The purchase of a vehicle at Midway auto group was a pleasurable experience. We travelled from Tennessee to Texas to get the car after doing all the paperwork online. Gregory was easy to work with making the deal and we feel like the price was very fair after comparing prices from other dealerships. It s a great place to buy a used vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone.

Greg and the sales team were amazing!!! I flew into Dallas from Memphis to buy my car on a Saturday, and it was a great experience! Greg helped me every step of the way. Also, my father fell tripping over his own feet in the parking lot, busting himself up! Needing an anbulance!! They took great care of my sweet Daddy while I was trapped in TN, worried! 5 service all the way around!

I don t usually do this review thing but I really hope it helps someone out. I found Midway Auto Group online through CarGurus when I was looking for Nissan Kicks. Found the car I wanted, the salesman named Greg discussed with Me what I needed to do to get the process of purchasing the vehicle going. I was going through My bank so I submitted the purchase order & was approved to go ahead with the purchase. The day of approval less than a hour I found out the car I original wanted had been sold so that was ok. So Greg found Me another car that was cheaper than the previous one. He sent information & photos of the car & I liked it so I submitted another purchase order to the bank & was good to go. So I told Greg I will be there first thing the next morning which was last Saturday. I arrived & parked after driving 2 1/2 & the first car I saw driving up was the car that I drove all that way for. I was excited As the car was parking I walked up to the car to greet whoever was driving & introduce Myself. When I introduced Myself the Guy was standing there looking at Me crazy then from behind another Guy walks up & rudely asks what do You want & who You re looking for. I told Him Greg & said He s on the inside. At that moment I really wanted to leave because I didn t feel like I was welcome to be there but kept pushing. Finally found Greg & He made Me feel more welcome. He showed Me car. The car was a very nice looking car but while showing Me the car I pointed out the spare tire cover was missing. It s little to some but if I buying something I would like for it to be right. He did say it was on order & I was fine with that. Now it was time to test drive. Car drove fine except it was pulling to the right but I charged to the road that was messed up. The car had brakes issues also & when I stopped & then takeoff the car would pop. Don t know what that could be but it did it 3 times. Got back to discuss the issues with Greg & He was pretty busy so I waited & He walked by & asked what You think & told Him I had a couple of issues & He kept on. Five minutes later He came back & asked what You gonna do so I gave Him the keys & left. As a customer & coming that far I wanted to discuss the issues & go from there. If the issues couldn t be resolved maybe trying to find another vehicle. Total disappointment for traveling that many miles. Customer service was terrible & hadn t heard from Greg since that day. Best choice I made was to leave the car at the lot.

Came in to look at a car. Was nicely welcomed by Greg when I walked up. Then Mark came and showed me 2 cars. Made this process simple and hassle free. In and out within an hour including my test drive! Highly recommend Midway Auto Group for anyone looking for a vehicle! Thanks for making it simple!

I found Midway Auto Group off of an ad they posted. I went in because the price was great and I wanted to see the car in person. Mark was our sales rep and was professional and patient as we looker over the car. The whole process was easy. He let me know the radio was broken in the car and that they already ordered a new radio but it was not in yet and that they would call me to install it for free after the purchase. I highly recommend seeing Mark at Midway Auto Group if you're looking to buy a car!

I purchased an 08 Honda CR-V at the end of October 2023 and I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The dealer did not disclose the water damage that occurred in the car, the power steering system is out, and the check engine light has been on within 1 week of me owning the car. They sold me a lemon car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Get a certified preowned vehicle from somewhere else.

This midway is really good at makeup.Outside looking good. Inside is really sick.I've lost 6.5k$ to midway. Think twice before you decide to buy. Highly recommend buy new not used. I rate 1* Because there is no less than one star. Lucky

Please consider another option when shopping for a car. The other 1-star reviews here make more sense after I visited and ran a Carfax report on the vehicle I was interested in. Mark Whitaker lied about the vehicle history and even asked that a Google review be written before the actual transaction was finished. I would not be surprised if some of these 5-star were manufactured. You can check my profile for other reviews, I try to give honest and fair opinions on any place that is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. It s a shame but this one is definitely the latter.

