair all the dents. It seemed like the only option was a business like Service King to fix that kind of damage. We were happy to learn of James past experience in collision repair. Everything was fixed perfect and the van was better than it was before the hail storm. The location is perfectly placed near an Enterprise and James was more than happy to handle the rental car end for us. He had no problem working with our insurance even though the damage was 4x the cost of the original estimate. No money came out of our pocket. He was even nice enough to replace our battery that died during repair. Also he provided us we means to have our car detailed after we picked it up. It was real excellent big business product meets small business personal touch.

If you're looking for a stress free paintless dent repair experience look no further than North Dallas Dent. After a recent hail storm I phoned James who was able to get my car in the same day for an estimate so he could begin the process of getting a supplement from the adjuster.My insurance company was being slow but James and his son kept on them to come look at the car. During this time waiting on the adjuster I was able to keep my vehicle which was great!It only took them 2 days to make the repairs and my car was given back to me cleaner inside and outside than what it was when I dropped it off.They will come and pick up your car and drop it off if need be. They will also help with a rental car, but be patient, the rental car shortage is no joke.Highly recommend this family owned business. In fact already passed his card off to my neighbor who is in need of hail repair. He was impressed how quick and how nice the car looks.Go with this small business and get treated 100x better than the corporate shops. Remember, you have a choice where you take your car for repairs, support local and don't go where your insurance company tells you to!

OH MY GOODNESS! My experience with North Dallas Dent (JAMES) was one of the best experiences...if not...THE BEST ever when it comes to any type of service with a vehicle repair. Not only was (JAMES) expedient in getting my car in for repair, he went out of his way to help coordinate what I needed for me to do as far as insurance, etc. This was my first time filing a claim. Communication was impeccable. He was upfront and realistic about the repairs and took the time so that I understood every step of the process. When the time came to pick up my vehicle...I was very surprised to see that the repairs exceeded any expectations. I was given updates during the process. I was not presented with an astronomical bill. I will definitely be returning again in the future for some extras that are not necessary at the moment. The quality as well as the cost and customer service...I could not have asked for better. I will be referring James to anyone that is need of repairs that he specializes in.

James and his crew do an amazing job! They re easy to deal with and their work is quality. They were able to take a dent out of my trunk and several door dings off the side of my car. Very reasonably priced and were able to get me in an out in a day. Stop researching and give James a call!

James was great. He took my car when no one else would and fixed the heavy dents on it. He also repaired my rear bumper that was involved in an accident. He absorbed a lot of cost to help me out. My older car looks fantastic. He provided a car rental as well. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend him.

James took excellent care of my car. He was honest, fast, and made the process run smoothly with my insurance company. He even saved my deductible! My car looked so good, I brought in my kids cars as well. Thanks James for taking such great care of us! Will definitely recommend to any of my friends.

Highly recommend!!! Never had to deal with hail damage before, talked to a few people and decided on North Dallas Dent in Allen. Best choice I made. Very professional, great business owner. He knows what hes doing. Was will to go above and beyond to help me in anyway. My truck looks brand new after he was done with it. Very happy with his work and his professionalism.

Came here to have a full tint job on my mustang. I had my sides, rear and windshield tinted. James did an great and quick job! He uses high quality ceramic tint, no cheap products installed here! I would highly recommend him if you are a car person!

I would definitely recommend this place for dent repair. James is very courteous and professional and he did a great job on my Audi A4. He went the extra length by giving it a car wash and driving it to my home on request for delivery. Great Experience Overall.

Fantastic service at a reasonable price. I was very happy with my experience at North Dallas Dent. They replaced a door and mirror on my car, and they also fixed some other dents and removed black scratches/paint from a recent collision. My car looks brand new!! I will be back, and I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

North Dallas Dent is an amazing place run by two amazing guys that are good at dent removal. I had a dent in my 2015 Mustang for about 2 years after someone punched my car at Cars and Coffee and everywhere I went wanted around $500 to repair it with no guarantee that it would be able to be fully repaired. I brought it in for a quote and Jermey not only guaranteed that he could get it out but was able to squeeze me in on short notice. I dropped the car off the following Monday at 11:30 AM and it was done at 4:00 PM the same day. You can't even tell where the dent was. Highly recommend North Dallas Dent just for their service alone! We will be bringing more cars to the in the future for sure.

After calling and stopping by the shop, I booked my car in and it came back perfect. I have a very rare car (only 500 produced world wide) so it was important to have it done right and it was.The other thing I loved, was the fact that they have an actual shop, not just a mobile truck driving around. Having a place to go shows that they are not a fly by night fix it and move on company.I'll use them for as long as I'm needing dents fixed. You will not be disappointed.

My 2014 F350 truck got damaged in the hailstorm on April 6th 2018. Given all the vehicles that got messed up that day, I was needing someone that could get my repairs done relatively quickly - as we were heading out for an extended trip. I took my truck to James for repair. He did a great job on my truck. All 130 dents were removed and I can't see any sign of damage. I would recommend NDD if you need something done.

Had a fabulous experience with North Dallas Dent! Stopped by for a quick estimate and was able to have my dent assessed and service scheduled within 10 minutes.The repair was immaculate and price was competitive! I will continue to use and recommend the company.

We had our windows tinted. North Dallas Dent was great. They took the time to explain the difference in the different levels of tent. They had our job done I had a schedule. I highly recommend this company.

Brought in a 2014 Jaguar XF peppered with hail dents, over 300. I was skeptical about paintless dent removal but insurance was paying for it so I was like why not. I like everyone just looked for the most convenient place to my location and dropped it off. I just picked up car today and it was like it never happened no bs!! seriously every dent gone. I m a believer now..Oh and as a bonus they are very nice and handle the paper work for you.
