I would recommend sending your car or truck to Zach and his team. I had 3 cars damage from recent hail in Celina. My truck looked flawless and it was detailed super clean . Zach dealt with the insurance which made things stress free for me .

I can t say enough great things about Zach and his team at Metalworks. They are truly professionals and amazing at what they do. The entire process was 100% hassle free; from dealing with insurance, to scheduling the repairs, to getting our Escalade picked back up only 2 days later. I will never go see anybody else for hail repair and will only recommend Metalworks!

These guys did great work on both my vehicle and my husband s vehicle! They look good as new and were picked up and brought back to my residence. They also detailed both vehicles. Very pleased!

I have a 2022 Denali Sierra that got hit by the June 2023 hail storm. Zach and his team of professionals took very good care of me and my truck. Here is a picture of the before and after work. True perfection. The work did take a little longer than I expected but I was giving a brand new loner car for my use. Zach and his team went above and beyond my expectations with the delivery of my truck. I have already recommended them to two more potential clients. If I have anymore hail repair needs in the future, Metalworks Auto Hail Solutions is were I'm going.

I m very happy with their work. They are professionals who really know their job and they really appreciate and care for their customers. My new truck was severely damaged from hail and it looked like I had to replace some parts. To my surprise, Metalworks fixed the truck without having to replace any parts on the truck and now it looks like brand new all over again. I highly recommend these guys.

Next time I have any sort of hail damage to my vehicle, I'm calling this place again. The quality of work and customer service was fantastic. I can't tell that there was ever hail damage to my vehicle, and there was quite a lot of it. They also made everything very easy for me. I'm really in shock about how easy they made it for me. They really took care of everything. The longest part of the whole process was actually getting my insurance company out to look at the vehicle and get everything approved. Once my insurance approved everything the only took them two or three days to get the car back to me.

These guys are great, they made a miracle happen. I was freaking out because I just got my car about 5 months before. They made sure to keep me updated, and took care of everything. They came and picked up my car, dropped off a rental, took care of my deductible, and made my car look even better than it did when I got it. When my insurance agent called me, he didn t even want to let them work on the car, and said it would ve been better off totaled out. The team at Metalworks is great to work with, and I m really not sure what I would have done if they didn t come by when they did. Thank yall

Had hail damage and Metalworks restored my truck to pristine condition. Easy to work with and they dealt with the insurance for most of the claim process. They brought me the loaner and then brought me back my truck good as new. They did a great job.

This shop did amazing work on my hail damaged truck. Zach was awesome. Detailed and picked up and dropped off the finished product. Highly satisfied and highly recommend.

The company is amazing with their customer service by how Nick goes out of his way to have your car ready in a short amount of time. The whole process was stress free due to Nick taking care of everything which included dealing with my insurance. No problems what so ever and will use in the near future along with recommending my friends.

My Toyota SUV had hail damage in June. I was SO EXCITED when I saw the repairs!!They truly went above and beyond, picking up my vehicle and working around my hours.Metalworks definitely exceeded expectations

My 2019 mustang had extensive hail damage. Zach and his team did a great job with the repair. Very professional, kept me updated throughout the process and handled everything with my insurance. They even had a loaner car for me which was a lifesaver. Highly recommend if you need hail repair!!

I will forever recommend Metalworks!!! Zach and his team were so easy to work with, they sent me updates and picture of my car along the way and even advocated to my insurance to fix more on my car. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND when it came to service, they drove a loaner car to my work and picked up my car then drove my car back when it was done- they are absolutely incredible and you know that they really care about their customers and their work. I ve never worked with anyone more efficient, nice, and service oriented when it comes to my car!

The best experience ever when it comes to any type of body work. Everyone was pleasant and has a great attitude. Very understanding and will break it all down to you. I was referred here from one of my old residents. Zach and their team is amazing. He was very easy to talk with and he went over every small details of my car before get to actual work. It took little longer than I expected due my insurance issue, but I had a wonderful experience.My car look like a brand new car again after work is done.Highly recommend this place for others whom looking for to repair hail damage.

I had great experience with MetalWorks. Zach and Tyler are both personable, easy going, "customer-first" type guys. The whole experience was stress-free and exactly what I needed. My vehicle got hit HARD from this past June's storms. It was so nice to see it restored to it's previous beauty. I'm not looking forward to another storm, but if it happens again, I know where I'm taking my vehicle. Thanks again MetalWorks!

What an amazing experience. Zach thoroughly explained the process, from what needed to be done to fix my car. My car was dent free and he even had my interior detailed! My 2004 Lexus looked (almost) new.I HIGHLY recommend Zach and his team

Zach and his team at Metalworks are amazing! They handled everything with the insurance company for me, and I never paid anything out of pocket! They are absolute miracle workers! He repaired hail damage on all three of our family vehicles. The repairs were perfect and our cars were clean inside and out when we got them back. I most definitely would recommend this place to everyone! First class service!

Excellent job from start to finish. Once I made my claim, Metal Works took it from there. They delivered rentals to my house, picked up my vehicles, kept me up to date during the repair process, worked with my insurance and delivered vehicles and picked up rentals where I worked after job was complete. Completely seamless service and both vehicles look great. Thanks Zack. Job well done by you and your team.

These guys are so good. They took a bad situation of my 2 trucks getting hailed on and turned it into a pleasurable experience knowing that they had my back the whole time. I could tell they had my best interests in mind throughout the whole process. Exceptional service coupled with step by step communication made the experience great. They're my go-to guys anytime I have another hail claim...and living in Texas it's just inevitable.

Zac and his team at metalworks did a great job getting the hail dents out of my truck, they where instrumental at getting the insurance company moving quickly and made sure my down time was minimal. They are highly professional and skilled at what they do. They are held in high regard and should you use them in the future you will hold them in high regard as well.

Zach fixed our 2022 Kia Carnival. They worked directly with the adjuster. They provided a rental car, they dropped off the rental, picked up my car and then returned it. It was the easiest process ever. Great company to work with!

The process was easy and professional from beginning to end! Zach and his team handled everything with insurance, communicated updates regularly and their work was fantastic. I have had two vehicles repaired by them now and will be using them in the future for any hail repairs or PDR work in the future. Great people, they respond and are easy to get in touch with when needed and know exactly what to do! You won t be disappointed!

From beginning to end the service we received from Metalworks was impeccable. Zach was very welcoming and prompt to reply to all my messages. The paint and hail repairs in our Volvo were first class. Very happy with the outcome. They also had the courtesy of cleaning the inside and outside of the vehicle. Strongly recommend this auto paint shop.