Came here to check a car about a month ago took it for a test drive had its issues but wasn't major issues car was set to drive only 80Mph i said its ok. So decided to go with the car as soon as I told the seller I was using a certain bank he just grabbed his bald head and made a sigh, then he said to call the bank and get approved which I already was other places just take your voucher and call and get paper work ready, but this guy told me to do all that and just had the look on his face saying i dont care if you take the car or not vibe and look so i just left the place. Then starts pressuring me to buy the car made it worse. Car had a major rollback of miles I feel bad for the guy that bought that car since it was sold next day after I left.PLEASE TAKE THE CAR YOU ARE TRYING GET AND GET A PREPURCHASE INSPECION WITH A TRUSTED MECHANIC, THIS PLACE IS GOOD A HIDING ISSUES

Our middle child found the vehicle and after looking at others we decided to go with Midway Auto Group. They have been in business for 17 years if I am not mistaken. Greg was wonderful and fast. Took care of our one request. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

They are probably the worst place to buy a vehicle from they have horrible service and Gregory the sells man will lie in any way possible to get a sell! Please watch out for this company if you choose to buy a vehicle from them make sure you have a mechanic check the car thoroughly there will most definitely be something wrong with it. Y all be careful.

Been looking for a Wrangler unlimited and had it narrowed down between Midway and another dealer for basically the same vehicle. Midway Auto group got that sale because they let me buy the car my way. I spent 1 hour at the office. That included test drive and paper signing. Mark was great. We hashed out the loan and payment over the phone before I made the trek from East Denton. I gave him the target, he hit it without the haggling. No wasting my precious weekend time, no "I'll have to talk to my finance manager." 10 of 10 would buy from them again!

Greg was super knowledgeable about the inventory. He was very personable and provided excellent attention to detail. Absolutely would recommend this dealership and Greg specifically for anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle!

Greg did an excellent job with showing us the types of cars we were looking at for our son. He was very professional and patient with us throughout the process. We would definitely purchase another car from him

Had a good car at a great price, and did what they said they d do. Buying ANY pre-owned is always a bit of a risk, so taking care of little things during the scratch n sniff phase of deciding to buy is more important here than when buying from a new dealer. I d buy from them again.

Ryan and staff were excellent. For those of us that aren't experts, buying a car be nerve wracking. I had reservations about buying a luxury hybrid, and Ryan was helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Ryan didn't used pressurized sales tactics, which I'm thankful for. Thanks Midway Auto Group!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Went here to buy my son's first car. He was super excited about getting it because he was getting a Jag! The one we wanted to look at the day we went was in the shop, which should've been a red flag, but we were assured that it was a simple repair. Finally got the car out of the shop and was told the owner himself drove the car to make sure there weren't any issues with it. We test-drove the car and it seemed to run fine. But on the drive home, we started noticing issues and those issues are continuing to pile up. The first thing I noticed was that when braking at high speeds, the car shook violently. This was because the car had warped rotors. Also, on the drive home, we got a message saying that the collision sensors have gone offline. This happens every day after about 30 minutes of driving. The front passenger turn signal was out, which required the entire headlight assembly to be replaced. While replacing the light, I discovered that parts of the bumper were being held in place by WOOD SCREWS!!!! Which tells me the car was in an accident at some point, but I was told the car was accident-free. On day 2, the AC stopped cooling. I recharged it, but it still happens off and on. Most of the tires have zero tread, and there is not one matched tire on the car. Lastly after sitting in the summer heat for a couple of days, the carpet fragrance they has sprayed in the car and now there is a strong marijuana smell that can't seem to get out. Now, there is a check engine light that says there is something wrong with the air filtration system and the oil system. Either they went out of their way to cover these issues up to get the car sold, or they were negligent in making the car road worthy, either way, it indicates they operate in bad faith. What really pisses me off is that that mad stood there and shook my son's hand and congratulated him on getting his first car. I solely believe they knew they were selling a POS and didn't really care who it went to.P.S. - I reached out to the dealership and explained these issues. I got the generic, "sold as-is" response, but was told they would put it in their shop as long as I paid the fees.

