I purchased a trailer tire on 4/26/23. I then used the trailer to haul a few appliances from Corpus and Kingsville back to Alice. In total I put around 600 miles on the tire with maybe a 200lb load each way. The dual axle trailer was never weighed down as I only grabbed one appliance at a time as they came in stock.I then parked the trailer for month. I came out to use it today 06/13/23 and found that the new tire was low, had split, and was budging out at the bottom. The damage to the tire does not look slashed, its clearly separated and pushing outward. The rubber on the inside of the tire is separating from the bands inside the tire. If it had been slashed I would expect a straight cut from a blade, or a rounded cut that follows the angle of the tire if I scraped against something while moving, but the split follows the sag of the tire exactly from when it was parked. The trailer also has oversized fenders on it that would make side swiping something very difficult.I brought it back to Pueblo Tires and was denied a warranty replacement. The manager stated that usually when they break its above or below where it had broken. The manager offered to charge me half price for a new one, but I cant justify spending more money when I'm not sure the tires they sell are safe anymore. What if I paid half for a replacement and then that one broke too? Would they honor that warranty or would I be expected to pay half to fix it again?If this had happened while I was actually hauling something it could have been very dangerous and cost a lot more to have a mobile tire service come out to fix it.For the reasons above, I cant recommend Pueblo Tires & Service as a safe business to use.Service: Tires

Went to a different tire service business who just filled the tires. Low pressure light came on again, and the guys at Pueblo were able to find the leak and patch it within 10 minutes. Absolutely awesome people thereService: TiresService: Tires

The front desk lady has poor customer service. She s very rude. She may have been having a bad morning, but that s not the customers fault. Respect is huge for me, as I treat people how I want to be treated. Especially coming from a business. I won t be going back.

Went here for a tire repair. Everything was great. The staff was kind and courteous. They went over everything with me, and answered all my questions. If anyone needs to buy tires, or is looking to get a flat fixed, I would most definitely recommend Pueblo Tires. I'll be looking forward to my next visit.

Told me they don't order rims for foreign vehicles. Then told me they don't install rims they don't order themselves when I bought my own.

They took almost 2 hours to do an oil change with no one else in line. While there we witnessed multiple women come in and with older vehicles and the mechanic told them they HAD to take the synthetic oil change which is unnecessarily Elmore expensive. Also when it came time to pay for a 50 oil change and 30 wiper blades, they tried to say the bill came out to 130. When I asked an explanation for the up charge they couldn t provide an explanation just ended up charging me the correct price. Do not recommend anyone that s looking for quick service or reasonably priced and please do not go here if you don t know much about mechanics. They take advantage of all their customers is what it looks like.

Left my truck there and received a call from them.They broke one of my trucks wheel nut and said it was already like that, that they couldn t help me. Terrible service

Very honest shop. I heard a noise coming from my right front wheel . Sounded like a brake pad to me. Pueblo did a complete diagnostic and reported that everything is fine! Perhaps it was a small rock? This place has a new customer for life. Thanks Pueblo!!!Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

The lady there has never been friendly towards me, I have been doing business there since they opened. This visit I told her I wanted a set of tires for my F350, she asked what size. 17/70/265 I said. She said she had two brands, I asked to see the ones I was familiar with, I selected them. Then she told me they could not put them on my truck because they were not 10ply. Why did she offer the tire if it could not go on my truck? She said "that's what you picked". I left without getting tires, if she is the only person I have to deal with there, I will not return. She displays an attitude of unfriendliness towards me that seems to be rooted in Hispanic/Anglo, woman/man resentment. Maybe I am wrong, maybe she is just having a bad day, it seems every time I go there she is having one of those days.

I don't have high regards especially the Kingsville shop. It's imperative that you have a mechanic of your choice inspect your vehicle before bringing it to Pueblo, more especially the Kingsville shop. You don't to be paying for labor and parts your vehicle doesn't need

This is the place to go for your vehicle needs, these guys are very nice and never make you feel that your being an inconvenience to them. My car stalled on the side of the road and needed a battery jump, they sent out a service truck in no time with no extra charge! They definitely work with you to try to save you money, this has to be the best customer service in any of the mechanic shops in Alice! Will be going here from on, so don't make the mistake of going anywhere else!!

Need 2 new tires and an inspection, Ernie advised me of the best tires for my vehicle. Ernie was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and I was in and out in no time!!

Last few times the people were friendly , this time the three young men were busy on there phones, conversation was limited, I had to drive my own vehicle into the stall, when before they would do that....service was fast but then they didn't check other fluids, wiper fluid was empty...???

We will NOT be taking ANYTHING back here. When a customer is asking for certain things, and YOU KNOW THE SHOP DOES NOT DO IT, TELL THEM THAT! We wasted an ENTIRE day that we could have had it at the right place to be checked out and fixed!EVEN SAW LEAKS AND NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL AND TELL US WE NEED TO GET IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Did anyone tell us when we called to check on it at 3PM? NO!AC was working when we dropped the vehicle off, DOES NOT WORK NOW! WTH!Synthetic oil- used conventional oil without asking. GO BY WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER ASKS FOR!!!!! AND INFORM THEM THEY NEED TO BRING IT IN, IF THEY STILL WANT YOU TO CHANGE THE OIL!!!

Great tires and services. Unlike the institute of precision pain management...the one that liar Dr. Liu runs. He will promise to take care of you . But hey guess what? He just happily takes your money without doing anything and then when you complain about his staff not filling your meds correctly , he won't treat you any more....How do you like it Liu?
