Dropped our 2016 Kia off due to a flat tire- was told we had to replace all the tires (which is fine, we knew we were fixing to be due for them) then wanted to do rotors, brakes and brake pads (again fine because we get the longevity of the tires depends on these things) BUT they rolled the windows down- due to a liability protocol- and they couldn t get the passenger side window back up. Basically was told it wasn t their problem and they refused to knock off some of the bill or even offer to try and fix it. So now I m about $1500 out and have to go to the dealership to now get my window back up and then fixed due to them.

Staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, hard-working, and made a point of noting from the store's records that I was a regular / repeat customer over a number of years. They had a good inventory which had the tires I needed; did my job quickly and well -- and encouraged me to return any time I needed information or assistance. Seems to me this store and its personnel exhibited "old-time" values with regard to customer service, products, know-how, and personality -- much like the neighborhood businesses and personnel I dealt with 3 or 4 decades back, especially in small or mid-sized communities (which Plano is NOT). It was a refreshing experience, your facilities were top notch, and your personnel were (from top to bottom) 1st class. My sincere thanks and admiration!!

In December scheduled my lifetime Alignment at this location, promptly serviced and had my Tires checked for low air Tech found a nail in my tire and Service Manager James C did not charge me $$ for patch & plug and saved me from having a flat tire. Since 2013 I ve been a Customer and very grateful for their excellent Service and diagnostic car recommendations. By far James has been the Best S.Mgr I really appreciate his expertise and compassion. This Firestone location in Allen is my most trustworthy auto shop. They deserve 10

One of the tires had a big staple in it and was losing air. I went to Firestone in Allen to get it fixed, but it was not repairable, so Firestone replaced it for me without any hassle, and only charged me for warranty on the new tire. Simon Samples helped me, and he was very professional and friendly. I had a great experience at Firestone today. Thank you Simon!

We are regulars at Firestone with now 3 cars in our family. I stopped by to have them check my tire pressure and it turns out a tire needed replacing. I didn't have an appointment and I barely had to wait 45 minutes from start to finish. The staff at this location is ALWAYS so helpful, friendly and they are always so accommodating and do their best to get the best deal for us. Thank you!

Misleading quote and bad service. I needed a simple hose swap and they quoted $450. I asked why and they said parts were too expensive. I was in a hurry so I let them do it, then the final bill showed $370 on labor!!! They also did a corrosion clean up on my battery and you can see how professionally that was done.

I dropped my vehicle off at 7:00 in the morning for an oil change and two new tires and didn't get my vehicle back until 6:30 p.m. that night. I had to call multiple times to check up on the vehicle and at 1:00 they said my car was in the bay and being worked on. I still had to call back around 5:45 p.m. to see if they were close to done the guy said give me 20 minutes and come pick up your car when I got there the tires were off and the oil hasn't been put in. But they hurried and finished and got my car back in no time just seen like a long process for an oil change and two tires

My car was cared for well when I came for an oil change and inspection. Technician noted that the battery was weak and recommended a replacement. Battery was certainly overdue and it was replace quickly. I am glad that I didn't go into the upcoming winter months with a weak battery.

Went here earlier this year for a cylinder 5 misfire on my 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT and they changed the coil pack twice, didn't fix. They also did a full spark plug job and I specifically told them I wanted NGK iridium but when I got the bill it said Champion plugs on it. I questioned it and the guy told me he just listed that to make it cheaper for me. Well, I decided to pull out my endoscope today to take a look into Cylinder 5 and guess what I pulled out. A champion spark plug. These guys will absolutely lie right to your face. DON'T GO HERE!And if you read this Firestone, I expect an apology. Spent $2,000 with you on this issue and all I ended up with was worse spark plugs than I had before, when I probably didn't need them changed to begin with, and a new coil pack when that wasn't the problem. I told yall what I believed the problem was to begin with and yall didn't listen. Just took my money.

