I needed a replacement battery for a riding toy Jeep. There were two gentleman working. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In a time when it is hard to get customer service, it is really amazing when you get good service. I had an amazing experience at the Addison store and will definitely go back.

My key Fab died on me stranding us. Called Dealership, they were no help and closing in 15 minutes. Took a shot and called this store and found out they could help me out. Conner was the tech that helped me and had my fab working in minutes. He also checked my spare, which was also dead despite never used, and fixed that one as well. Then I noticed phone accessories and showed him two cracks on my IPhone. He quickly diagnosed it as just my screen protector and put a new one on. Best part is they were $40 less per battery swap compared to Land Rover and $25 less than Verizon for the screen protector swap. Very impressed by both Conner and the store overall. Thanks Carter for turning my Afternoon around.

I went in to have my garage door battery replaced. Within minutes the tech explained the battery was working. He tweaked the prong holding the battery and it was fixed! I have been into this location 3-4 times the past year and they are always fair and efficient. Highly recomended.

Excellent business. Even if we could save a few pennies, the knowledge and customer service at this place is worth it. We've been getting ordinary and specialty batteries here for over 5 years at least. We're always happy when we leave. Thanks guys.

Store #145 (Belt Line) James is great. Our battery was dead and when we finally got a jump and got to his store he was able to replace it in no time. Which was not easy b/c of all the extra battery holders and covers he had to remove. He took care with it and did a great job removing and then replacing it and did it all in such a short time. It would have taken us hours! Thank you James! We very much appreciate it!

Connor is a very knowledgeable and honest guy, rare to find such people nowadays!I was in search of my car battery and although he had mine , he said they can t install it themselves , I was about to buy the battery but he advised me otherwise! saying usually shops do not install batteries unless you buy from them !He could have said nothing and sold me the battery and made his business out of it but decided otherwise !I appreciate Connor .He suggested I try nearby NTB , sure enough they didn t have my battery!I returned and bought the battery from Connor after confirming with my local repair shop that they would change the battery if I buy it from elsewhere.Thank you Connor.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.Clean store, huge selection of batteries for cars, boats, wheelchairs, key fobs, and so much more.Bought a battery there 2 years ago, and recently it would not start my car. Took the old battery to the store, they retrieved it from my car, tested it, told me it was a dead battery, they looked up my purchase with my phone number, told me it was still under Warranty ... they printed off an exchange receipt for the return, grabbed a new battery if the shelf, and carried it to my car.I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. No hassle, no agonizing questions, no attempt to upsell me a "better battery" and best of all, they did not prorate the exchange!Great customer service, and kudos to Batteries Plus for being a company with integrity and standing behind their products. I've purchased several batteries here, and this is the first time I've ever had an issue. With their amazing warranty and great prices, there's no reason to buy any battery elsewhere.

Batteries Plus Bulbs has wide selection of batteries, competitive pricing. I would buy from here again. However, I would've given a 5 star if someone would help me carry the battery out to my car. The battery probably weigh 50 - 60 lbs. It was heavy for a senior citizen like me.

TLDR: would I go back? NoEDIT: review stands after reply from store mgmnt.Rude staff, big attitudes, clean place, but their mood changed it quickly. Just came in for a small watch battery, for a Swatch none the less, which I had the battery in my hand. They ran over me and talked very poorly, almost cussed me out. I had no idea why, I was with my elderly parents, I asked my folks to leave because of this. She was also going to change my dad's watch battery, we went to another " batteries plus bulbs". I love this chain, always nice. Just bad experience here. I strongly recommend against this location.

I would have rated it a 10 due to the quality of service. I rated it a 9 because the store was not open during the hours listed on the website. It seems they may be short-handed but the quality of the work was great. I was so pleased to get a battery for my iPhone without having to go to the Apple store.

First, their website is easy to navigate and very informative. The Addison store's staff members were knowledgeable about their merchandise, alternatives available, and special offers. I ordered on-line, got a notice the next morning my order was available, and I was in-and-out of the store n under 10 minutes. Great service!

Harley battery died this morning. I called. They said still under warranty. May take a couple hours to charge it enough to test it. Got there. Tested right away. Free replacement with no prorate. In and out in about 8 minutes. Thank you guys!

Was a great help this morning. Had a battery that was just not taking a charge and they stood out in the rain to help get it assessed and replaced quickly. Really great to be able to stop here versus a auto place to get this taken care of quickly. About $50 cheaper than Sam's for my battery too.

I am a frequent visitor of this store. The team is great and very helpful. I have had my iPhone worked on multiple times and various other batteries changed from my car to my electric can opener. I love their LED bulbs and they made it really easy to change the lighting throughout my house. Thanks to the Addison team for all of your help.

