I had a great experience. I like to support local businesses. They have a great selection and their prices are very competitive. I went on a Saturday so I did have to wait a couple of hours to get my tires installed. Not because they're slow, but due to the high volume of work. They don't pressure you to buy additional road hazard warranties. They nearly placed my old tires in the bed of my pick up truck.

Shopped around for pricing on several things for my car and Lopez Tires always gave me a better price. Good people and good service.

I will say that Lopez tires did a great job! Been with my truck for almost a month since they installed my lift kit and I have to say they did a great job. I would definitely refer them to anyone that is wanting to upgrade their vehicle. Also they are very informative with anything. That's a plus !

They swapped out my tire for a one that s worn out and torn and blamed me for it and said it s my fault for using the same tires for years when I had just gotten my car LAST YEAR. The tracks on the tire they swapped out are very worn out and they put me and my two kids in endangerment for letting me leave their shop with an unsafe tire. I went there originally for an alignment and they messed it up even more, got charged $65 for it. I will be reporting this to court.

There waz an accident on 23rd and old 83 I had to stop cuz a tire come off a truck right in front of me I asked the lady that waz driving the truck if she waz ok she told me that they just had put new tires on her truck at Lopez tires not even 4 blocks away from the tire shop I recommend for nobody to go to this tire shop accidents will happen if you put tires on your truck or car if I could put 0 stars on this tire shop I would

Had them install a lift and they cut the frame on my truck without asking. Also ordered a brand new tire and it popped on me 2 hours into my trip to Dallas. Don't recommend this shop at all .

I've started coming here in 2015 for my tires needs. Pricing is very competitive against others. Staff was friendly and helpful with the right information on what's best for you vehicle. Timing is also great the waiting is fair. They have treated me very well and I have never been over charged for any service. Highly recommended speak to Luis!

Terrible customer service and dishonest employees. I got a quote on phone for NEW tires and even asked if they had them in stock. I was told yes, so I sent my boy only to have them sell him used tires. The man at counter straight up lied. Stay away from shady businesses like these. There are better options in the area.

Took my truck to remove a nail in one of my tires and I told them of they can patch it. They told me yes! So I waited in the waiting room more than a hour. After some time they told me that my truck was ready and charge me for the patch. So I got on the expressway and around shary exit my low tire pressure went on again. I thought myself maybe my tire pressure sensor is giving out So didn't put much attention. I got home and park my truck for the evening and the next day in the morning I walk towards my truck and notice a flat tire and it was the same one they had patch supposedly. So I went to another shop and I ask him what's going on with my tire that I had patch. The tireshop guy told me that the tire had no patch work done before. So lopez just charge me for putting air in my tire and saying it was good. What a dissapointment with them because I could have been in a cash or go in a car accidente if my tire had flated in the expressway. Thier very unprofessional on themselfs

Road Hazard don t buy it they don t honor it. They inflated my new tires to 80 when it s suppose to be 65 they tried being slick and keeping one of my of my old tires because I bought new ones. Also 2 loose lug nuts and the rear passenger side

Went in to buy 2 tires for my Chevy Cruze. I was greeted by friendly staff and they were able to help me find what i needed within my budget. There were 4 people in front of me and despite that they still finished very fast. Very satisfied with this experience. I will return to buy the next 2 tires very soon

the prices were fair, wide selection of rums but kinda dark they have a waiting room with waters.and seats but it was kinda hot, they founs an issues with my vehicle and didn't feel forced to buy, i just knew it would be safer. The work looked really good upon inspection and my vehicle is running great, wheel alignment all 4 for 75 thats a good price i think, reason i went..

Very bad service and very unprofessional workers!! I took my truck to get an alignment and saw workers drinking beer and smoking weed on a Saturday they told me waiting time was 2 to 3hrs and ended up being 4 almost 5 I also saw they didn't care with their clients vehicles went through bumps and pot holes with new tires. After they aligned my truck I asked for my diagnostic report and told me they couldn't get it because their machine wasn't printing i payed 75$ and drove off I noticed my truck was going worse than it was it slightly went to the right totally disappointed never going back stay away!!!

Looked high and low for the best deal on high performance tires for one vehicle and another 2 tires for a 4 door sedan. Found the best deal of all with plenty of different options well below my original quotes elsewhere. Friendly service and genuine concern for getting me what i wanted for the price i wanted.