Every time I go here. Go in to service wiper blades (paid 110)and also get coolant added and of course they want 200 to flush the radiator would not add gallon of coolant. It has been a few years since I have been in but they are still the same with add ons.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! i took my work van to this location to have the oil change and rotate/balance done 5/25/18. dropped if off and picked it up the next day. apparently i had a power steering hose leak. sure, our fleet company pays the bill. i said ok and took the van. immediately after this repair i start losing power steering fluid. within the week i lose all my power steering fluid and now i have no power assist in my brakes because its a hydroboost system. i thought maybe its an honest mistake(fitting not tighened all the way, hose left loose etc). i take it back friday 6/1/18 and ask Dillon the service writer to recheck/fix the issue by monday so i can drive the vehicle back to work. i also told him to check the a/c(its the been cutting out at stop lights). if you guys find something simple, fix it. if it is a more in depth repair, dont worry about we will take it the dealership next week when they will have a loaner van ready for me. Dillon agreed. He calls back the next day saying it was actually the other power steering hose that was leaking.....?!?!?!? i have not had a concern with the power steering leaking since their repair. he also told me it needs a a/c compressor, receiver/dryer, condenser and fan clutch.......?!?!?!. i didnt care what they said it needed at the time, i just wanted to get my van back sunday afternoon. i told Dillon thats fine just get it fixed by sunday afternoon please. he agreed. he calls me later that day saying they cannot get a PO from the fleet management company. i told Dillon if you cant get at PO in time i need the van back by sunday afternoon. He agreed. sunday morning around 12pm i get a call from Dillon saying he just got a PO. i told him i need you to make a honest decision on whether you can do this repair or not today because i need the van back today. he sorta side stepped the question and said we should have the parts soon. i reminded him once again. I NEED THAT VAN BACK THIS AFTERNOON SO I CAN GET TO WORK MONDAY MORNING. He said ok. i get a call from a guy named Jason saying it wont be done today.....?!?!?!?!? the power steering hose is the wrong size and needed more time. i told Jason excuse me?! i told Dillon several times i need that van back. Jason said well once we get a PO # from the fleet management company we have to do the work.....What?!?! i told him no you dont, a PO is a promise of payment. you dont have to do anything. Jason went on and on telling me to call the fleet management to help me get back to work. ITS NOT THAT EASY!! my manager Specifically told me get that van back by sunday afternoon because we did not have any loaner vans ready this weekend. i was supposed to be there to get the p/s issue fixed(that they messed up and didnt own up to it) and thats it and do a quick a/c check! Jason was very apathetic and basically said screw off its not our problem. i said whatever, told him to worry about the a/c just get the p/s hose fixed. i had to call my manager and we had to scramble to try and figure out how to get me to work. it was very inconvenient from the me and company. the next day i went up the pick up the van and ask Dillon where was the miscommunication? he was apathetic just like Jason. basically said it wasnt our fault. not once did anyone apologize and say "sorry for the inconvenience" or anything. dillon apologized after i told him i felt that way, but is was not sincere. i get home and take a look at the ticket and what do you know. THE ENTIRE A/C SYSTEM WAS REPLACED!! compressor, condenser, accumulator, reciever/dryer, orifice tube AND fan clutch after i told them not to worry about the a/c problem. i was a mechanic for 8 years, i know how this stuff works and i know what these guys did....they screwed the fleet company out of parts and labor for a quick buck and at the expense of an employee and and entire service department. Dillon and pals are straight crooks and i will advise everyone not to come here.Ps here are pictures of vehicle after all is said and done. Quality work.......

Did a one year wheel alignment last year and brought my car in after 6 months to realign it as part of the one year warranty.They did not align one part of my wheel saying it would cost extra. This was never stated in their warranty.

Incompetent service at this location. I got a battery replaced and the electrical system checked out at this location a week ago. The car died in the middle of the street while driving today - luckily I was carrying my jump start kit so was able to get off the street and bring it back here. They are telling me now that it will be tomorrow before they can give me an answer in what is wrong. The guy at the counter couldn t be less helpful. This place is a scam! Stay away!!Edit: an hour in - they still have no idea what is wrong with the new battery they installed last week. The guy at the front desk won t even respond to questions. Truly the worst repair shop ever.

I spoke with James on Saturday about my tire that needed to be replaced & mentioned it was still under warranty based on the mileage from 2015 when I purchased the tire from Firestone. He verified the warranty & the earliest they could get me in was Monday. I arrived today & Walter helped me at the counter. He verified everything & Chase the tech put on the new tire in about 90 minutes. I highly recommend Firestone for their tire warranty & good prices on tires. Thanks guys for the great service.

OK I m done with firestone. I tried to give them one more time every single time I go they ended up trying to rip me off or trying to lowball me even though I have all of my tires on warranty. For example, this last time I got two tires replaced and of course they didn t even have the courtesy to air up my other two tires I mean the professionalism is just trash like I m just really over them. I ve been dealing with them for almost 10 years but then not airing up my other two tires shows that they really don t care, and honestly I will not be a customer again. Take 5 is better any way.Service: Tires

So my daughter & I were at the Orthodontist office next door to this Firestone. When we pulled up to the Orthodontist someone told us that the tire was flat to my daughters Audi. We were so lucky that this Firestone was only 3 minutes down the road. We slowly drove down to them. I had ZERO clue what I was doing. It s a new car that she s had for 3 weeks. The gentleman was so nice about talking to my husband on the phone, who was stuck in rush hour traffic, & gave us the option for a new tire. We were unable to do the tire on this day, so I asked the mechanic, Chris, if they can put the spare tire on and he immediately said yes & got right to it! I told him I d wait inside and pay inside and he said no charge!!!! I was so shocked I even pleaded to pay for it or even give him a tip and they said that a google review would be just fine!! It made me SO incredibly thankful for them! They helped to get myself and my daughter home SAFELY without ruining her anymore than the hail storm already had!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!! I really thought I was going to be taken advantage of just because I had NO CLUE what I was doing & it was the exact opposite!!! Thank you thank you thank you to them!! Service: Tires

Went in for an oil leak check on the weekend. They diagnose the issue with the oil casing and ask me to come by Monday to fix it. Made appt 11 mon and dropped off the car. The guy said will try to get done the same day if can't he will let me know. Called 30mins before they closed to check on my car and a lady said sorry we should have called you earlier. We will have to work on it tomorrow. Today I got a call from the shop saying we can't work on it because we got a rat nest on top of the engine. And the car starts to show the check engine light on. I knew there was no rat nest when I drop the car since I checked the oil and no check engine light on. The store supervisor said we are not liable for what happened in the parking lot and refer me to another location where I can get the check engine light fixed!Went in to get a problem fixed, and came out with additional problem that I need to deal with!Just keep your figure crossed if you have to leave your car overnight.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Overall great experience! Had my vehicle handled by Quincy who was very knowledgeable and seemed to really care about the maintenance of my vehicle.
