AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! They totally botched the paint job on my rear bumper. When you look at the pictures it's blatantly obvious what they did. I had an OEM Rear Bumper Applique on the top of the bumper. They appear to have used a pry tool to remove it which left over a dozen 1/2 - 1 inch deep cuts all over the bumper. Instead of fixing this, they just spray painted right over it hoping I wouldn't notice, and they never replaced the rear bumper applique. There was also visible signs of dried paint drips all over the place.Then, they warped my interior trunk carpet lining, and didn't even try to hide it. They also left old screws sitting in the trunk. They also used old screws to reinstall the interior carpet lining, but then fraudulently billed my insurance company for new parts.I ended up having to go to another auto body shop (Carstar MVP) which did an AMAZING job!!!Beyond the aforementioned, their service advisors are also lazy and impossible to get a hold of. They're never there when you call, and they never call back!!!They need to fire EVERYONE who works here and go back to start!!!My car was sitting in 2 auto body shops for over a month for a minor side swipe because of these idiots, and my TERRIBLE insurance company (State Farm) practically took their side because they're a big chain auto body shop. State Farm practically treated me like a criminal for demanding my car be taken to another shop. I went through 3 rounds of in-person claims adjuster visits that added an entire month to the process.Avoid Caliber Collision and State Farm!!!

The experience was more than amazing. My car was pretty banged up after my wreck but Caliber definitely brought my baby back to life. I am most appreciative of the A1 customer service and keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Edwin and staff are top tier

Not great. Last I heard, car was in paint a week ago.Car is scheduled for pickup today (after being in repair for a month and a half). In fact, it still says on their web portal that the expected pickup is a *couple of hours from now*.Luckily I called before paying for an Uber all the way up there, because for some reason the car is still "in paint" a week later, and will need another 10 days to pick up.The delay was never made clear to me, never updated online either. Would've just let me waste time and money coming up there. Didn't give me proper time to plan on getting another rental, as my contract ends today.Apparently, my service advisor has been "out for a week". So it comes down to classic poor management. No reason for a vehicle to be in paint for 2 weeks. And no reason for delays not to be communicated in a timely manner.No attempts to make this right, just "sorry". Bad service.Update:Got car back with a crazy sound coming from the wheel hub. Of course, took it back and they fixed it (though it took 3 days). Got it back again only to realize that one of the windows won't roll down anymore.

Edwins and his team were so great to work with! I had a small problem I wanted fixed and he got me in the next day and did it right then and there - 45 minutes total! I highly recommend this business. Thank you!

I was involved on a hit a run October 4th. It was a very stormy day and the other driver s vehicle hydroplane as we were waiting on the light and he hits my SUV. The irresponsible driver left without providing his insurance informaci�n. I contacted my insurance carrier and we scheduled to have my repairs done at Caliber Collision. Blake and William went above and beyond to restore my vehicle. It s like it never happened. Outstanding work, professional staff and I can not thank them enough. Outstanding work!! Thank you!!

William and the tan Caucasian lady were awesome! There were some issues after the repair that I noticed. They quickly resolved the issue and replaced a rear lightbulb without charge. Unfortunately, they do not respect our agreement and they had too much delay in repairing my car. Even they did not inform me about the delay and I had to go there personally to find out about their delay. It was awful, especially during the holidays.

I chose this collision center because it was close to where I live. My call was met with compassion and understanding. I know nothing about this business, and William was incredible. He guided me through the quagmire of insurance companies, rental cars, payments, and listened when I told him how important my vehicle is/was to me. I cried when I saw how beautiful Edwin made my car come back to life. LaRay makes you feel like she truly cares and has your back. Great job .

I called this place over 6 times in 2 days to book an appointment for an insurance claim. I was told several times they would call me back and no one return my call. Being in a wreck is already overwhelming and for this company to be highly recommended I am disappointed with their poor customer service.

This particular operation has its ups and downs in the last couple of years, but things are getting much better.William Hightower is a good example of how of how a great service manager can change the whole experience for your customer.I took my Mercedes CL63 to fix a broken bumper tab as well as update the front grill.After doing they very best to procure some hard to find parts, they did the works in 4 business days and delivery a magnificent result.

Their slogan restoring the rhythm of your life is indeed accurate, because they did exactly that. They repaired my vehicle in no time $17,000 worth of damage and they had it ready in almost 4 weeks while dealing with the challenges of getting parts that was needed. Lorenzo Vega and LaRay Burroughs are legends pulling that off in such a short amount of time.

I had taken my truck to the Caliber Collision shop in Addison after someone ran a red light, thinking my 2022 truck was a total. Luckily LaRay Burroughs was very informative and kept me updated as to the process. I had peace of mind the entire time when dealing with her. When I got my truck back, I went around the area I had been hit thinking no way they could be able to fix it completely. To my amazement my truck looked brand new with no flaws in work they did.I'd definitely recommend them to all my friends and family if they ever need any repair work. I would definitely recommend Caliber collision in Carrollton at I-35! They kept their word and delivered the car on time The repair was amazing. They made it so easy for me to get my car fixed! I hope I don't need a collision shop again but if I do it'll definitely be caliber collision.

Caliber worked to fix my car and with the other person's insurance to get it paid as well as with Enterprise. Like a one stop shop. I've just received my car and it looks great.

Took into a new Calibre location as they had availability. That was a mistake. Repair was not quality. Trunk still does not pop open like it used to. Communication is horrible. Completion date kept getting pushed back with no explanation. When I finally called, they said they were waiting on a part. And it would be done on a Friday. Called Friday afternoon and they tell me the part that came in didn t fit. (Would have been nice to get a heads up vs having to call and check). Said he d call and get new part. Week goes by and said Friday it ll be done. I show up and nope, not done. They re now missing a couple pieces. Says the porter tossed them. He ll start looking for replacements on Saturday and give me a call. Nothing. Had to call in Tuesday for an update . Beyond frustrating. They can t find replacement parts. Says if I can find them, they ll pay me back. Are you kidding? You want my to do your job? They never found the part. They paid me for the missing parts, at their cost, never mind that it ll cost me more to find them retail. Went to pick up car and trunk does not pop open when I hit the remote and is clearly binding when I try to close it. Says there is nothing they can do as I have no proof on how it worked before the accident - as if my word isn t enough. He gave me the car and said he d check with State Farm to see if they authorize the repair. Haven t gotten a call back time to call State Farm I guessService: Body & Trim

Dealing with repairs after an accident is never fun but the team at Caliber Collision made the process so easy. Korey was great about providing regular updates on the progress of my car. My car was finished ahead of schedule and looked like new. The wonderful lady at the front desk got me set up with a new rental appointment after my original rental company never showed up. They made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Thank you!
