My father has been a customer for all my life. They are the best vw store in San Antonio. They bend over backwards to find you answers. And will return your calls as well. Treat them with respect and you will receive it in return.

The only dedicated air-cooled VW parts place within 100 miles of Austin we have found. Two guys working were nice, passed on good references for what they didn't have ('57 oval glass), and held on to what we needed for the bus until we could make the drive! If you drive VW bug, bus, Type I, this is your parts house.

No other store like this one , had every part I needed in stock to replace worn front end steering components. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. Old school vibe parts store a plus. Will be visiting again.

The customer service my husband received from the Buggy Warehouse is the worst he has ever gotten from any business in the city of San Antonio. The following is as described by my husband: On Monday July 20, 2015 I stopped by the store to return a seat adjusting slider knob that did not come with the locking clip, I told one of the store attendants that the part did not work and I did not want it. Well, they are two seats and each one takes one knob. He proceeds to right me a credit ticket, which I was not aware he was doing, two minutes later he approaches me and I tell him I want to replace the part with the last one he has on his stock hanging from the wall.He gets real nasty with me, raises his voice and tells me that he has already gone thru the trouble of writing a credit ticket, I apologized for not letting him know and he proceeds to throw the part I am returning and getting the replacement part and throwing it across the counter as well. He then tells me that the part he sold me two days prior had no damage. What amazes me is that he told me all this and he did not open and inspected the part before I took it with me to make such an allegation. I was blown away by his unprofessionalism and unethical skills.I have spent over $1,500 at this store during the last year and will not be spending a cent more here. I rather wait for my parts on the mail and have a peace of mind that a vendor has my back and cares for their customers, the ones that pay the bills. This all took place over a part that was less than $6.00

First time there and glad to realize they have moved closer to my house. Out three parts I needed for my 67 Beetle, I could only found one. Despite of that, I was treated well and the two men there were helpful.

These guys are definitly amazing. I called and asked for a HERO. Counter guy definitely came out like a champ with a random off-the-wall request from me. But he delivered. Enough said. I will not go anywhere else for my VW needs. Thanks again HERO!!!!

All-time best place to get German parts. The staff very knowledgeable and they normally have hard to get parts on hand or with in the next day. First choice when getting parts for my VW. I have been a customer for years.

I was specific and they sold me wrong parts.The they had to order points and condenser from somewhere else. Very far away to get the run around. Pushed cap and rotor that was also wrong parts. They are going to sell you what they want not you.

Been there multiple times w/in a year & a half since I got my bug & now my wifes squareback. They've been nothing but helpful & friendly everytime I've walked in their door. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!THANKS Chris for all your help & advice!

These guys really care about people. If they can't get it or if they can't help you they will lead you to another source, but if it's VW parts they probably have it or can get it.
