I got a call from the dealership inviting me to come trade in my vehicle. I told Bubba upfront what I needed to happen financially in order for me to make a trade. He and management worked with me to get me into a brand new Trax. They found me a great offer on financing and my interest rate on the new vehicle is significantly better than what I was paying. Bubba and the whole team were polite, professional, and found me a great deal. Very satisfied and happy with my new purchase.

They won t answer their phone. My paper license plate has expired. They have made no effort to contact me if, indeed, they have my plates.

I bought my GMC Acadia for me and my new born last year from saleswoman, Nivia L. Araujo and I have had great service since the beginning. My Acadia is in great shape and gets me and my baby to all our destinations in style! Because my SUV is pre-owned certified I don't have to worry about scheduling oil changes and other usual upkeep appointments as the saleswoman has kept in touch with me and put my SUV on a contact list that contacts me when services are needed and the oil changes are FREE!Great experience over all.

Great customer Service with Tim Noble, he was able to get me into a better quality car and financing was easier than with other dealships! My new Hybrid will save me money on gas!!

Started taking my vehicle in for servicing in Alice because of the convenience. Hector Longoria was the service advisor who assisted me. He was very professional and extremely helpful, which is hard to come by at times. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Mr. Longoria to family and friends!

i bought my sons car there a couple of weeks ago and i had a great experience it didn't take but maybe an hour and a half which is quick for buying a car everyone was friendly with smiles and would recommend others to purchase here
