Best experience for a car service I ve had in a while. I took in a loaner car to get an oil change and Caden and the rest of the team worked quickly and efficiently to get the car taken care of. I expected to sit there for ages like I have at other places but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes it felt like. I was most impressed with how well the team communicated with each other to make sure everything was addressed to make sure the shop ran efficiently. Can t recommend this location enough, will be my go to from now on!

I recently visited Express Oil Change for my State Inspection and was thoroughly impressed with the speedy service. From the moment I arrived, Matt was efficient and professional, ensuring I was in and out in no time. It's rare to find such prompt service without compromising on quality, but Express Oil Change nailed it. Highly recommend them for anyone needing quick and reliable auto services.

I found Express Oil Change 10 Minute Service on 180 S. Watters Rd. in Allen today as I drove by and thought I would check them out.I am so glad I did! The service was top notch and professional not to mention 10 minutes later I m on my way!Oh and they do all auto servicing.Thank you Anthony!

Matt was very helpful and accommodating when my car overheated as I drove into TX. He had my car towed, quickly identified the problem and worked with my warranty company for payment. He also picked me up to come get my car when it was ready.It was a smooth and seamless process.Great customer service from beginning to end.

I had a great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Allen, TX on 1/2/2024. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything they did and answered all my questions. I especially want to thank Camdon (I think that was his name), who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and confident in their service. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

5 stars all the way. First, the manager greets me, exceptionally professional. Then the guys get my car in right away. About 8 minutes later, the oil change is done. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Thank you for your help, especially the manager and Cristian.

This is my new go to place, the staff is always very polite, professional, and informative.When it comes to my vehicle, I am unaware of various maintenances. I simply don t know what falls under the necessary category.Every time I go I get a print out of the suggested services according to the manufactures. They answer any and all questions and I NEVER feel like I am being pushed into or upsold on a service especially one that isn t necessary.Super super fast, for an oil change I don t even have to get out of my car, 5-10 minutes total! In and out of there in no time!HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I get nervous going to shops alone bc I'm a girl, but I was greeted by Javier and asked what I needed. Very polite, helpful and kind. I needed an oil change in which they assisted very quickly and even checked on some other things for me. Javier and Hanson suggested and explained other things i may need for my car, but no pressure to have to get those things done that day and I appreciated that. Made me feel very taken care of and confident with the things I need for my car. So I will be going back for their service in the future.

Took my car in for a state inspection and it was quick and easy! I didn t even have to get out of my car! Anthony and the rest of the guys were super nice and very professional. They even gave me a rose, which is a nice touch! I highly recommend their services!

Perfect example of a manager with an attitude that turned me off with his lecturing demeanor about why he wouldn t rotate my tires with the oil change. He won the battle but lost the war. I used to like this place and was a returning customer. No more. I went someplace else where I could have a pleasant exchange with the tech.

I love this place! I ve taken several of our vehicles here for different services and have always been impressed. Today I had a car full of kids headed to a birthday party and my tires were low from the cold weather, I pulled into this location and Hanson serviced my car right away. We were in and out of there in less than 5 minutes, I couldn t ask for a better experience. Great service and great people!

Went in for a state inspection and was helped by Caden, he was very professional and got us in and out quickly with little unnecessary waiting. I appreciated his help with changing the previous owners information in the system and would return for more excellent customer service. Worth a try you won t be disappointed.

Had a great experience. Sat in my car, took only 15 minutes and that was including the air they put in my tires. Luke was really nice and extremely professional. Not many oil changes are memorable but this one was. Great job team!

We regularly get our oil changed here and they are wonderful. You get to sit in the car while they are changing the oil, they tell you the prices of the oil types beforehand (some oil change places just ask which oil you want, some don t even do that and make the decision for you).Hansen was wonderfully attentive and informative of what he was checking for while the oil was changed.I HIGHLY recommend this oil change business!Service: Oil change

Very helpful visit. Got realistic details about recommended maintenance without pressure to get repairs done immediately. Really quick service. Overall much preferred to dealership visits. Caden especially put in the extra effort to make sure I was well taken care of.

Hanson was the man. Had a great attitude and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Customer service isn t always what you think when you get your oil change, but I d go back just to know I m in good hands.

Worst experience ever. My wife came and they denied doing her state inspection because they had other work to do even when it was barely noon. I came back today for an oil change and they told me to change bays 3 times and let 2 other people cut infront of me eventhough I arrived before them and after 30 mins I said enough is enough and left. I would rather pay double the price elsewhere than ever come back here again - utterly disorganized business.

Went in for an oil change, it was fast and efficient. Luke tookcare of the multipt inspection, as well as inflated the tires and cleaned the windshield while the oil was being changed. Thank you wonderful experience will definitely recommend and come again

Just took my car to Valvoline for a oil change and they were amazing! They opened up our hood and found that express left our old air filter in the engine backed behind the battery that was torn up when they changed our air filter. When Vaboline drained the oil they found that they put 6.5 L instead of the usual 5.4 L. Wondering why our car was running weird, now we know.
