Was having problems with the cooling system on my 14 Chevy Traverse. It took a little time to diagnose the problem, but they did a methodical approach to problem solving. Very professional yet friendly staff. Once the fans were replaced the problem was solved. They did a good job with keeping me posted about the progress of work. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Highly recommend Jay s!!! They are honest, reliable, and trustworthy which is actually really hard to come by!!!! They honestly treat you like family. I ve been coming here for I want to say 2 years now and NEVER had anything close to a bad experience. Every visit was positive and you can tell they truly care for you and your automotive needs! The people were nice and friendly. Jay explained things to me. He correct my jeep with know problem. He even check the tires upon request with no charge. I'm happy I found a shop that can take care of my truck for me.

Great family-owned shop. I came to them asking how much to replace my steering rack. Several other shops told me I needed it replaced. Jason said he didn't want to tell me, he would rather look at the car and see if it actually needed to be done. His dad drove the car and talked with me, explained everything well, and came up with an ingenious fix for $80 instead of $600.They gave me honesty, and I'll give them repeat business!

These guys are fantastic. I would send all my female friends to them without having a fear of them being ripped off. They have worked on my trucks several times and the repairs all work. This auto repair shop is doing fraud business. Do not be fooled by 5 star ratings.This repair shop worked on my car AC but did not do anything, just charge me 140 dollars. Please do not believe what they said.Service: Air conditioning

Jay's Automotive is awesome! Not only did they save me as I was passing through McAllen when my brakes locked up but they offered great, fair and professional service!! Wish they were in my home town.

Always pleasant .... These guys know cars ... They don't just throw a new part at something ... As you will find dealers do...They analyze the issue check the system thoroughly and then with the knowledge of what is wrong fix it.... This has been for me far cheaper than the dealer ....like $1400 one time..I cannot say enough for Jay and his son Jayson and their staff.... I have very expensive luxury cars and one is like a supermodel .... They understand from basic to supermodel .... I can recommend them with ZERO reservations..... None at all for any type of vehicle.

Bad service they supposedly fix out vehicle, we found out about a torn boot under the vehicle went to see if they can fix it again and their response was that it was already like that. I wouldn t recommend them
