Working with Sabina & Franky was a pleasant experience!!! Awesome service provided from both gentleman! They answered every question I had every concern. They went over everything thoroughly so there wouldn t be issues in the future. Sabino was able to work with what I had for a down payment. Great staff great service! I was able to get into a new car and drive off the lot in less than an hour! 5 STAR SERVICE GUYS!

Thank you franks auto sales !! Been a customer for a many years alway get treated like family . They have always helped me get exactly what I want and with in my budget I ve bought many cars from him over the years and been satisfied every single time . I recommend them highly the whole staff is knowledgeable and friendly !! Best dealer in the rgv !!!!!

These people are crooked, they wont give you prices. They want to see what you look like and if you look like you have money, the price of the car is higher for you. If you look dumb, the price and interest rate is also higher for you too. Bottom line, They will Definitely Lie and Take Advantage of YOU!!

I bought a suv from her today. Sabino and Frankie were great. Sabino helped me with the down payment I wanted and the payment I wanted. Frankie helped me choose the perfect suv for me and my daughter. Low miles no problems with the suv. I highly recommend coming here.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! , manager is very rude and disrespectful and completely does not keep his word. At first they will treat you really nice and act like their gonna give you a good deal, but at the end of the day they don t give you no good deals cause they overcharge you in so many ways and plus above all of that, they expect their money on time and will threaten you that they will repossess your vehicle even though it s one day late them not even caring about your situation or what your going though, they just want their money. And At the beginning when you re signing your papers, they will tell you they will work with you In the event you need extra time but that is a lie The manager is very rude and will threaten to repossess your vehicle . They also overprice all their vehicles even if their rebuilt title cars, if it is a high mileage and cars that are not in really good condition. They just really over price them at a price what I newer or better condition car would cost you at. My car that I got with them was eight years old which is a 2015 vehicle had a couple malfunctions, had a high mileage on it and was a rebuilt title part of that and they priced it at a total of $15,000 which wasn t even worth it and was charging me a lot every two weeks. My advice is don t waste your money here and there s many better deals at other places that will be better for you and more convenient for you. Like yeah I understand. Maybe a lot of people would rather a buy here pay here just like I did knowing most companies check credit, but there are many buy here pay here agencies out there that are way better and more respectful than this company This company just wants to screw you over. Trust me. I know what I m telling you. Their like SCAMMERS in a way they just don t show it at the beginning because they re being nice to you so they can make you think they re a good company that s how I was brainwashed by them

My experience at Franks Auto Sales was really good, I highly recommend them if u are looking into purchasing a vehicle. They are willing to work with u and they will answer all ur questions and make sure that you are very satisfied with ur vehicle. Angel was one of the sales persons that helped me out there then Sabino is the manager there that helped me with paperwork and in finding an insurance agency for my vehicle. Very nice and respectful guys there. Thank u so much with helping me out in purchasing my 2012 Dodge Charger guys, I am very satisfied with my car.

Very easy process, very good customer service. 10/10 recommend. Got a 2015 ford fusion here, the gentlemen helping me did great at answering my questions. I forgot to ask about my windshield getting fixed for the crack on it and when I came back to pick up my wallet that I forgot accidentally they told me they would replace my cracked windshield for me. Like I said 10/10 recommend.

Scammers!!!!! They sell you messed up cars but they take your hard earned money so quickly! Spent over $8,000 on my truck just so it could mess up on me and then while I put money into fixing it a week late they take my truck. If I could put a 0 for stars I would!!!

They are scammers. Worst car dealership. We put 3,000 down just so they can take the vehicle a month later just cause we were late a few days. They weren t willing to work with us. And the vehicle broke down a few days after we took it out of the lot.

Great coustermer service nd they do maintenance on my car for free like oil changes. The owner is super friendly. Only thing ,, if u make an agreement before buying a car MAKE SURE they put it in ur contract so they actually come thru with fixing it and not be left with a boken radio nd have to fix it ur self