Bad service, went in for alignment the guy does not seem to know what he s doing. Paco gave me a price of $49.99 for aligment but after the argument with Jesse he raised it up to $69.99 cheated me out an extra $20. I have had alignments don t before at other places and know what my truck requires to run straight etc so I told tech what specs to set it at he told me he couldn t do it. So he aligned it and pulls right bad steering wheel is off center. I ask for a re-alignment they skip me and put 7 other cards ahead of me I got upset asked for my keys Jesse told me to pay I refused to due to the alignment not being done correctly he then tells me well I m keeping the vehicle I was forced to call police he demanded his money for a job that was not done correctly I was there all morning with my 2 little boys and my experience there was one of the worst ever, he talked to me rude in front of everyone for no apparent reason then goes on to say leave my premises without giving me my vehicle back. My kids out in the sun and these people don t care. I was forced to pay just so I can get out of that place. I would not recommend anyone to go to there. I took my truck to another nearby alignment shop and boom they got it right the first time I have both printouts of alignment and I will fight for my money back. Stay away!

Walked in at 5:30 pm to ask a couple of questions, Walked out with a set of 22 hell cats on my 2017 Ram. Outstanding service! Very happy with my purchase, Mr. Lopez and his staff are phenomenal. Long story short. I purchased 22's at another business last year for my chevy. It was a nightmare from the time I left their premises. Black rims scratched from tire install, not balanced, all four tires developed ball spots, took it to another tire place and was told 2 rims had dents. Zero pot holes or rail road tracks. But I digress, Lopez tires and wheels is the place to go. Mr. Lopez is very down to earth, small place but big on service!

Was given a quote for the tires, balancing, alignment, and labor. I thought It was a good deal until I picked up my car right before closing hours on a Saturday. Saw my old tires were placed on my rear cloth seat and the rest in the trunk of my car. I noticed the tires were not balanced and the car was steering to the right on its own.

Absolute worst experience I've probably had with any type of business, anywhere in the United States in my entire adult life. Short version: Sold me wheels and tires that didn't work. Wheels unbalanced, couldn't drive past 40MPH. They CUT INTO my truck without asking me to remove a simple grille guard/tumbaburros off my truck. Wheels and tires lost their air every night when I parked truck. REFUSED to help when I called back ten minutes later when I discovered the wheels/tires were unbalanced, and hung up on me. On top of all of this terrible service, it took them five hours to mount the wheels on my truck (the wheels and tires were already mounted and balanced in the store), sitting in their waiting room without A/C.Basically wasted my money, and my entire day off sitting around and dealing with these clowns. Service is so bad, I just got rid of the wheels and tires instead of trying to get a refund or have them fix it, that is how miserable it is dealing with this place.Only reason shops like this stay in business is they sucker people in with cheap wheel and tire combos because they are selling tires that are made in China with no quality with brand names that you would swear they are making up (things that sound as stupid as tires named 'Flying Tiger', I can't remember any of the brands off the top of my head since no one has ever heard of them).There is absolutely no reason to go to Discount Tire, who has been doing my wheels and tires my whole life, since they will price match and beat anyone's prices, local or online.I decided to give a local shop a chance and support a small business since I used to own one, but Lopez Tires and Wheels has pretty much ruined any chance of me doing that again. Do yourself a favor and listen to the reviews on here.I have attached a picture of where they cut into my truck to remove the grille guard, and to further incriminate themselves, they left tools in the hole they cut!

Went in for tire installation. Stated it was too late at 5:15. They close at 6:30. Asked earlier and they didn't mention a cutoff time. Won't be coming here for my tire needs.

Very poor service waited 3 hours for them to tell me they did not have the socket to remove the tires they kept my money and did not replace one tire

Been doing business for years here lifted my trucks,new tires,new rims,etc I had a tire basically with a torn piece on the sidewall now if thats not defective then what is? Took car in and they didn't wanna replace it and worse i went in with working tpms sensor and no lights on my dashboard and I come out with all my tpms sensors on cause now they state that my tpms and valve are damaged on the tire I again had to buy which they replaced is bad which is confusing cause I went in with a bad tire not tpms or valve issues very disappointing im been coming here for years will just have to take my business elsewhere

WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE.....I HAD TO GET MY RACK AND PINION REPLACED AND THEY DID HALF THE JOB....STEERING ANGLE WAS LEFT WITHOUT BEEING PROPERLY ADJUSTED AND RACK AND PINION WAS NOT PROGRAMED...AFTER LETTING THEM KNOW THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE TO DO THAT WOW THEY ARE THEIVES SO STAY OUT OF THAT PLACE

I got my rims special ordered from here bout 11 years ago n have been back fo tha tires whenever its time to change dem... Of course low pro tires are a lil more pricy den regular tires, but they have the best prices and they are very helpfull!!! Beat rim n tire shop in tha valley!!!

Service takes too long. when I got my vehicle back, back passenger side tire was leaking air and it was Pulling to the left. Great customer service but BAD SERVICE!!!
