This is by far one of the best car shops I have ever used for car repairs. They were so kind and helped us out during a very bad time in our lives and gave us the break we had been praying for. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

I paid for all new break pads and rotors as I trusted this team to do a good job. $1700 total for the full job. Once it was ready , everything felt fine so I never checked the work personally. A few weeks go by and the breaks are completely out , I drop it at a shop nearby where I was and had them check it out. They said all break pads / rotors even 2 calipers were completely gone. I mentioned just getting them all done a few weeks back and they said there is no way another shop truly put all new rotors / break pads in. I then called Auto Pros and they wanted me to drop the truck off after explaining to them everything. After I dropped it off and they checked out, they said there is nothing they can do about it. I wasn t even looking for to much , just some sort of discount as I already paid in full for something that shouldn t have wore completely out within a month. Terrible customer service. I will never use them again.

Fast, efficient, and professional. Been getting work done and necessary things from them for at least three years. Never had a reason to return with more issues after they take care of my cars.

I drove to Auto Pros for an auto inspection. Roy checked me in right away. 15-20 minutes later my car was ready. I will use them in future for more of my auto needs. Quick and effecient!

Auto Pros service is great, straight forward, and REALLY fast. I have a 2006 Honda Accord VP and it s been a trooper but recently had some issues and Auto Pros was there to help.Every time I ve dropped it off for service whether it s an oxygen sensor causing stalls and acceleration issues or just a Freon recharge and brakes has been a pain free and quick experience.

They did a great job! Super nice to me and my CRV! Full Synth was like 60, tire rotation was 40 so maybe go to a tire shop for that one, but for a local place, these guys do a good job

Went in for an inspection, and they were clearly swamped with other vehicle repairs. Even with that, they got me in and out in about 15 minutes.Staff was very professional and respectful of my time.
