IMPORTANT!!! NEW MANAGEMENT!!! The manager who was here has been fired due to performance . The store was not making enough money. They would not put any money into the location even though there are countless city code violations. the building looks like a crack den compared to other shops in the area but the million dollar corporation would rather send the district managers to great wolf lodge all expenses paid instead of making their location look appealing.

I ve been going there with my cars for a few years. They are always very professional and courteous. Prices are very fair and work is done quickly. I brought 3 vehicles in for inspections and Noah was right on it. Thank you very much for all your help.

This location is always helpful, honest, and quick. We have been taking our high mileage used cars here for maintenance and repairs for years. They always do a great job! Thankful for this location's professionalism and care. We will continue partnering with Kwik Kar to keep our cars up and running.

Beware of this business. You have been warned...They are total hacks and have the most dishonest management. I went in for a check engine light. After having my truck in their shop for 5 months. They physically damaged my engine when trying to replace timing chains and they had to tow it to Ford for a new engine. Ford confirmed with me they did damage it and I will need another engine, Once Kwik Kar received the estimate of $12k from Ford, they insisted I release it back to Quick Kar because they would install a newer engine with less miles than Ford was offering and match the warranty. Against my better judgment and basically being manipulated I agreed. Long story short, I got an engine with more miles, it wasn't installed properly per engine warranty guidelines, and they refuse to give me any paperwork or warranty on it now. They also still owe me $608 for work I paid for that wasn't needed, which they agreed to reimburse me. Months ago I was told check was already sent out, never received it. Finally, When I was told to pick up vehicle, the engine cover was missing along with the transmission skid plate. Worst experience I ever had with a service company. They have gone through 5 managers in the last year. Every time I go back (at least 10 times) now to get the warranty work, etc I get the run around and the store manager says he can't help me now and upper management will call me. They never have. I will be alerting the BBB

I had a tire blowout late Saturday night and had to park the car across the street from this place. Came back Sunday afternoon and the two guys working there were just incredible! They were so nice and respectful! They even jumped into our car and brought the tools across the street and completely fixed my car. Joseph was amazing, such a kind guy. Brandon and "Q" at this particular location got me right in with little to no wait! This is the 3rd time I've been here for service and have ALWAYS had a GREAT experience! My brother recommended this place to me and I'd highly recommend it to anyone myself!! Thanks again!!

Upon walking into the waiting room, there was an overwhelming small of marijuana in the seating area from the crew(and i was the only non employee). I got an oil change and the crew put in the most expensive type of synthetic oil. I was not prepared to pay such a huge expense for an oil change. The service guys said that I probably have a leak in my coolant and I would need a coolant flush, they quickly and urgently offered to do it there. (i declined). They also ALWAYS attempt to have me change my cabin and engine air filters (i declined). Thankfully the service worker offered a veterans discount (saw my USAA card) which lowered the cost of the expensive oil that was used. Later the next week, I took my car to the other location of Kwik Kar in Allen (off McDermott East of 75) and had the mechanic look at my car and he indicated that there was no leak in my coolant, that it simply needed more coolant added (was empty). This is something that should have been completed at the other Kwik Kar location, just simply adding coolant is part of thier oil change servie. He said that my cabin air filter did not need urget replacement and could wait, but the ones showed to me at the KwikKar was very black. Also I needed air in a tire, which was not compelted during my oil change. I also needed a windshield sticker, because they forgot to give me that one. I will not be returning to this location ever again, the crew was probably high on weed, and simply didn't put in effort into anything.

Price went up by $20 since last oil change with no notice. Non-synthetic cost me $95 for oil change! Same oil change was $72 after tax less than 6 months ago

I went for an oil change. The shop added almost $25 on top of what was stated when dropping off the car. This was never disclosed before payment. I ve been taking my cars to this store for many years. Will look for another place in the future.

Great loss ! Worst experience.Mileage Tampering . Entering wrong mileage and later when I asked them to figure it out . Manager is like this is not one day thing to figure it out . If you wanna wait go set up a tent and wait outside he said . Is this the way you guys do customer service. Have no clue way to reach your management . Please reach me out .

This business is a damn joke. Today i almost died due to the incompetent Assist Manger Garry failed to check my coolant , while changing my oil. Less than a month ago, i was driving down the high way when my engine over heated and almost blew up on me. I arrive today after spending 200 more dollars at Pep Boys to get my car fixed. Technician stated well ma"am your it hasn't been coolant hasn't been checked or refilled. Hmmm i just went to Kwik Kar less than a month ago and wasn't not notified during my service. At this point im pissed i spent a $100 for oil change & maintenance and i almost lost my LIFE and Car. I Go Talk To the Manager TODAY AND he WANTD TO yells and gets aggressive like he wants to FIGHT ME, A Woman. All because of your Incompetent staff. Dont take your car there EVERYONEThey will destroy your Car. Im sure there are more victims.

NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS AT ALL, AUSTIN (the manager) will tell you BS and only take your money. I took 4 times our car to get aligned. Every time we got an excuse why the car was not aligned completely. I replace the full suspension in the car personally so we can save money (Struts, Inner Outer Tide Rods, Controls Arm). In the last two alignments they recommended to install cams screws so they can finally align it completely. They gave us the car with an alignment worst than the previews (I have prints). They were always blaming that they did not install the parts needed, and they could not guaranty nothing. After they install the cams, they still argued BS again saying they can still not align it completely. I decided to take it to one of my friends shop; I did not take it there because it was far. We aligned the car in less than 10 min, all areas green (I have the print). Comparing the prints they gave us and realized Austin (the manager) was laying to us all the time. He argued it took them hours trying to align it all the time. Last time they came back, again, saying they could not do anything else. I quote from Austin This is the best we can align this car . I was able to personally align the car with my friend s help. We even found the screws loose. That is dangerous. After this, I came back to their shop and requested a refund of at least the last alignment since they could not do the job right. We asked to be contacted by their superior manager or owner. We never got a call. They also print they greasy hands in the inside fabric (I also have pictures). My point here is that this manager appears to have a practice here were they charge you for something they say they do. Either they did not do or they did not know how to do it. I do not recommend this place to anybody. They will always find the way to get your money and if you do not pay attention they will!!

Horrible experience. Do not recommend. I took my car here on a Sunday morning because it was the only place open. They had one maybe two other cars in the shop and told me it would definitely get looked at on Sunday. I never heard from them so I drove up Sunday evening to see if my car had been moved only to see that it was in the same spot I left it with the DOORS UNLOCKED and the KEYS IN THE CUPHOLDER. Not to mention, the girl working the shop (she claimed she was the assistant GM but I highly doubt that) smelled like alcohol and was possibly tweaking on other drugs because she had to ask me several times my phone number, address, name, etc. and was acting odd. The next morning I went back to get my key fob that was detached from my keys and the girl couldn t find it and didn t recall me dropping the truck off less than 24 hours earlier. I left and told them to call me when they found the fob which they did about 30 minutes later. I would avoid them if at all possible.I had the truck towed from here to Allen Car Care Center and had a much more professional experience. Highly recommend using them instead.

Worst customer care, I went with super clean option to clean the car with a service including interior cleaning. But under the seat was not cleaned properly and also the rubber mat was not washed. After noticing when went back the day after, they vacuumed it but very reluctant to wash all the mats and atlast only the front mats was done. When asked to clean all the mats, the person who was in black uniform was very rude in the speech and didn't do it... should we not point of mistakes?
