The first technician that came informed me the water pump on the washer wasn't working, he was unable to repair it due to not having the water pump available. He instructed me to order that part, and reschedule, until the water pump was available. The second technician named Rafael, said there was no problem with the water pump that all it needed was to be reprogrammed, which he did do. He kept on insisting that he had to take the water pump that wasn't installed. When he left the washer was working, about 5 minutes my washer stopped working. I called him multiple times after this and he never answered me. I had to give another call to sears inform them of my problem. Once again I have to make another appointment, which was my 3rd one.

Roy was very thoughtful. Explained everything he was doing and gave us tips on our refrigerator. Was very thorough. Went above and beyond trying to find the part needed to make sure our refrigerator was fixed the same day since we need to store milk for our babies. Thank you so much Roy. Roy showed up and was just great from start to finish. You could tell he was a very experienced technician and was very detailed. Great service would highly recommend.

This the second visit, first visit I was told problem was resolved. Today I was told the issue will happen every three months. I am very upset. Cancel plans in both homes and disputing $100 deductible for nothing done, but was given a different explanation. Plus it is horrible that I cannot speak to a human being to discuss anything.
