One Stop Shop was amazing! My daughter hit a pothole and two of her jet-black rims were scratched, not a very big deal to me but to my daughter being it's her first car it was a very big deal. We went to One Stop Shop and i expected to be out on the back burning since it's a small job, but Mayra made us feel like were their only customer and the job was a very big deal! Thank you Mayra for one taking care of us and making my feel like your only customer (even though you all were super busy). Now to the rims, they look so good! Your work is some of the best I've seen and you have a customer for life! Marya you made this easy and simple! Thank you1

I was sent there from Fiesta Nissan to tint my vehicle's 2 front windows. Luis was kind enough to squeeze me in at 9 AM. They were done in no time at all and the tinting job looks great. Everyone there is friendly and very helpful. I even got some alarm information from Rene. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

Sometimes bad incidents happen on the road where something shouldn t be in the way but it is. And just happens to hit my new car I bought. Took it here to one stop shop. Now it looks like whatever hit my car, never hit it. I don t know what magic these guys did but it works and looks like nothing ever happened to my car. I work for the same dealership that sends their cars over to one stop shop. So that should explain their work and work ethic. Thank you!

Got my woman a new vehicle, & we got the tint done here. One person seemed a bit in a rush but she looked like she was busy. & everything was pretty simple & straight foward to the point. The tint was done within about an hour & a half & it looks great. No complaints. Will be back for audio soon !

Amazing service from MAYRA!!!! Communication was spot on, the follow threw was exceptional. Truely happy with the work mayra and her team did on the detail of my vehicle. Used my VAP contract sold at bert ogden and am not disappointed! Truely great service and very good outcome. Highly recommend

My dealership referred me to this shop for window repair. Receptionist said they'd call back with a quote then a deposit if I liked the quote then they'll order window. She didn't take my number so obviously I got no call back. I even sent two online quote requests with my phone number and email. Still nothing. This is the place my dealership subcontracts with and yet I'm going to have to keep getting repairs elsewhere when I'm under warranty. What a shame.

I took my old camper van in for new air bags. They ended up putting new air bags, leaf springs (old were 4 leaf, new are 9 leaf) and rear shocks. While the price was high, I feel they did a good job. It did seem like every day they had it they were calling about something else that would add another $100 to the bill.

I usually don't write reviews but this one is a must. My warranty company give me an approval to change my damage front windshield back in June, almost two month and now answer from One Stop Shop, had to go by their shop in order to get an explanation about why my glass was not in. A rude lady mention to me that the glass was going to come in on Wednesday 9th of August and she will call me. Well today is Sunday 13th and no one from that shop called me. On thursday the 10th I called back my warranty company, gave them my negative reason and they change me to Safelite auto glass. To make the story short on Friday the 11th I had my glass replaced by a professional company like safelite and their employees. DONT RECOMMEND ONE STOP SHOP.

Fantastic service from providing the estimate to ordering parts! Their computer tech/advisor/parts manager was very professional in his expertise and his follow ups were timely and consistent. Chuy Torres provided great services at this location. One Stop Shop did a fast and awesome job on bodywork and detail for my vehicle. It came out looking brand new and have had no issues since. I took my vehicle in for a window replacement and decided to tint my windows with them also. They are very professional and go out of their way for their customers. Chuy guided me to choose the best tint for what I wanted. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. One Stop Shop even brought me to work and dropped my vehicle off when it was ready so I didn't have to wait. I highly recommend them to everyone who has any vehicle needs, whether it's window tint or a spotless cleaning.Service: Window tinting

They told be to take my truck at 1 pm I was there at 12:45 pm then they told me it would be ready by 5 pm so I told them I would wait since I had no ride back home , at 5pm I saw that they bearly took my truck to the back of the shop so then they tell be it would be ready by 6 pm and that s because I had to ask them, they told be by 7 pm just for a bed liner nothing to crazy good job at there craft just not good at keeping you updated . Taking my future service some where else

I was recommended to come to OneStop Shop for my window tint of my car. They did an excellent and timely efficient job with the best price possible! Great staff and customer service. Chuy also offered window chipping repair and left my car looking like I got a brand new windshield! Chuy very attentive, and offered great customer service! This place is the only company I trust to touch my cars. I ve tinted half a dozen cars, had a rim fixed, had a terrible door ding restored to the point that I couldn t believe.Everyone is friendly and honest.I won t go anywhere else, and recommend you don t either.Services: Wheel washing, Window tinting, Paint repair

At first, a quick judgment could be made that One Stop Shop is not worthy of your time and money, due to the fact that they either never answer or never get back to you. However, that would be a bad judgment call. I went in, was helped right away, and left completely satisfied with the repair job. I found out, the reason I couldn't reach the supervisor on the phone to schedule an appointment was because she is single handedly running the shop. With nonstop business, she has to deal with multiple customers at any given time. Not to mention, she also runs outside to check on the progress her mechanics are making. She was phenomenal and I really feel for her. Service, again, was good. I needed a windshield repair and it was completed quickly. A week later I received a follow up call for the 1st attempt I had made at calling in, so eventually they would have gotten to me.The only reason I'm not rating it 5 stars is because, and this is out of the supervisor's control, I wish the whole process had flown smoother. The Supe obviously couldn't control that and she is doing the best given the situation.

Great customer service, but for a simple trim on a truck four hours and still pending not ready getting the parts. I don't understand why they call your to make an appointment but they have to hunt down the parts.