Drove all the way from Northwestern Fort Worth yesterday to get here because I know a good price when I see it. When we got there, we saw our Jeep and asked to test drive it. We were actually given the key to go test drive it alone, never had that happen before....thought that was awesome. When everything was said and done, my wife and I were just amazed how how easy the process was and loved the fact that the price was right from the get go and didn't require the annoying back and forth haggling. Seriously no-pressure sales tactics. First time we ever bought a new "used" vehicle. Would definitely go back if we need another vehicle.

FRAUD. This place will sell you the car and say it is in great shape and when you walk off the lot, the car breaks down and requires thousands of dollars of repair. They will tell you they sold "as is" and take no responsibility for their negligence.

This review is to guide the public I came in months ago .. caught the sales guy Greg lying or mixing up his words so it turned me away can t trust that when car shopping + the owner very unwelcoming just gave a weird look not spending my money just make sure you do these 3. 1. Carfax 2. Service report while under possession & 3 take the car to mechanic. If they don t let you .. then negotiate for half off cause you could be buying junk.Prices here are reasonable.. they do a solid job on pricing but always check competitors .. you are NOT buying .. you ARE car shopping. Major difference

Wonderful staff. I bought 2 cars within 3 days because after I got my first car I could not think about going somewhere else to buy another. Amazing pricing, they did not negotiate but they did not have too, I got a great price on both cars.

Be very aware of this place. Do NOT purchase anything here. I purchased a car July 6. On July 7 the engine light came on. It is costing me $15k for a new engine. This dealership is refusing all my calls. Both shops I towed it to agree that the dealership duped me. There was metal in the oil. There is virtual no recourse buying a used car in Texas so this place will get away with it. Very sad. Was a car for my 16yr old. Run away from this place! Zero stars

My husband and I visited Midway Auto Group to purchase a new car for him. The car we chose was a very well maintained 2010 Chrysler 300 in great condition. Midway Auto Group was easy to work with and accommodating. It's a small dealership with less pressure. We appreciate that. Sean and Ryan were very nice and helpful! Both were highly professional and personable. My husband and I are both extremely happy and satisfied with his new car! Overall it was an outstanding car buying experience.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! GREG sold me a car with a $4000 oil leak and the trunk doesn t open. I notified him 1week after purchase, told me to bring the car, he would get it fixed, took my car back only for it to sit on the lot for 2 days . I come to pick up .literally no repairs done. Stopped answering my calls. He Was told upon purchase, I m a single mother looking for a reliable vehicle for myself and children, I have no help in this city and he assured me he would get me into a good car. Money taken, new finance contract on car that rides horribly and requires a 5 quart oil refill weekly. Can t even put groceries in trunk. Called and texted several times, I ve been hung up on, lied to, rushed off the phone. I ve never been rude or irate, tried to trust him repeatedly but months later still nothing. Worst decision I could have made and now me and my children are in a real bind. These people do not care what they sell you. THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST DEVASTATING EVENT OF THE YEAR FOR ME. I pray EVERY buyer going forward crosses this real and true review. Please go to a big lot because of this experience, I will NEVER trust a smaller lot. To do hard working families like this is evil.

Went to Midway Auto Group after seeing a truck we liked online with low mileage and a great price. We showed up about 45 minutes prior to closing, but Ryan was great and never rushed us. After the test drive, he even stayed late to make sure we got approved for financing and to thank us. They had us in and out with our new truck in under 2 hours! It was such a great experience. I highly recommend them.

We bought a vehicle with Greg at Midway Auto and have had nothing less than great service. There were a couple of issues with the vehicle after we signed and Greg made sure our concerns were taken care of hassle free. When we are looking for another vehicle we will be sure to check back in and see if we can do business again. Thanks Greg!

Had a really awesome experience buying a 15 F-250 from Midway Auto Group. Ryan was fun and enjoyable to work with, quick to contact you and not pushy as is the way with so many sales people. Due to my lengthy drive I was going to be there after closing and he stayed late and got everything done smoothly. Great service. While there saw a very nice selection of different used vehicles. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks Ryan!
