Horrible service Juan kept saying our vehicle would be ready a certain day and we have gone 2 times because he claimed it d be ready, just so when we get there they find something new to fix! Avoid the headache and fix your vehicle somewhere else. My honda has been in this shop for over a month!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would, I came here because my insurance and Honda recommended it. My car has been with them for about 3 months if not more. As a college student, it s hard to move around to work, school and work study when my car isn t ready. They ve given 3 different dates at which it was ready and every single time I find something else wrong. My back windows were in tact when it was taken in, after the first time we went to pick it up they were SCRATCHED. The back tire board frame was unevenly cut and at a wrong size, it was very obvious it was missing a huge part. The left side mirror wasn t even installed properly, it still needed to be placed together/tighter. The bottom piece from the picture was still missing. And the customer service sucked, the lady who answers the phone and is at the desk is never helpful!!!! And the agents are magically NEVER available when we call. How many more it s ready visits will I have to go through before you actually finish the job right. This was not a lot, yet they ve taken longer than most vehicles taken.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a body/repair center. From customer service to repair work. Only went here since they were Framer's approved repair center. That has to be just a simple checklist to get this rating. Would definitely not recommend this place. My vehicle has not been the same since before the accident. Going on over a year dealing with them. Will be taking my vehicle to a more reputable body/repair shop.

This body shop must be the best in Mcallen as it is rated Profirst. They did an awesome job on a valet scratch that was on the right rear door. From arrival, I felt pleasant to be there as I knew I would be serviced well as this shop is connected with dealerships so you could give them some trust. Randy helped me out, and was of great assistance. He walked me through the estimate and any questions I had. I was advised of a 2 day wait, and with these types of repairs it is good to not rush them. Left car late Wednesday afternoon and was called Saturday morning to pick it up. Color match was perfect and you couldn t tell if a job was done on the car. They left car detailed inside and washed neatly on the outside. Exceptional service, and they also offer a shuttle to go home from there if necessary. It was really nice, and the gentleman who gave me a ride home was one of the most professional and friendly person I had ever met at a shop. Thank you for a great job!

Worst employees, took like 6 months to repair. Something else was broken or a scratch on my car when moving vehicles in their own parking lot. They kept putting the blame on each other. If I could put zero stars I wouldService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The paint job was good, and the repair was also done great.Took more than a month to fix because they either were missing parts and recieved the wrong part. Did not replace my FOB key properly until I had brought it up to the manager. Went to this location 4 times because they never fixed my car properly. Were slightly condescending when I told them my defrost wasn't working, "you know it's for getting rid of fog and snow ?" This was the manager... made the mistake of going by myself, my next visits were done with my father. Didn't appreciate having to deal with the issue multiple times aside from the stress of being in an accident and having to find rides for each visit. Also got my car back with a dent... that was not their fault and I clearly must have had it before and never saw it.. okay guys.

My Agent Jay was absolutely very helpful . My car looks amazing I was please with outcome of my vehicle . . It took longer that I anticipate but it was worth it.

Pros: They're professional, they do great body work, they clean and wash your vehicle upon delivery, they provide free shuttle service to and from home (or work), they're conveniently located in downtown McAllen. Cons: They take their sweet, sweet time when it involves non-body work (or waiting for parts).

Now there charging for estimates $25. That's ridiculous. Especially when your giving them the business. I'll be taking my buisness somewhere else now.

Tuve que regresar la camioneta 3 veces!!Y todav�a est� ah�, nunca la dejaron bien de la suspensi�n, y ahora alegan que me la entregaron en buen estado a pesar de haberla regresado por lo mismo, no tienen nada que ofrecer profesionalmente, adem�s de la p�rdida de tiempo, la persona que me atendi�, es atenta, pero no est� del lado del cliente est� protegiendo a la aseguradora.Yo no los recomiendo
