Jim and Mark are honest and trustworthy people. They provided a reasonable estimate and completed the repair on time as promised. Moose did an excellent job removing the transfer paint and the car looks like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend them for quality repairs and keeping their word as their bond. Should the need again arise, I ll will definitely bring my car to them.

DO NOT BRING ANY CAR HERE ESPECIALLY NOT A TESLAI have a Tesla Model S Plaid I decided to bring here with out doing any research. They re quick to give a loaner car which was nice but I received 0 updates without me reaching out to them. I also had to wait about 3 months after they received the quote from insurance(took insurance 12 days) to receive my vehicle. To make matters worst they had cats running through my vehicle and then didn t even bother to clean it up before I got there. I HAVE SCRATCH MARKS ON MY SEATs AND RANDOMLY THROUGH THE CAR Extremely unprofessional I would not recommend to anyone.

David and his team did an amazing job taking care of my truck. They made it look new again and even provided me with a loaner while it was being repaired. Excellent communication and some of the nicest guys. I would highly recommend them!

I had a good experience with The Dent Center David explained everything that they were going to do and also explained the process with the insurance. We didn't have to put anything out-of-pocket they covered my deductible. They also provided us with a FREE RENTAL CAR!! As I got both of my vehicles back we checked everything and it was Perfect like if there was never hail damage. I really recommend this place they keep there word and they do as what they say.

My new car had major hail damage and The Dent Center made it look new again. They picked it up at my house, worked with my insurance company and brought it back to me. They offered a rental car but I had a car to drive. David was always responsive when I sent texts with questions and or updates. I highly recommend them.

Im not one to ever complain but I took my car back in 2019 for hail damage and after a while the paint on my car got really ugly I posted pictures on how it looks I called because they said life warranty and they told me to send pictures in which I did and I never got a reply so I reached out again and they gave me another number to call and send pictures and once again they ignored me just know your car would look good for a while and then it would start looking like this

Don t expect to get your promised referral money if promised by Scott. We had our son s 2014 Mustang repaired for major dent damage from storm several months prior. I was very skeptical but gave in after speaking to salesman Scott a few times. I see no reviews for him, which I find curious. They completed the work well, but there was no communication once they had it. The first week was getting insurance approval, which I get, but then it was another few weeks before we finally got it back. My biggest issue is that Scott kept pushing for referrals. A friend of mine had damage from a storm about a year later and I referred him to Scott. My friend s daughter s car also had damage so he ended up with two cars. Scott texted me and said I d be getting two referral checks at $250 each. I checked in with him after I knew both cars had been completed and he assured me I would soon receive a check, although my friend would be getting one of them since his daughter s car was not a direct referral. I was fine with that. At one point, Scott said he was going to pick up my referral check himself and bring it to me. Never happened and he has since ghosted me. I could really use that money right now but no response. Quite honestly, I couldn t remember the name of the company until I Googled it. I will now be calling to attempt to get my promised referral money and inform them of Scott s bad business practice. Oh, my son was also missing an aux cord.

Worked with The Dent Center to get the hail damage dings from my daughters car. Was told I would not pay anything more out of pocket other than what my insurance had paid me. They would work with the insurance adjuster to hammer out any other cost they may incur. The whole process took about 3 weeks, but that is due to them having to get the ok to work on the vehicle from the insurance adjuster. The car came back and they got all the hail dings out. They even were able to remove the dents in the metal window panels. Overall I was very satisfied with the end results and am glad the car looks new again. I highly recommend this company for hail damage on your car. One side note, they only take cash or cashiers checks. They don't take personal checks or credit cards, so please be aware of this.Overall, I would recommend and use again if needed.

We recently had both our cars repaired after a hailstorm. Our sales rep David and everyone else we worked with were very nice, helpful, and professional throughout the process. From start to finish, they made the whole thing smooth and painless. A lot of different companies came by our house after the storm, but we re happy we chose The Dent Center.

