This place took care of me! I have been looking for that quality place I can go and that is reasonable in price when it comes to tires. Wade and Joe took super good care of me and they even helped me find a rattle under my care under my car that I could not find. They found it just because they were super cool. Their whole team is amazing and to be honest, I m not sure why I would buy my tires elsewhere thanks for the great customer service! To the whole team, not just Wade and Joe. Thanks for showing that there are shops out their that still genuinely care about people!

Honestly, it was not good. I needed an inspection, and they told me I needed new tires to pass. That I understand, and I asked how long it would take. They said they would have to go to their sister location to get the right size, but they told me it wouldn t take long at all. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting and asked for a status report. They said 20 minutes left. Almost 40 minutes later they called me up. They didn t seem to have any sense of urgency. This location specifically is the only location I ve had an issue with.

Had a scheduled appointment for an alignment and brake check. I was able to use a 10% coupon discount I received in the mail. They have a waiting room but no outlets available to plug in to work while waiting. Unfortunately, there's not a Starbucks or McDonald's next to the building to plug in and use WiFi or charge your device. I arrived prepared to be able to work while I waited for the approximate 2 hour service job.

Wade Joe, and Daniel are always wonderful and treat me with kindness. They make you feel like family. They always explain everything well and are very honest when it comes to what can be done to service my vehicles. I really appreciate the transparency and honesty it goes a long way! I won t take my vehicles any other place without taking it here to the McDermott location.

Driver s Edge was very customer focused. The technician who performs inspections was getting ready to leave right before I showed up but stayed to inspect my car. They were very friendly and also helpful regarding a noise I ve heard for a while and gave me an estimate to fix it. I would definitely go back there again.

This is the 7th or 8th time I have had my old car in the shop @ Drivers Edge. Joe (the manager) always makes sure that I have the best experience . I'm very happy with their service and I have been treated well!! I continue to go back when i have issues.Great people and fair prices!

Had a flat tire this morning and called soon as they opened. Spoke with Joe who was very kind and attentive. I had to get my car towed there and he communicated with me to let me know that my car arrived safely and that the tires he order were there as well. He recommended that I get some additional services that they noticed while my car was there. Definitely will go back to get my cars serviced!Service: Tires

Hands down my go to place for anything car related. Joe, the manager, has exceptional customer service skills. He and his crew are what keep me going there. It s great to have a reliable place so close to home for my car needs. I can t recommend them enough.

Mr. Moore was so helpful and made sure I was in and out quickly. He also helped me because I forgot my wallet, and he walked me through the steps to add my debit card to my Apple wallet so I could use that. Something that could ve been a really stressful experience was not, and I m very grateful for their help!

Incredible service! We took a car here for inspection that my wife is considering purchasing. Kenny and Joe were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They went out of their way to tell us their concerns about the vehicle and probably saved us thousands of dollars. Highly recommend this establishment.

I worked with Joe by starting off with an AC condenser repair estimate over the phone. I told him exactly what maintenance was needed because I was working with another shop that had a higher cost in the repair. I wanted a second opinion and Joe was quick with an estimate. It was better than the other shops estimate without him knowing the cost. He said it could be done within a day. There was no pressure of upselling and he gave me an out the door estimate which was true to his word. What sold me about this place was ASE certified, shuttle service if needed and honoring my military discount. I would recommend.Service: Air conditioning

Great, on time service. It was a 90,000 miles check up and repair for me. Driver's Edge did not try to hype up small issues or create issues out of half-backed problems just to get me to make costly repairs. Appreciate their honesty. Plus they honored the discount coupons (2 of them) and helped me save more $ :)

They were very friendly and professional with my car inspection. I was very impressed when I was waiting and a lady came into the room and she thought she needed her AC repaired. After a few minutes, the guy came in and very nicely told her that he had just fixed a setting- she didn t know how to set it right to blow cool air- and both of her vents were closed. She was so embarrassed and he gently told her there was nothing to be embarrassed about. So I witnessed honesty, friendliness and professionalism.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I took my vehicle here for an inspection. The guy who worked in the front was very kind and quoted me an accurate wait time and also told me they added oil to my vehicle which was definitely needed. Very impressed with the service overall.

The front desk person has a really bad attitude. It was very difficult to take all his attitude and still continue the conversation. Too costly for the service as well. will definitely avoid it.

Not only will you get your safety inspection accomplished at Driver s Edge, but they let all of their customers know what maintenance is necessary/required on their vehicle and are ready to do whatever needs to be done. Their prices are competitive and they don t try to pad additional services. They report their services so they show up on all records that are visible by the car manufacturer in cases involving warranty issues. They are efficient and timely with their estimates of how long it will take.Service: Vehicle safety inspection
