Excellent customer service experience. What would have costed me much more at one of the major auto parts stores out there was thankfully affordable at Gonzalez Auto Parts. The workers there even offered to install a battery in my car for free. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the specific type of battery that my car needed. I highly recommend this location.

Worse customer service. Supposedly the battery I bought has a one year warranty and my battery I bought it from them on April and been having problems and Rick the manager is rude telling me there is nothing he could do about it, but to buy a new one when the battery I bought has a one year warranty. Customers Beware!!!