If I could rate this business 10 stars I would. Brock was so very helpful. This business has old-school customer service. These people care about your personal needs and go above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible.My insurance provider was giving me a hard time about my hail damage claim. Brock spent the time to make sure they were held accountable for honoring my coverage. Additionally, Brock worked with me consistently, communicating daily.My truck looks brand new - I couldn t find one hail dent after they finished her up. I hope to never need hail damage or body work again (fingers crossed), but if so, I would 100% trust this business for future endeavors.It s rare to find businesses that practice strong integrity and respect for customers. I can only hope they branch out into other auto-service avenues, such as detailing, car buffing, custom work, etc.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I had hail damage for the first time and luckily The Dent Center had a representative in the neighborhood who was able to convince me to give them a call. I called my insurance and got the claim number and The DC handled the rest. They brought me a loaner and dropped the car off when they were finished. They did an excellent job and were very easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone I know and the car looks great.

AWESOME is the only word to use for this company. When the hail comes and dent your vehicle DON T hesitate to call on The Dent Center to do your repairs. David the sales representative will explain everything in a manner that you will be able to understand. They follow through on all that they promise. It s good to know that there are still some good businesses available to us common folks.

Where to start with this company, especially David. I couldn t be more satisfied with their all around service, from start to finish. They absolutely handled the whole process, from rental to handling the insurance. David even Amazoned a new plug adapter to our house. Top notch service. Definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again. Make sure to use our name if you contact them, a little referral bonus

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They picked up the car and they dropped it off for me. They also dealt with the insurance claim. I did nothing. I m very happy with their work! Highly recommend them!

David was amazing! Our insurance adjuster slowed down the process, but Dent Center kept us up-to-date, took care of all the headache, and got my car back good as new! Highly recommend.

David and his team communicated well throughout the process and made it easy for me by dropping off and picking up vehicles at my office. When there was a snag with insurance, they quickly let me know what I needed to do and only contacted me with updates or if I was the only one that could talk to the insurance company. The work done was perfect. I highly recommend.

Everything was handled so well. I did not pay one cent out of pocket just as they told me. They worked well with our insurance company and handled everything professionally. It would be nice if more businesses ran like this. Took in my harley motorcycle for a dent repair on front fender flare and i am completely impressed on the results. The Dent Center went above and beyond my expectations and they are reasonably price. Definetely recommended for any body work repairs.

Fantastic service and repairs from The Dent Center. Contacted David and he called back quickly and scheduled the pickup, handled all the claims process beginning to end. The overall process was very smooth, professional, and top notch. Great communication throughout all the steps. Highly recommended if you need repairs from hail damage. My SUV looks showroom new!!! I'm quite pleased with everything that was done.

NEGATIVE 100000 STARS !!!! THE GUYS FROM THE SHOP STOLE MY FAMILIES CAR! FUNNY HOW THEY CANT EVEN FIND THE KEY TO THE CAR THAT THEY STOLE AND GIVE US A CHRYSLERS KEY FOB INSTEAD! THEY SCAMMED 3 OF OUR INSURANCE! WAISTING OUR TIME AND STEALING OUR MONEY! DO NOT FOR ANY REASON DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! THEY CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE MORE MONEY THAN THEY USE/ NEED TO FIX YOUR VEHICLE !! THEY FIX YOUR VEHICLE ONCE THEY GET IT AND WAIT TILL THEY GET THE CHECK FROM THE INSURANCE TO GIVE IT TO YOU AND DONT EVEN USE THAT MONEY TOWARDS YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!

Great customer service, they will work with your insurance and lend you a car until the repairs are done. You don't have to leave your house or deal with any 3rd party companies. It is a one stop shop!

I had major hail damage and Marc and his crew turned my car around in one week and it looked better than before! They were so nice and even dropped and picked me up from the rental place. I would have used them for my rental, but I didn t know they offered this service. They told me they would have even come to my house with a car and pick mine up. I wasn t expecting the care they gave me as a customer and the repair was perfect. Thank you Marc!