Had a great experience with Chris Ward. He made recommendations and assisted us in replacing my IPhone battery and screen. We also replace some solar lighting for out side.The solar lights stay on all night long. . I highly recommend this Addison store. I live in Plano, this is were I will do business in the future. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. My husband took his phone in for a battery replacement and all buttons were working properly when the phone was dropped off. When we arrived to pick up the phone once they called saying the battery had been replaced it was obvious that they did not do a quality check to make sure all buttons were working as they were when the phone was dropped off because the home button did not function at all. They said they could order a replacement home button and would call when the button came in, 3 days later my husband called to check on the home button which had come in already and they did not call. Today we dropped the phone back off to get the home button replaced, we were told about 2 hours and it would be ready, however it was more like 4 and half hours later before it was ready. When they called stating the phone was ready to be picked up we were told the screen broke and they only had a gold front screen when the phone was a silver phone. My husband asked about getting a silver screen Drew stated they didn't have access to a silver screen. While on the drive back to pick it up I googled s7 edge silver replacement screen and the first webpage that pulled up was batteries plus and what do you know shows they have the silver replacement screen. Once we arrived at the store to pick it up the first thing we noticed is the home button was not setting properly and wobbles from side to side which is not how it was when we left the phone with them and we were also told well the screen isn't that gold. That's not the point, my husband had chose the silver phone when it was originally purchased because he did not like the gold at all and now he has a phone with a silver back, silver home button and gold front. If we were to decide to trade in the phone for an upgrade this would affect the trade in value of the phone. Drew said that he could try to get a silver replacement screen but it could be 2-3 weeks and was saying he would have to be without his phone or without the screen on it after my husband had already stated that he would use it as is for the time being while waiting on the correct replacement parts to come in as being without a phone for 2-3 weeks is just not a feasible option. Very very disappointed with the entire experience and definitely will not be recommending for anyone to take their Samsung phone there for any work to be done.Ward later contacted my husband to resolve the issue with the gold screen on my husband's silver phone. Everything went smoothly when dealing with Ward

I give 0 stars! My friend went in yesterday to get the screen replaced on her iPhone 5s and this morning it was just sitting on her desk and the screen was cracked again. She called and the manager Ward just kept telling her screens don't crack by themselves and told her he couldn't do anything. I called back pretending to be her and he was so rude! He has terrible customer service skills he started talking over me wouldn't let me get a word in and was accusing me of lying and changing my story like he's some kind of detective and offered a discount but after he already made me mad, we got disconnected thank God! I then called corporate and lucky my friend this is actually a franchise so there wasn't much they could do, they called the store and then called my friend back offering her 20 percent off which is nothing seeing as she paid 80 dollars!

This place doesn t deserve anyone s business period. My parents went this morning to get my mothers watch replaced and since this location is near by they went there. They were in line waiting behind a customer who was paying and then a couple walked in and were walking in the aisles looking around and that s when the worker walked to the aisles where the couple went and left my parents standing there at the cash register looking stupid all the because the worker ignored them to go help out someone else when my parents were standing in line the whole time. Does that sound right to go into the aisle when you have someone in line waiting for your help? No! Then my father calls and the man whoever it was who he was talking to was very rude telling my father s he s done with him not trying to fix the problem or apologize for the rude mistake they did. I wouldn t recommend this place unless you want to wait in line just to be ignored.

If all your staffmember is able to say at the end of the transaction is "alright" and they can't say thank you, you don't deserve business - especially coming from a customer that is obviously shopping for their company (in uniform). I could have ordered what I needed online and in the future will do so.

This was a quick, efficient and friendly errand. My car taillight bulb blew out, so I stopped in. I was promptly greeted, they looked up my car by make, model and year, found the bulb and I was able to pay and leave in all under 5 minutes. For two bulbs I paid $6 and was on my way. I will shop here again!

Went in for a battery watch replacement...Had 3 watches. I was told 15.99, which made sense, batteries are about 2.00 each, about 2 minutes per watch...I was shocked when it was rung up at 15.99 EACH. 50.00 for 5 minutes of work and 6.00 in parts. What a rip off. Never going back. Basically they charge $180/hr... good news though from now on batteries are free, I just need to get a second job to pay for the labor

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff and they have always had what I needed. I know that I can walk in and trust the staff to understand exactly what battery I need and to answer any questions. I've shopped Batteries Plus for many years, and have always had a good experience there.

It was my first time going into Batteries Plus. Abraham was great to deal with. He did a courtesy check on my iPhone 5S to see if I needed a battery replacement and took all the time to explain what is necessary to get it working.

I was in a full split second getting pricing a batteries so my experience was okay I was in for a short. That was friendly and I also the problem was I just couldn't find what I was looking for but I still really want to come down there parts for my car I'm very particular have a blessed afternoon be safe:-)
