On my way on the expressway, one of those container trailers dropped either a potato or a rock that shattered my drivers rear side window I stopped by with these guys and they replaced it in no time!! The great customer service is just another plus, they really saved my day! Totally recommended

Called this business on a Tuesday regarding a car windshield, Omar was nice and explained he had to order it and was quoted a price . Called him back on Thursday morning to order it and was told to call back on Friday if not it would arrive by Monday. Called on Friday was not there it would arrive Monday by 1pm. Called Monday at 2pm and was told by Omar that he was going to check to see what happened. Omar contacted me at 5:15pm the same day to tell me he could not get it and was sorryHe was right about thatTHEY ARE A SORRY BUSINESS

I ve been using A1 Auto Glass for years. My rear view mirror fell off the front window and was hanging over the gear shift.I called my friend Ben at 3Star Muffler and asked if he could re-glue it? He recommended me to A1 Auto Glass.I looked it up on Google maps and then called them.I told the man who answered what I had encountered with my rear view mirror.I mentioned that I believe that they had replaced the windshield at their old business location on north 10th street.He looked up my name and said yes we replaced your vehicle s windshield in 2017.Come on down tomorrow morning and we ll look at your mirror and see what we can do.I arrived around 9 AM the next day.One of the workers there immediately followed me to the car.He looked at the mirror and asked me to wait inside while he took care of the problem.Less than ten minutes later another worker said your car is ready. Can you adjust your rear view mirror?I stepped out and the first gentleman said it s done.I think you re in warranty.I followed him into the shop office.I said 5 years is a long time to expect warranty. How much?He said five dollars.I said excellent and said I ll gladly pay the $5 to keep repairs like mine cheap.Fast work. Excellent service. Smiling faces.They deserved to be paid!!This business has received all my car windshield problems over the years.Honda Odyssey rear quarter panel window. ExpensiveHonda Odyssey front windshield. Twice in 6 years. Rather inexpensiveSaturn Vue front windshield. Moderate price.I recommend this business. They remember their customers and stand by their work.Thanks guys.

Got there a few minutes before they opened but two guys were already there working. We had a small chip on our windshield and the guy took care of us really quick. No problem! Not expensive either. Recommend this place to all.

Called ahead to ask if they could repair my mirror that fell off. The person who answered gave me a reasonable time and quote for the job. Price and timeline were accurate and the service was great. Will definitely keep this place in mind the next time I need glass repair on my vehicle.

They guys they sent were great. Even a day early. They were very fast and courteous. They didn't clean up the glass pieces very well but that's the only bad thing I can say about the experience. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to any one.

Awesome service! I called them at 12:30pm, requesting replacement glass for a broken rear window. By 2:30, they'd ordered the glass and replaced my window, at a third of the price that their competitor (well-known brand) had quoted. The people at A1 Auto Glass are professional, courteous, welcoming and practice social distancing and masking! I highly recommend this company! Thank you, A1 Auto Glass! I will be back, soon, so you can repair the chip in my windshield. What a pleasure!

I only gave a two star because of the worker who came to install the glass did a great job but whoever i spoke with to make the appointment was very unprofessional. He set a date to pick up the money first which he said the copay was 50.00 he was supposed to pick it up on Thursday no one came he ended up calling on Thursday that someone was on their way the installer arrived then he says no its 100.00. The man I spoke to said nothing about 100.00 dollars he said 50.00 that was very unprofessional but the installation was great.

Replacement was ok, quality doesn't last and already got a crack within months after installment. They also didn't sealed the glass correctly.

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.They said 3 hour job but they were done in 20 mins how you say they didn't want to do back window cuz it was to much work.. weather stripping on top wasn't put on right when went back o You need to buy new one.. no it's a clean of old glue and put in new glue.. very lazy people in McAllen office.. very rude in front office

These guys were able to come despite being busy, plus the price was far less than what we thought it would be. The two we had had it replace within 15 minutes. I would recommend these guys especially for semi truck drivers.
