Today was my first time and my last. No one came to and said HI, how can i help you...nothing.Just start working on my car and they decide to put standard oil in my Honda. The guy acted like I interrupted his video game.Didn't check my fluids or airfilter, he just filled my wiper fuild and fill my oil up and made mess on my valve cover.Thanks for checking my dip stick to make sure it was correctWhat a joke.Service: Oil change

I recently visited this location It is my regular location for an oil change on my vehicles. In the recent visit, my debit card did not seem to work and the owner requested cash, which we were able to do. A few days later, it was noted that the debit transaction did go through. I contacted the owner and took in documentation of the bank transaction as well as my receipt for cash. The owner was very hospitable and courteous. She investigated the situation, and made a return call confirming from her end that the transaction had ended up going through. The funds were quickly returned to my debit card.I also recommend this location for fast service, meaning there are minimal delays in receiving an oil change. I have visited OTHER oil change locations in Alice where I would wait 20-30 minutes in the vehicle for an attendant to address my need and finally would leave without service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Got my car inspected despite the line faster than I expected great job Norma and I don't know why I was going somewhere else when they were always dependable and do great work. Thanks alot and I am going to be dealing with them again for sure.

Very disappointed with this place of business, my wife went in to get the oil changed and the people who were working there were cussing and yelling at each other with my kids in the truck who could hear everything that they were saying, also didn't get sticker for next oil change, said that all the fluids were topped off and tire pressure was correct and checked witch was never done and said that the truck was vacuumed impossible because my wife and kids were in the truck, looked at oil filter and was not clean so don't know if it was ever changed or not. When I called the place the person that answered the phone was very short with me like she didn't care. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK HERE.

Got there before 3:30pm and the worker ask "What you need?". Turned down our business to get an inspection sticker. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this location. They should turn off their open sign if they aren't going to accept business!

My daughter took her car there for an oil change and they forgot to put on the oil gasket back on so the oil leaked out.
