Bob was Phenomenally kind!!!!! Not only did he make sure I got the BOGO Sale but he put my new wipers on and when I asked, he showed me how to do it so I can replace them myself from now on. Thank you so much sir, you really helped me out and your kindness helped my day immensely! The BEST!!

Today I went to buy coolant and was assisted by a nice lady and a man named Bob. Bob was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He explained things very well to me. Great customer service! I will definitely look for him on my next visit but hope not soon

For the most part, O'Reilly's has been my go to store for parts and what not. Helpful staff, however the person who helped me, Julian, has the worst customer service ever.My mechanic called for a part, confirmed they had it and sent me to buy/pickup. Not only did Julian give me a $60 higher price, but later refused to sale even after calling the mechanic.....because they didn't have the part. Choose another O'Reilly store or just get someone else besides Julian

Very helpful a clean place and very extended inventory and a very and most important thing they first take care of clients stand there on store than the ones on the phone

Went to another O Reilly s and the man they sent out to help me had only worked there 4 days and couldn t figure out where the computer port was on my car, sad part was that there were guys inside more experienced that could have but couldn t be bothered to help. Went to this location and the gentleman that helped me was so nice and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help! Checked my car s computer and then changed out a rear light for me as my husband just had surgery on his neck! You gained a customer here! I will drive further just to come back! Thanks again!

Bad service they don't even bother to try to help you. They don't have any personal on store and manager are rude

Ordered my second starter for a 19o4 g.c Jimmy w a 4.3 motor. Same thing happened bendixen problems . Working fine with deico starter. Paid mechanic twice for same problem. Still can't start my truck.need original starter back.

Never a disappoinment. They almost ALWAYS have the parts we need. Staff is usual busy but make up for it by being friendly and willing to help.

Most of this stores are slow but not O'Reilly's they have faster service then AutoZone by far

Thieves If you can be patient and purchase of the Internet if it is motor parts they wanted 800 and something Dollars for what I bought including extra components on the Internet for 143
