I came in to get my tire patched but had to be in and out in a little over an hour. After I was told it was unlikely that I d be able to do that, I planned on coming back later. No harm no foul. But Mo decided to go out back and see if they could get me in so I wouldn t have to leave and come back.Luckily they were able to help and got it done in 20 minutes. I appreciate Mo and the service tech going out of their way to take care of me in a timely manner.

For the past four months that I have been visiting this establishment, the staff here have been persistently trying to sell me tires under any circumstances. I have always used their services because I felt a sense of familiarity and honesty, but ever since the manager changed about a year ago, there has been an excessive focus on selling tires. They even went as far as claiming that my tires would not pass the state inspection and that I would not be able to pass the inspection without purchasing new tires from them. However, I went to a Firestone near my workplace for the inspection and passed without any issues. It is evident that this branch has lost its integrity since the change in management, and their primary concern now seems to be sales and revenue rather than providing honest and reliable service.

Great service! Ron was great and understood what I needed the moment I walked in. They have the best technician, Cornelio. He did an amazing job with my car and they checked off every box on my list for what my car needed. Definitely returning for future service!

This location went from my least favorite to my most favorite. The new manager is definitely customer oriented. Our family of several drivers is always in need of some type of car maintenance or repair, and I appreciate them getting us in and out quickly.

We had such a great experience at NTB! Especially at this specific location in Allen (off of Watters Road) Thank you Ron and Mo for such great and above & beyond service, I hope it doesn t go unrecognized by management!Right from the start the staff greeted us with smiles and welcomed us in. Very quickly they got our vehicle in the shop and our tire was replaced within 20-30minutes! Their prices are fair and honest and the staff are hard workers!Definitely coming back if we re ever in need of assistance again! Thank you NTB of Allen!

I took my car to NTB to get my car battery checked. The customer service provided by Moe was excellent. He not only got it checked right away but also got it replaced with a new one within a few minutes. Moe was courteous and answered all my questions.

I needed four tires in a jiffy. I called a few shops, and this NTB had them at a competitive price. The staff was friendly, professional and honest. I've got a couple other vehicles. When they need tires I'm coming back here.

Had two tires go poof just before christmas eve. They were nearby so I walked over and they were expedite in helping my issue. No grief. Salesmen was not pushy and did his best to do what I wanted. In and out within 3 hours no hassle. Just had to wait as a walk in. Completely reasonable for my unreasonable situation.Got all new tires since I needed them anyways, and waited a while to leave a review since the last place I went to for work did not put a bolt back and left me with a car and a unbolted control arm on the side of the road. No issues with the tires so far after two months.I also got my oil change here. It was done, and through the same salesman. Again, good serivce and no hassle despite my inability to not be a hassle due to my poor experiences with bad shops.Definitely would come back based on my two experiences with this location.

As my first experience here I was wowed by the quick, professional, over & beyond customer service & patience of Moe, Mark?, the worker who called me--multiple times-sorry :( & let me know my car was ready, and especially the gentleman that closed the store on March 9, 2024! Because of the excellent customer service experience I had it will NOT be my last time coming here! Thank you for all you do ... it is not in vain!

Ron and his team are my go-to for anything mechanical with my truck. Had an issue last night / this morning that I thought was my starter. Took the truck in this morning and the issue was resolved. Grade A work and customer service. Well worth a little extra of a drive to get things done by a shop you can trust.

Moe and Ron helped me get my tire fixed and an inspection in a very timely manner. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I would recommend this shop if you want fast and reliable service !!

I had a great experience at NTB. Ron the manager, was friendly and professional. i needed an oil change for my 2022 Lexus. Yasser and Ron were EXTREMELY helpful and they gave me a great deal. The Lexus dealership was going to charge me a ridiculous price. They took me right away and I was out and in within an hour. Ron had sold me fantastic Michelin tires a fee months before. Great service. Great people.

I went in for an emergency on my car and I needed it done by 4pm due to having to be at work. I arrived at 11 and they started by 12pm my car was fixed and ready by 2pm I believe I was very thankful and grateful that they was able to get it done in a timely matter. I recommend this location to any one in Allen!

I always come to this location and they are very helpful serving my company car. They are quick, efficient, and honest with the time frame of when they will be finish which is quicker than noted. Keep up the good work

Took my car in for an issue with the tire and was met by Muhammad. Muhammad took excellent care of my vehicle and presented an honest assessment. Highly recommend NTB on S. Watters and in particular Muhammad to address your servicing needs.

I own a small rental company through Turo so as you can imagine my cars see a lot of wear and tear. I have an extended warranty on each of them and NTB is a recommended service provider I see why, these guys have always been timely and thorough with my vehicles, I have not been in a while and dropped one of my vehicles off for service and the warranty company was giving some push back. However, Ron took care of the problem as if it were his own and was able to resolve everything. Thanks, Ron

Affordable and efficient. Went in for tire replacement and they informed me I needed an alignment. Was about to go to a different shop and spend the same $400 but would only get the 2 tires minus the alignment. Whereas with NTB, that same $400 got me 2 tires with alignment.

The squirrels ate my car wires to my windshield wipers, ugh! Toyota would of cost me an arm and a leg but NTB-Allen was able to fix my wipers without removing the panels and without overcharging me. The whole crew, from Mgr Ron to Cornilo were eager to help and did a great job.They are always professional and quick to provide service. I have been there many times over the years for tires. I was really concerned about how this was going to get fixed and the cost but they kept it simple and painless... Thank you NTB-Allen!

I had a tire balancing appointment for the tires that were incorrectly balanced there back in August, and when I arrived I was told it would be a 2 hour wait, and resetting it to a later time would likely be the same wait.So, what purpose does the appointment system serve? Why wasn't I contacted an hour or more before my appointment time to let me know there'd be delays due to being understaffed.I scheduled that same work at Discount Tire and the whole process was beautifully orchestrated, start to finish, and the balance was perfect (correcting the NTB balance).Nevertheless, I am elated to read the various 5-star ratings from what seem to be "walk-ins". In the future, I hope the appointment workflow is improved, the balancing equipment is serviced and calibrated, or the tech is properly trained.

Great customer service and there to look out for their clients. I went in for tires early for an appointment and forgot to tell them my battery was having issues. They caught it for me and Ron got it all taken care of for us.My car rides like a dream now

I am a very picky person and I hate to waste time and money and they do neither. I had a full service dealership experience thanks to Ron and Mo! They are amazing at not only helping you with services you requested but also guiding you on maintenance and care all the while informing you of reasonable options. I am a NTB fan and I hope you will be as well.

We came in about 10 to 15 minutes before they were closing because of a blown out tire and Moe greatly helped us. His customer service was great and he also was helpful to point out other things that could happen, he was the biggest help ever and I m glad we were able to get serviced by him!!

First of all this business is clean! I mean super clean! No overwhelming tire smell in the lobby, good wifi, a CLEAN ladies room, and comfy seating while you wait. Even a spot to work if you bring your laptop. The prices are very competitive and the service is quick and top notch. Special shout out to Yasser who goes above and beyond to help his customers with a smile and friendly demeanor.

No lights no Moe problem with Mike and Moe, took the ride in for a quick fix and was expecting a high price along with it a large wait time and they came out 5 minutes after turning my car in, with the Tag lights changed, ON THE HOUSE!!
