Terrible customer service and dishonest employees. I got a quote on phone for NEW tires and even asked if they had them in stock. I was told yes, so I sent my boy only to have them sell him used tires. The man at counter straight up lied. Stay away from shady businesses like these. There are better options in the area. Ended up going down the street to Super Buy Tires and Wheels and buying all 4 tires. Night and day customer service difference and ended up getting a better deal.

Loved the service and great deals and credit options. Owner was up front on fees for credit and how to pay off to avoid interest charges. Got tires for three of my vehicles. Only bad thing is you have to ensure you keep your receipt and dont lose it. It is not like other places where they keep your info on their systems to keep history on purchase and warranty.

Had all 4 tires replaced and balanced. Super fast service and name brand tires at a great price. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you Cesar!

Purchased $800 rims on my Toyota Rav 4. Told them that I wanted rims that would fit with no problems so they ordered some for me. Took off on a trip to San Antonio and it started vibrating at 70mph. Took it to another tire shop because i was in a hurry and they told me that the rims didn't quite fit. I called Lopez Tire shop and after looking it up the rims and my make and model, they said I needed hub rings. (wish they had done that before i purchased) So I went back and they installed hub rings at no additional charge. When I went back on the highway, they still vibrated at 70mph. When I went back, the manager said quote "when you buy rims, you risk them not working properly and that he couldn't help me... that I should have purchased factory rims". Wait....What??? Also he said quote "they can't guarantee that rims you buy from them won't have problems if you go faster than 70mph" Wo wo wo... What?? Why didn't he inform me of all this before I decided to buy? They are the experts! They should've advised me. I threw away my old rims and now I'm stuck with rims that vibrate at 70mph. The manager had a very bad attitude and didn't even try to offer to help. He was rude and talking down to me and insulting my intelligence. Damn...I wasted $800. Do not buy anything from this company! I went because my last name was Lopez. Stupidest idea I ever had! Never again!

Mr Lopez does not honor their labor warranty when it comes to making repairs. I have been coming here for 14 years for my tires. Sad that he lost a customer. All he had to do was look at the computer to see what was done to my vehicle. He didn't care to. He wanted to charge me to fix it because he said would take to long to fix it. I told him they were the only ones who replaced all four rotors and breaks in my truck. He denied it. Bad business and very disrespectful. Will never go back. But will let everyone know how bad is the service. With rude manners. So in other words I'm driving around without my emergency breaks not working. So if anything happens to me he will be liable and held responsible. Now I need to find a mechanic and pay to fix what Mr Lopez did not honor labor. And I just two tires from them. I guess he waited until I bought the tires before giving me the bad unprofessional - unbusiness like news.

ZERO STARS I Bought 6 tires for my duallyI Don't recommend it!! when you going to buy they help you fast BUT when you need help for warranty, they leave you hanging on phone line and you go to store they blame the warehouse.Got tired in calling and going then second tire went bad so didn't even waisted my time!!I went to PUEBLO TIRES And BOUGHT 2 Toyo m/t tires Best service, great people!And they told me that was not going to happen w/ them!!

Seems they had messed up the tire sensors on a previous visit, so now they're charging to fix it.Great way to guarantee repeat business: break it, then charge to fix it.
