We were recently on an RV trip in our Airstream Interstate, which is on a Sprinter chassis. We had an issue with our climate control system, and where we could not get any heat to come out. I called Craig s Car Care and they got my vehicle in the next day. They diagnose the problem and gave me a free estimate and complete vehicle inspection. I approved the repairs (as well as asked for a state inspection for my registration) and they had it done within 24 hours.Could not be happier with the level of service and the quality of the repair. The pricing was very fair. I will definitely be going back.

I ran over a nail and my tire pressure began to drop quickly. Thankfully I was able to get to Craig s car care and patched my tire. They were busy but I still got my car back within 2 hours. I was so grateful for their professional, kind and efficient work!

I recently took my vehicles to Craig's Car Care for required state inspection, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I called ahead and they informed me the best days and times to bring in my vehicles, making it easy for me to plan for expedited service vs. waiting long periods in a queue. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. After a heavy pour of rain ...water somehow found its way into my car through the closed sunroof. I noticed it had pooled near my shifter and of course I cleaned it before driving...but after a few min on the road, my car fritz and turned off. Once I knew there was more to my situation, I called Craig's Car Car and spoke with Jamie. I explained to him my issues and welcomed me to bring my car in. After the tow truck dropped off my car...I was explained by Jamie what's to come and would have me up and ready as soon as possible. After their electrician inspected my vehicle, I was advised that water had fallen into my transmission shifter... But nothing had to be replaced. They cleared the water and the codes my dashboard was giving off and I was back on the road. They also cleaned out my water drain lines from the sun roof in hopes that this doesn't happen again. They are a blessing and know how to take care of their customers. I am thankful to have found them.Service: Electrical repair

Always a good experience when having my vehicles serviced. Been going to Craig s for about 20 years. I ve never had a bad experience. They always provide excellent diagnostics (with pics and compare the results with the recommended levels from manufacturer) and provide me with solutions before starting work. Work is done in a punctual manner. Never more than a day in my case. You can drop off and pick up your car on your schedule. They have various payment options so you don t have to go during working hours to pay for their work. They are a little more expensive but I have no problem paying for good service and quality of work. If you re on the fence, take a chance, Craig s will not disappoint you.

I have been bringing my F350 in for regular maintenance. Their service has consistently been exceptional. They will send a text with diagnostic information and pictures, as well as a list of things that require attention and what can wait until the next service appointment. Craig's Car Care has been looking after my vehicle for four years, and I can assure you, they are very trustworthy.

First time to Craig's. I love that you can upload video & audio to help diagnose an issue.They were super attentive, quick, and really care. Dealership was dumbfounded (not even sure they really investigated) but Craig's solved it. Will be bringing my other vehicles here.

Needed an appt quick since my wife was heading out of town with her car and Craig's got us right in. They do a thorough job inspecting, documenting with photos, and writing up all they can find. Where Craig's really excels in my book is that they didn't high-pressure me into taking care of everything right now and are willing to do the items I really needed done without argument or assertions of pending doom if I didn't--very refreshing!

These folks are my Go To for all the service on my older Toyotas ( 3 ). They offer a great diagnostic review with pictures and a detailed description of the work they recommend. Matt, Jason, Craig and the gang are personable, honest and make you feel like you are doing business with a neighbor! I'd like to welcome Thad to the crew, as a new master mech, he is certainly an awesome addition to the Craig's Team. My family has used Craig s Car Care for over twenty years. I remember when they were located by the paint and body shop. They only hire the best mechanics and always do a great job. Very professional and courteous. Not the cheapest, but the best.

These guys are great they worked on my Mercedes my Lexus my fusion and my three-quarter ton Dodge ram diesel every time flawless execution. I have been going to Craig's Car Care for more than 5 years. Recently I went in order to get my state inspection. Not only was it done correctly it was done in less than 20 minutes! The staff is especially friendly and very accommodating. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!Update:I went in recently to get an oil change and they do a FULL vehicle health inspection! They told me what else I needed for maintaining my vehicle to keep it running for years to come! Thanks to Craig s, my 2002 I ve had since 2013 still runs beautifully!!! 10/10 would recommend! Did I mention they have loaner cars? They do! Super awesome and convenient for when I m busy and on the go!

Craig's worked on my 2000 Civic almost the year we bought it. Took it in today, got belt replaced. Works great after 24 years of craig' maintence.
